Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to solve the problem that the metering and charging of the domestic hot water are inaccurate due to unstable temperature of the domestic hot water in the prior art, in the embodiment of the invention, by setting different temperature intervals, under the condition that the water flow flowing into a water inlet pipe is monitored, the volume flow and the average water flow temperature within a set time range are obtained, and the obtained volume flow is integrated to the accumulated volume flow corresponding to the temperature interval in which the average water flow temperature falls, so that the accumulated volume flow under different temperature intervals is obtained, the function of dividing the volume flow according to the different temperature intervals is realized, and further, the accumulated volume flow under the different temperature intervals can be charged by adopting different rates, so that the reasonable charging of the domestic hot water is realized.
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples, but it is to be understood that the present invention is not limited to the examples.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the flow of the water metering method is as follows:
step 100: and under the condition that the water flow flows into the water inlet pipe, acquiring the volume flow and the average water flow temperature within a preset time range.
In practical application, in order to ensure that the water flow meter can obtain the water flow temperature, a temperature probe may be preset in the water flow meter, and the water flow temperature is measured by the temperature probe, optionally, the temperature probe may be, but is not limited to, any one of the following: temperature sensors, thermistors, and the like.
Specifically, in performing step 100, the following may be employed, but not limited to:
the method comprises the following steps: and when the water meter monitors that the water flow flows into the water inlet pipe, the volume flow within a preset time range is obtained. The volume flow of the water meter of different types is obtained in different manners, and specifically, the volume flow within the preset time range may be obtained according to the obtaining manner in the prior art, which is not specifically limited herein.
Step two: the water meter obtains the average water flow temperature within a preset time range through a preset temperature probe. If the temperature probe acquires one water flow temperature, the water flow temperature is directly used as the average water flow temperature within the preset time range, and if the temperature probe acquires at least two water flow temperatures, the average value of the at least two water flow temperatures is used as the average water flow temperature within the preset time range.
It should be noted that, in a specific implementation, the step two may be executed first and then executed, or the step two may be executed first and then executed first, and of course, a parallel processing manner may also be adopted, so that the step one and the step two are executed in parallel, and a specific execution sequence is not limited herein.
For example: the following description will be given only by taking the example in which the temperature probe preset in the water gauge is a thermistor. Preferably, in order to ensure real-time performance and accuracy of water metering, the preset time range may be set to 1 second. In this case, when the water meter detects that the water flows into the inlet pipe, the volume flow rate within 1 second (i.e., within a preset time range) is obtained, that is, the instantaneous volume flow rate is obtained.
Generally, the resistance value of the thermistor changes very weakly within 1 second, and then, after the water meter obtains the resistance value of the thermistor, the water meter can directly use the obtained water flow temperature corresponding to the resistance value as the average water flow temperature within 1 second based on the pre-established correlation between the resistance value of the thermistor and the water flow temperature.
Step 101: and determining the temperature interval in which the average water flow temperature falls from the preset temperature intervals, and integrating the obtained volume flow to the accumulated volume flow corresponding to the temperature interval in which the average water flow temperature falls.
When the water meter is specifically implemented, different temperature intervals can be preset in the water meter according to different use requirements and application scenes, and then after the water meter acquires the average water flow temperature within the preset time range, the temperature interval in which the average water flow temperature falls can be determined from each preset temperature interval, so that the obtained volume flow within the preset time range can be integrated to the accumulated volume flow corresponding to the temperature interval in which the average water flow temperature falls. Optionally, when each temperature interval is preset in the water meter, the following two ways can be adopted, but not limited to:
the first mode is as follows: and (4) a remote control method. Namely, the water meter is controlled to carry out initialization configuration of the temperature interval according to each temperature interval carried in the temperature interval configuration instruction under the condition of the received temperature interval configuration instruction by sending the temperature interval configuration instruction to the water meter. For example, the water meter configures two temperature intervals according to the received temperature interval configuration indication, such as a temperature interval below 35 degrees and a temperature interval above 35 degrees, and so on.
The second mode is as follows: a manual setting method. Namely, a temperature interval setting function is added in the water meter in advance, and the initialization configuration of the temperature interval is realized by inputting different temperature intervals into the water meter. For example, the temperature range setting function is turned on, and three temperature ranges, for example, 35 degrees and less, 36 to 50 degrees, and 51 degrees and more, are manually input.
