技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化领域,具体涉及一种立柱式空气净化器。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,社会的进步,工业生产和汽车、飞机等交通工具普及所带来的环境污染日益严重,虽然人们的环保意识逐渐增强,国家也出台相应的法律法规来限制污染排放,但环境污染问题仍未出现根本性的好转,市场上应运而出各种类型的净化设备,来改善小范围的生活工作环境,这些设备的杀菌吸附过滤效果有待提高。
针对现有技术的不足,本发明设计了一种立式空气净化器,该空气净化器由底座、上壳体和下壳体组成,底座上方通过支撑架可拆卸连接有下壳体,上壳体与下壳体之间通过支撑柱可拆卸连接,底座呈喇叭状,支撑架下方的底座上设有蓄电池,蓄电池圆周上设有控制面板和充电插口,控制面板从左至右依次设置开关键、升档键、降档键、运行状态灯和充电指示灯,上壳体上端设置进风口,下端设置出风口,从进风口到出风口,上壳体内从上至下依次设置抽风机一、隔音棉、吸附网、吸附层、负离子发生器、隔音棉和抽风机二,通过隔音棉降低设备运行时产生的噪音,吸附网为第一级过滤,吸附层为第二级过滤,吸附层从上至下由性炭层、HEPA过滤网和杀菌过滤网组成,下壳体内的结构与上壳体呈对称设置,即下壳体上端设有出风口,下壳体下端设有进风口,从进风口到出风口,下壳体内从下至上依次设置抽风机一、隔音棉、吸附网、吸附层、负离子发生器、隔音棉和抽风机二,出风口和进风口均设置成栅格结构,上壳体和下壳体均为圆柱体结构,上壳体出风口和下壳体出风口相对设置,加快空气对流,该空气净化器结构设计合理,杀菌过滤效率高效,适合推广应用。

为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种立式空气净化器,包括底座、上壳体和下壳体,所述底座上方设有下壳体,所述下壳体与上壳体之间通过支撑柱可拆卸连接在一起,所述底座上部设有支撑架,所述支撑架下方底座上设有蓄电池,所述蓄电池与上壳体和下壳体电连接,所述蓄电池圆周上设有控制面板和充电插口,所述控制面板从左至右依次设有开关键、升档键、降档键、运行状态灯和充电指示灯,所述上壳体上端设有进风口,所述上壳体下端设有出风口,所述上壳体的进风口至出风口之间从上至下依次设有抽风机一、隔音棉、吸附网、吸附层、负离子发生器、隔音棉和抽风机二,所述下壳体上端设有出风口,所述下壳体下端设有进风口,所述下壳体的进风口至出风口之间从下至上依次设有抽风机一、隔音棉、吸附网、吸附层、负离子发生器、隔音棉和抽风机二,所述吸附层从上至下包括活性炭层、HEPA过滤网、杀菌过滤网,所述上壳体与下壳体呈对称结构,所述进风口和出风口为栅格结构,所述上壳体与下壳体均为圆柱体结构,所述底座整体呈喇叭状。
