Abstract
本发明涉及一种中药炮制用翻板式多层烘干机的翻板装置,包括翻板、翻板轴、连杆、连动杆及操作手柄,所述的翻板轴的数量为多个,多个翻板轴沿箱体的长度方向均匀布置,翻板轴穿装在箱体内且与箱体相对转动连接,每个翻板轴上均设置有翻板,翻板位于箱体内,所述的翻板轴位于箱体外的一端分别通过连杆与连动杆连接,所述的连杆的一端与翻板轴铰接,连杆的另一端与连动杆铰接,其中一个连杆上连接有操作手柄。本发明结构简单,设计巧妙,多层翻板装置,减少空间资源的浪费,使用方便,操作简单,提高工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药炮制用的设备技术领域,具体涉及一种中药炮制用翻板式多层烘干机的翻板装置。
背景技术
许多中药材在储存使用前,不论是来源于动物、植物或矿物的各种中药,初期都是粗糙和不清洁的,需要经过各种加工,炮制后才能应用。炮、炒炙、煅、蒸等都是用于加工制作单味中药的方法,加工制作中药其目的的主要有以下一些:保障药物的清洁卫生。经过加工制作的药物无论是从外观或是药用都是很清洁的。制作加工药物时,需要经过水洗、挑选、过筛、切片、炒干(或晒干)、蒸煮等工序,通过这些工序去除了药物中的杂质,尘土等物质,经蒸煮或水洗后的中药材需要进行干燥处理,以去除中药材中的多余水份,传统的干燥方法有日晒法、摊晾法及烘炕法,这些方法多费时费力效率低下,且占地面积大,无法满足人民的需求。
发明内容
综上所述,为了克服现有技术问题的不足,本发明提供了一种中药炮制用翻板式多层烘干机,其中:包括机架、箱体、电热风机、进风口、出料口、进料口及翻板装置,所述的箱体设置在机架上,所述的箱体下部设置出料口,所述的电热风机设置在箱体外侧,通过管道连通箱体下部设置的进风口,所述的进料口设置在箱体上端,所述的箱体内设置有多个翻板装置,多个翻版装置在箱体内沿箱体的高度方向成层状布置,所述的箱体上端设置有竖撑板,所述的竖撑板上设置有除尘装置。
进一步,所述的翻板装置包括翻板、翻板轴、连杆、连动杆及操作手柄,所述的翻板轴的数量为多个,多个翻板轴沿箱体的长度方向均匀布置,翻板轴穿装在箱体内且与箱体相对转动连接,每个翻板轴上均设置有翻板,翻板位于箱体内,所述的翻板轴位于箱体外的一端分别通过连杆与连动杆连接,所述的连杆的一端与翻板轴连接,连杆的另一端与连动杆铰接,其中一个连杆上连接有操作手柄。
进一步,所述的翻板为不锈钢板,其上均匀设置透气孔。
进一步,所述的层状布置的多个翻板装置中,相邻两层翻板装置之间的距离与翻板的宽度相同。
进一步,所述的翻板装置的多个翻板轴中相邻的两个翻板轴之间的距离与翻板的宽度相同。
进一步,所述的除尘装置包括抽风机、过滤器、除尘罩及管道,所述的除尘罩装在箱体的上方,所述的除尘罩通过管道连接抽风机的进风口,所述的管道上设置有过滤器。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明结构简单,设计巧妙,多层翻板装置,减少空间资源的浪费,使用方便,操作简单,提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,一种中药炮制用翻板式多层烘干机,包括机架1、箱体2、电热风机3、进风口4、出料口15、进料口5及翻板装置,所述的箱体2设置在机架1上,所述的箱体2下部设置出料口15,所述的电热风机3设置在箱体2外侧,通过管道连通箱体2下部设置的进风口4,所述的进料口5设置在箱体2上端,所述的箱体2内设置有多个翻板装置,多个翻版装置在箱体2内沿箱体2的高度方向成层状布置,层状布置的多个翻板装置中,相邻两层翻板装置之间的距离与翻板的宽度相同,所述的箱体2上端设置有竖撑板,所述的竖撑板上设置有除尘装置,除尘装置包括抽风机11、过滤器12、除尘罩13及管道14,所述的除尘罩13装在箱体2的上方,所述的除尘罩13通过管道14连接抽风机11的进风口4,所述的管道14上设置有过滤器12。
翻板装置包括翻板6、翻板轴7、连杆8、连动杆9及操作手柄10,所述的翻板轴7的数量为多个,多个翻板轴7沿箱体2的长度方向均匀布置,翻板轴7穿装在箱体2内且与箱体2相对转动连接,每个翻板轴7上均设置有翻板6,翻板6位于箱体2内,翻板6为不锈钢板,其上均匀设置透气孔,多个翻板轴7中相邻的两个翻板轴7之间的距离与翻板6的宽度相同,所述的翻板轴7位于箱体2外的一端分别通过连杆8与连动杆9连接,所述的连杆8的一端与翻板轴7连接,连杆8的另一端与连动杆9铰接,其中一个连杆8上连接有操作手柄10。
在使用时,打开电热风机3,电热风机3转动通过管道向箱体2内输送热空气,将需要烘干的中药材经过上部进料口5,转动操作手柄10从上到下打开翻板,依次从下部开始将中药材均匀洒落在翻板上,在中草药烘干过程中打开除尘装置, 将中草药释放的粉尘与气体进过过滤排放,烘烤结束后,打开下端出料口15,依次从下往上,打开操作手柄10,转动翻板中药材进入出料口15。

1.一种中药炮制用翻板式多层烘干机的翻板装置,其特征在于:包括翻板、翻板轴、连杆、连动杆及操作手柄,所述的翻板轴的数量为多个,多个翻板轴沿中药炮制用翻板式多层烘干机的箱体的长度方向均匀布置,翻板轴穿装在中药炮制用翻板式多层烘干机的箱体内且与箱体相对转动连接,每个翻板轴上均设置有翻板,翻板位于箱体内,所述的翻板轴位于箱体外的一端分别通过连杆与连动杆连接,所述的连杆的一端与翻板轴铰接,连杆的另一端与连动杆铰接,其中一个连杆上连接有操作手柄。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药炮制用翻板式多层烘干机的翻板装置,其特征在于:所述的翻板为不锈钢板,其上均匀设置透气孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中药炮制用翻板式多层烘干机的翻板装置,其特征在于:所述的翻板装置的多个翻板轴中相邻的两个翻板轴之间的距离与翻板的宽度相同。