Correspondingly, in practical application, each temperature interval preset in the water meter may need to be adjusted subsequently, and in order to reduce the cost of equipment maintenance or replacement, the following two ways may be adopted when adjusting each temperature interval preset in the water meter:
the first mode is as follows: and (4) remote adjustment method. Namely, the water meter is controlled to correspondingly adjust each temperature interval according to the temperature interval adjustment rule carried in the temperature interval adjustment instruction under the condition of receiving the temperature interval adjustment instruction by sending the temperature interval adjustment instruction to the water meter. For example, the water gauge adjusts the temperature range to 35 degrees or less and the temperature range to 35 degrees or more, and the temperature range to 38 degrees or less and the temperature range to 38 degrees or more, in accordance with the received temperature range adjustment instruction.
The second mode is as follows: and (4) manual adjustment. Namely, the temperature intervals preset in the water meter are manually modified so as to adjust the temperature intervals. For example, the temperature range of 35 degrees or less and the temperature range of 35 degrees or more are manually modified to 38 degrees or less and 38 degrees or more.
Specifically, when step 101 is executed, the following ways may be adopted, but are not limited to:
the method comprises the following steps: and determining the temperature interval in which the average water flow temperature falls from the preset temperature intervals.
For example: assuming that the temperature intervals preset in the water meter are two temperature intervals of 35 degrees below and 35 degrees and above, and the average water flow temperature measured by the water meter is 45 degrees, at this time, the water meter can determine that the average water flow temperature of 45 degrees falls into the temperature interval of 35 degrees and above.
Another example is: assuming that the temperature ranges preset in the water meter are 35 degrees and below, 36 degrees to 50 degrees, and 51 degrees and above, respectively, and the average water flow temperature measured by the water meter is 25 degrees, the water meter can determine that the average water flow temperature of 25 degrees falls in the temperature range of 35 degrees and below.
Step two: and integrating the obtained volume flow to the accumulated volume flow corresponding to the temperature interval in which the average water flow temperature falls. Through the integral mode, the water meter can acquire the accumulated volume flow corresponding to each temperature interval, so that the function of dividing the volume flow according to the temperature intervals is realized.
For example: assuming that the temperature ranges preset in the water meter are 35 degrees or less and 35 degrees or more, respectively, the water meter determines that the average water flow temperature of 45 degrees falls within the temperature range of 35 degrees or more, in this case, the water meter can integrate the obtained volume flow rate of 2m3 to the accumulated volume flow rate of 298m within the temperature range of 35 degrees or more3In this case, the cumulative volume flow rate in the temperature range of 35 degrees or more is: 298m3+2m3=300m3
Furthermore, in order to facilitate the user to check the water consumption condition in each temperature interval, the water meter can also display the obtained accumulated volume flow corresponding to each temperature interval after obtaining the accumulated volume flow corresponding to each temperature interval, and update the accumulated volume flow in the temperature interval in time when determining that the accumulated volume flow in any temperature interval changes, that is, the water meter can update the display data in time according to the accumulated condition of the accumulated volume flow in each temperature interval, so as to ensure the accuracy of the accumulated volume flow in each temperature interval checked by the user.
For example: assuming that the temperature intervals preset in the water meter are respectively below 35 degrees and above 35 degrees, the accumulated volume flow corresponding to the temperature interval below 35 degrees currently accumulated by the water meter is 200m3The accumulated volume flow of 35 ℃ and above in the current accumulated temperature interval of the water meter is 298m3In this case, the water meter may display a cumulative volume flow rate of 200m3 at a temperature range of 35 degrees or less and a cumulative volume flow rate of 298m at a temperature range of 35 degrees or more3. Further, the water meter is used for obtaining the volume flow of 2m3Cumulative volume flow 298m integrated to a temperature range of 35 ℃ and above3After that, the cumulative volume flow 298m at the temperature interval of 35 degrees and above can also be displayed3Updated to 300m3
Step 102: and under the condition that the preset conditions are met, acquiring the total water consumption based on the accumulated volume flow corresponding to each current temperature interval.
It is worth mentioning that the water meter may obtain the total amount of water used when determining that the accumulated volume flow corresponding to any temperature interval changes, that is, when determining that the accumulated volume flow corresponding to any temperature interval changes, the water meter may further obtain the total amount of water used periodically, that is, when determining that the preset metering period is reached, the water meter may take the sum of the accumulated volume flows corresponding to each temperature interval as the total amount of water used. Of course, after the total water consumption is obtained, the water consumption meter can display the total water consumption for the user to view conveniently.
