All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The terms "first" and "second," and the like in the description and in the claims of the embodiments of the present application, are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the application described herein are, for example, capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. Moreover, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
The cooking appliance can detect the temperature change of the cooking appliance through a temperature sensor arranged inside or outside a cooking cavity of the cooking appliance, the cooking appliance is heated for a period of time when the temperature is lower than a target temperature, and the continuous constant temperature of the cooking appliance is realized through intermittent heating.
In one example, the temperature of the liquid is directly detected by placing a temperature probe within the cooking chamber, for example for a constant temperature cooking function, the temperature probe may directly detect the temperature of the water. However, the method of detecting the liquid temperature by the temperature probe is only suitable for the constant temperature boiling function of the liquid, and the temperature can not be accurately detected by the temperature probe for the functions such as frying, fermentation and the like.
In another example, the temperature sensor is arranged at the position of the heating area of the pot bottom to detect the temperature of the pot bottom, and the temperature of the pot bottom is adopted to replace the temperature of liquid, so that the pot bottom temperature detection device can be applied to other types of constant-temperature cooking functions besides constant-temperature cooking, such as cooking, frying, fermentation and the like. However, in high altitude areas, because the boiling point of water is low, the temperature of water does not rise after boiling, but the temperature of the pot bottom may continue to rise under the action of continuous heating, so that the temperature difference between the pot bottom and the water is large, a period of time is required to wait after the heating is stopped so as to enable the pot bottom temperature to be equal to the water temperature, and then the temperature detection is performed, the length of the waiting time cannot be accurately judged, and the heat of the water gradually runs off, so that the temperature detection result is inaccurate at high temperature, or whether the water is boiled cannot be accurately judged, so that the next heating control is inaccurate, and the high-temperature constant temperature control effect is poor.
In still another example, the steam temperature is detected by providing a steam temperature sensor in the cooking cavity, and the heating control is performed by the steam temperature. However, because the amount of steam is small at low temperature, the detection result of the steam temperature sensor is not accurate enough, and the low-temperature constant-temperature control effect is poor.
The various methods exemplified above may not accurately detect the temperature of the cooking appliance in some scenarios, and may result in inaccurate thermostat control. Therefore, the application provides a temperature control method of a cooking appliance, the cooking appliance in the method is provided with at least two temperature sensors, under different cooking targets, the detection data of one temperature sensor with more accurate result can be selected as the temperature of the cooking appliance, and heating is controlled based on the detection data, so that constant temperature control is realized. The application provides a cooking utensil's temperature control method can be applied to cooking utensils such as electromagnetism stove, electric rice cooker, electric pressure cooker, insulating pot, soybean milk machine, cooking machine, and this application does not do specific limit to this.
First, a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present application will be described. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance includes a heating device 11 and a pot 12, the pot 12 is placed on the heating device 11, and the heating device 11 is used for heating the liquid or food material in the pot 12. The heating device 11 and the pot 12 may be of a separate design or an integrated design. The bottom or inside of the pot 12 may be provided with a temperature sensor, for example, a temperature sensor at the bottom of the pot 12 for detecting the temperature at the bottom of the pot, or a steam temperature sensor inside the pot 12 for detecting the temperature of steam, or a temperature sensor at a portion of the heating device 11 contacting the pot 12 for detecting the temperature at the bottom of the pot. The temperature sensor and the heating device 11 may be connected in a wired or wireless manner, such as a bluetooth connection, and the temperature data measured by the temperature sensor may be sent to the heating device or the controller of the heating device in a wired or wireless manner. The heating device 11 may be, for example, an electromagnetic heating appliance, such as an induction cooker, and may also be another electric heating appliance, and the like.
Hereinafter, a control method of a cooking appliance provided by the present application will be described in detail by specific embodiments. It is to be understood that the following detailed description may be combined with other embodiments, and that the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a temperature control method of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present application. The method is mainly executed by a temperature control device of the cooking appliance, and the temperature control device can be a controller of the cooking appliance. The cooking appliance comprises at least two temperature sensors. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s201, receiving a constant temperature control instruction, and determining a target temperature of constant temperature control according to the constant temperature control instruction.