For example: the water meter integrates the obtained volume flow rate 2m3 into the cumulative volume flow rate 298m3 corresponding to the temperature range of 35 degrees and above, and updates the cumulative volume flow rate 298m3 displayed in the temperature range of 35 degrees and above to 300m3, and then the total water consumption can be calculated, namely the total water consumption is equal to the cumulative volume flow rate 300m corresponding to the temperature range of 35 degrees and above3Cumulative volume flow rate of 200m corresponding to 35 degrees or less in + temperature interval3=500m3
Further, in order to facilitate the charging by the charging server, the water meter may report the accumulated volume flow corresponding to each temperature interval to the charging server when it is determined that the accumulated volume flow corresponding to any temperature interval changes, so that the charging server charges based on the accumulated volume flow corresponding to each temperature interval reported by the water meter and the rate corresponding to each pre-stored temperature interval. That is to say, the water meter reports the accumulated volume flow corresponding to each current temperature interval to the charging server when determining that the accumulated volume flow corresponding to any temperature interval changes, and in this case, the charging server can perform real-time charging according to the accumulated conditions of the accumulated volume flow corresponding to each temperature interval, thereby ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of charging. Of course, the water meter may also report the accumulated volume flows corresponding to the temperature intervals to the billing server when it is determined that the preset metering period is reached, that is, the billing server periodically performs billing according to the accumulated volume flows corresponding to the temperature intervals periodically reported by the water meter. Preferably, after the charging server completes the charging, the charging result may also be returned to the water meter, so that the water meter displays the charging result, and optionally, the charging result may include any one or a combination of the following: the water consumption cost corresponding to each temperature interval and the sum of the water consumption cost corresponding to each temperature interval, namely the total water consumption cost.
For example: in the following, only the case that the water meter can report the accumulated volume flow rate corresponding to each temperature interval to the billing server when determining that the accumulated volume flow rate corresponding to any temperature interval changes will be described as an example.
The water meter integrates the obtained volume flow 2m3 to the accumulated volume flow 298m corresponding to the temperature interval of 35 ℃ and above3And will show the cumulative volume flow 298m at a temperature interval of 35 degrees and above3Updated to 300m3Then, the cumulative volume flow rate in the temperature interval of 35 degrees or less may be 200m3And a cumulative volume flow rate of 300m at a temperature range of 35 ℃ or more3And reporting to a charging server.
The charging server is used for measuring the accumulated volume flow of 200m according to the temperature interval below 35 DEG3And a cumulative volume flow rate of 300m at a temperature range of 35 ℃ or more3And a charge rate of 2 Yuan/m in a temperature range of 35 DEG or less3And a charge rate of 3 yuan/m in a temperature range of 35 ℃ or more3Calculating the water cost of a temperature interval below 35 degrees as 200 multiplied by 2 to 400 yuan; the water cost in the temperature interval of 35 ℃ and above is 300 multiplied by 3-900 yuan; the total water cost is as follows: 400+900 is 1300 yuan.
The billing server returns the billing result (including, for example, the water consumption rate of 400 yuan for the temperature range of 35 degrees or less, the water consumption rate of 900 yuan for the temperature range of 35 degrees or more, and the total water consumption rate of 1300 yuan) to the water meter.
The water meter displays the charging result returned by the charging server, for example, the water consumption charge of 400 yuan below the temperature interval 35 ℃, the water consumption charge of 900 yuan above the temperature interval 35 ℃ and the total water consumption charge of 1300 yuan are displayed.
Further, for convenience of subsequent improvement and maintenance of the solar domestic hot water heating system, energy consumption can be counted after the accumulated volume flow corresponding to each temperature interval is obtained. Specifically, the following may be employed, but not limited to:
step one (experimental stage): through a large number of experiments, energy amounts respectively consumed when the water with the unit volumetric flow rate is heated to each temperature are obtained, and unit energy consumption amounts respectively corresponding to each temperature interval are obtained according to the obtained energy amounts respectively consumed when the water with the unit volumetric flow rate is heated to each temperature, wherein the unit energy consumption amount corresponding to one temperature interval is the sum of the energy amounts consumed when the water with the unit volumetric flow rate is heated to each temperature included in the temperature interval.