For example, a constant temperature key or a constant temperature function key is arranged on the cooking appliance, a user presses the constant temperature key or the constant temperature function key to trigger a constant temperature control instruction, and the cooking appliance responds to the operation of pressing the constant temperature key or the constant temperature function key by the user to receive the constant temperature control instruction.
For example, in a home appliance internet of things scenario, a user may manage the cooking appliance through a terminal, e.g., the user triggers a thermostat control instruction through a cooking appliance management application installed in the terminal.
The cooking appliance determines a target temperature of thermostatic control according to the thermostatic control instruction. For example, the user may trigger the thermostat command through the "hot spring egg" function button, and the cooking appliance may automatically determine that the target temperature for the "hot spring egg" thermostat control is 70 ℃. For example, the user inputs a constant temperature of 90 ℃ through a constant temperature key, a constant temperature control command is triggered, and the cooking appliance determines that the target temperature is 90 ℃ according to the input of the user.
S202, according to the target temperature, determining a target sensor from at least two temperature sensors, and determining the temperature value detected by the target sensor as the temperature value of the cooking appliance.
Since different temperature sensors may be applied in different scenarios, as stated above, the detection result of the pan bottom temperature sensor may be inaccurate at a high temperature, and the detection result of the steam temperature sensor may be inaccurate at a low temperature, in this embodiment, the cooking appliance determines the target sensor according to the target temperature, determines the temperature sensor with a more accurate result at the target temperature as the target sensor, and determines the temperature value detected by the target sensor as the temperature value of the cooking appliance.
S203, controlling the cooking appliance to heat according to the temperature value of the cooking appliance, so that the difference between the temperature value of the cooking appliance and the target temperature is smaller than or equal to a preset difference.
The cooking appliance controls heating according to the detected temperature value, for example, determines heating power according to a difference between the temperature value of the cooking appliance and a target temperature, heats at low power when the difference between the temperature value of the cooking appliance and the target temperature is small, and heats at high power when the difference between the temperature value of the cooking appliance and the target temperature is large, so that the difference between the temperature value of the cooking appliance and the target temperature is less than or equal to a preset difference.
According to the temperature control method of the cooking appliance, under different cooking target temperatures, the cooking appliance selects the detection data of one temperature sensor with more accurate result according to the target temperature as the temperature of the cooking appliance, and then constant temperature heating control is carried out based on the detection data, so that the problem that the result of constant temperature control is inaccurate due to the detection error of the temperature sensor is avoided.
On the basis of the above-described embodiment, how to determine the target sensor from among the at least two temperature sensors according to the target temperature in S202 is explained.
Optionally, if the target temperature is less than or equal to the first preset value, the pan bottom temperature sensor is determined as the target sensor.
Illustratively, the first preset value is 80 ℃. The user triggers the thermostatic control instruction through "hot spring egg" function button, and cooking utensil can confirm automatically that "hot spring egg" thermostatic control's target temperature is 70 ℃, because the target temperature is less than first default, and target temperature is lower promptly, and under this condition, the temperature data that pot bottom temperature sensor detected is more accurate, consequently, confirms pot bottom temperature sensor as target sensor, and cooking utensil can carry out thermostatic heating control as cooking utensil's temperature with the temperature data that pot bottom temperature sensor detected.
Optionally, if the target temperature is greater than the first preset value, the pot bottom temperature sensor is determined as the target sensor, the cooking appliance is controlled to be heated according to the temperature value of the target sensor until the temperature value of the target sensor is greater than or equal to the first preset value, and then the steam temperature sensor is determined as a new target sensor.
Illustratively, the first preset value is 80 ℃. The method comprises the steps that a user sets a target temperature of 90 ℃ through a constant temperature key, the target temperature is higher as the target temperature is higher than a first preset value, different target sensors can be selected in different heating stages under the condition, when heating is started, the temperature data detected by a pot bottom temperature sensor is accurate as the temperature of a cooking utensil is lower, the pot bottom temperature sensor is determined as the target sensor until the temperature value detected by the pot bottom temperature sensor is higher than or equal to 80 ℃, namely the temperature of the cooking utensil reaches the higher temperature, the pot bottom temperature sensor possibly has errors, the detection result of a steam temperature sensor is accurate, the steam temperature sensor is determined as a new target sensor, and heating control is carried out according to the detection result of the steam temperature sensor.