Step two (statistical phase): and calculating the accumulated energy consumption according to the accumulated volume flow rate corresponding to each temperature interval and the unit energy consumption corresponding to each temperature interval obtained in advance according to the empirical value.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, the water meter may integrate the obtained volume flow to the accumulated volume flow corresponding to the temperature interval in which the average water flow temperature falls according to the average water flow temperature, so that the water meter may obtain the accumulated volume flow in different temperature intervals, thereby implementing the function of dividing the volume flow according to the different temperature intervals. Furthermore, under the condition that the water meter has the function of dividing the volume flow according to different temperature intervals, the obtained accumulated volume flow under different temperature intervals can be reported to the charging server, so that the charging server charges the accumulated volume flow under different temperature intervals reported by the water meter by adopting different rates, thereby realizing reasonable charging of the domestic hot water and effectively avoiding the problem of inaccurate metering and charging of the domestic hot water caused by unstable temperature of the domestic hot water.
Example two
The above embodiment is further described in detail with reference to fig. 2, in which only "the temperature probe preset in the water meter is a thermistor, and the preset temperature ranges are two temperature ranges of 35 degrees or less and 35 degrees or more" as a specific application scenario, and the specific flow of the water metering method in the embodiment of the present invention is as follows:
step 200: when the water meter monitors that the water flows in, the volume flow within 1 second, namely the instantaneous volume flow, is obtained. For example, a volume flow of 2m is obtained3
Step 201: the water meter acquires the resistance value of the thermistor, and based on the pre-established correlation between the resistance value of the thermistor and the water flow temperature, the water flow temperature corresponding to the acquired resistance value of the thermistor is used as the average water flow temperature within 1 second. For example, the average water flow temperature is 45 degrees.
Step 202: the water gauge determines the temperature interval in which the average water flow temperature falls from the preset temperature intervals. For example, the determined temperature interval is: 35 degrees and above.
Step 203: and integrating the obtained volume flow rate to the accumulated volume flow rate corresponding to the average temperature interval by using the water meter. For example, the water meter integrates the volume flow rate 2m3 to the cumulative volume flow rate 298m corresponding to the temperature interval of 35 degrees and above3In this case, the cumulative volume flow rate corresponding to the temperature range of 35 degrees or more is: 298m3+2m3=300m3
Step 204: and updating the water gauge to display the accumulated volume flow at the temperature interval corresponding to the average temperature interval. For example, the water meter corresponds to a cumulative volume flow 298m of 35 ℃ and above in the temperature range3Updated to 300m3
Step 205: and the water meter reports the accumulated volume flow corresponding to each current temperature interval to the charging server. For example, the water meter can provide a cumulative volume flow of 200m corresponding to a temperature range of 35 degrees or less3A cumulative volume flow rate of 300m corresponding to a temperature range of 35 ℃ or more3And reporting to a charging server.
Step 206: charging server baseAnd charging the accumulated volume flow corresponding to each temperature interval reported by the water meter and the rate corresponding to each pre-stored temperature interval. For example, the charging server may be configured to accumulate the volume flow of 200m according to the temperature interval below 35 degrees3And rate 2 Yuan/m3The water consumption cost of 200 x 2 ═ 400 yuan is calculated for the temperature interval of 35 degrees or less, and the corresponding cumulative volume flow rate of 300m is calculated according to the temperature interval of 35 degrees or more3And a rate of 3 yuan/m3The water consumption rate in the temperature range of 35 degrees and above is calculated to be 300 x 3 ═ 900 yuan, and the total water consumption rate is calculated to be: 400+900 is 1300 yuan.
Step 207: and the billing server returns the billing result to the water meter. For example, the billing server returns the water consumption rate of 400 yuan corresponding to the temperature interval of 35 degrees or less, the water consumption rate of 900 yuan corresponding to the temperature interval of 35 degrees or more, and the total water consumption rate of 1300 yuan to the water meter.
Step 208: and displaying the charging result by the water meter. For example, the water meter displays the water consumption cost of 400 yuan below the temperature interval of 35 ℃, the water consumption cost of 900 yuan above the temperature interval of 35 ℃, and the total water consumption cost of 1300 yuan.
EXAMPLE III
Based on the above embodiment, referring to fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the water meter at least includes:
the metering module 300 is used for acquiring the volume flow and the average water flow temperature within a preset time range under the condition that the water flow is monitored to flow into the water inlet pipe;