Taking the induction cooker as an example, after the induction cooker determines the target sensor, the induction cooker may send a temperature data acquisition instruction to the pot, where the temperature data acquisition instruction includes information of the target sensor, so that the pot only sends the temperature data detected by the target sensor to the induction cooker, and the induction cooker adjusts heating power based on the received temperature data.
For example, when the constant temperature cooking function is started, the induction cooker determines that the target temperature is greater than a first preset value, at this time, the induction cooker sends a temperature data acquisition instruction to the pot, the temperature data acquired by the pot bottom temperature sensor carries information of the pot bottom temperature sensor, the pot sends the temperature data acquired by the pot bottom temperature sensor to the induction cooker, the induction cooker heats based on the temperature data acquired by the pot bottom temperature sensor until the temperature acquired by the pot bottom temperature sensor reaches the first preset value, the temperature data acquisition instruction sent by the induction cooker to the pot carries information of the steam temperature sensor, the pot sends the temperature data acquired by the steam temperature sensor to the induction cooker, and the induction cooker heats based on the temperature data acquired by the steam temperature sensor, so that the temperature of the pot is kept near the target temperature.
In the embodiment, the pot bottom temperature sensor is selected as the target sensor to determine the temperature when the temperature of the cooking appliance is low, and the steam temperature sensor is selected as the target sensor to determine the temperature when the temperature is high, so that the accuracy of the determined temperature of the cooking appliance is ensured, and the inaccuracy of thermostatic control caused by the error of the temperature sensor is avoided.
In addition, when the target temperature is high, the cooking appliance may not reach the target temperature after being heated. For example, when a cooking utensil is used in a high altitude area, the user sets a target temperature of 95 ℃, but the boiling point of water in the area is 90 ℃, and thus the target temperature cannot be reached after heating. Therefore, the method of the embodiment of the present application further includes: after the steam temperature sensor is determined as a new target sensor, if the variation of the temperature value of the cooking appliance in the preset time is smaller than a second preset value and the temperature value of the cooking appliance is smaller than the target temperature, controlling the cooking appliance to heat according to preset power.
The cooking appliance determines whether the water reaches a boiling state or not by judging that the variation of the temperature value in the preset time is smaller than a second preset value, the second preset value is a preset smaller value, if the variation of the temperature value of the cooking appliance in the preset time is smaller than the second preset value, it can be judged that the water is already boiling, and if the target temperature is not reached, the cooking appliance heats the water according to preset power to keep the water in the boiling state, and the preset power is lower heating power, such as 600W. Therefore, the situation that the target temperature cannot be reached is avoided, and waste caused by the fact that the cooking utensil continues to be heated with high power is avoided.
On the basis of the above-described embodiment, how the cooking appliance performs heating control at a constant temperature is described.
After the cooking appliance determines the temperature value of the cooking appliance through the target sensor, determining heating power and heating time according to the temperature value and the target temperature of the cooking appliance; and according to the heating power, controlling the heating time of the cooking appliance and then stopping heating.
In the constant temperature control scenario, the cooking appliance does not need to be continuously heated, but after the temperature value of the cooking appliance is detected, the heating power and the heating time are determined based on the difference between the temperature value of the cooking appliance and the target temperature, and after the heating is completed, the temperature value of the cooking appliance may be detected again until the temperature value of the cooking appliance reaches the target temperature. That is, after the cooking appliance is heated, the temperature value of the cooking appliance can be obtained again according to a preset period, if the difference value between the temperature value of the cooking appliance and the target temperature is greater than the preset difference value, the control of the heating of the cooking appliance according to the temperature value of the cooking appliance is repeatedly executed, and the temperature of the cooking appliance is kept constant through the periodic temperature detection and the heating control. Alternatively, the cooking appliance may determine the temperature value of the cooking appliance through the target sensor after a period after the heating is completed, so that the temperature value detected by the target sensor is more accurate.
