Description

Wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit
Technical Field
The present invention relates to air conditioning devices, and more particularly to an indoor unit of a wall-mounted air conditioner.
Background
The traditional wall-mounted air conditioner generally adopts a rectangular air outlet, a transverse grating and a longitudinal grating are generally arranged on the air outlet, the air guide in the vertical direction is realized through the transverse grating, and the air guide in the left and right directions is realized through the longitudinal grating. However, when the traditional air guide structure guides air through swinging the horizontal grids and the vertical grids, the phenomenon of grid shaking is easy to occur, the noise is high, the air supply angle is small due to the limited swing angle of the grids, and the design of the grids also blocks part of air, so that the air supply distance and the air supply effect are influenced.
In order to solve the problems, some existing air conditioners adopt a circular air outlet structure, and air deflectors are not arranged at air outlets. After the indoor unit is started, the air flow in the indoor unit is directly led out by utilizing a hollow drainage mode. However, in these indoor units with circular air outlets, since the air outlet has no shielding structure, external dust can easily enter the indoor unit, which affects the air quality of the air outlet flow of the air conditioner. In addition, these indoor units cannot guide the airflow direction at the air outlet, so that the cold air/hot air is easily blown directly, which affects the user experience.

Detailed Description
An embodiment of the present invention provides a wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit, which may include a casing 10. The front side surface of the housing 10 is provided with at least one circular air outlet 11. For example, the circular outlets 11 may be provided in plural, preferably two, and arranged in line in the longitudinal direction of the indoor unit. The wall-mounted air conditioning indoor unit further includes an opening and closing structure 20 for the circular outlet 11. As shown in fig. 1-4, each opening and closing structure 20 may include a central baffle 21 and a plurality of curved blades 22.
The central baffle 21 is fixedly disposed at the center of the circular outlet 11, and an air outlet area is formed between the outer periphery of the central baffle and the inner periphery of the circular outlet 11. For example, the central baffle 21 may be circular, and the corresponding outlet area is annular. In alternative embodiments of the present invention, the central baffle 21 may have other shapes such as a square shape, an oval shape, and the like.
The plurality of curved blades 22 are arranged in series in the circumferential direction of the central baffle 21, and for example, the number of the curved blades 22 may be 6 and may be arranged uniformly along the circumference of the central baffle 21. In other embodiments, the number of the blades may also be less than 6 or more than 6, and may be specifically set according to the size of the blades, the size of the central baffle 21, and the size of the circular air outlet 11. The plurality of curved blades 22 may converge toward the center of the central baffle 21 to at least partially open the wind outlet region, and may converge completely to the front or rear side of the central baffle 21. Preferably, the air outlet can be completely gathered and contracted to the rear side of the central baffle 21, that is, when the plurality of curved blades 22 are in the completely gathered state, the central baffle 21 can shield the plurality of curved blades 22, and the user cannot observe the curved blades 22 from the outside of the air outlet, as shown in fig. 2. The plurality of curved blades 22 may also be flared away from the center of the central baffle 21 to at least partially enclose the wind exit region. As shown in fig. 1, the plurality of curved blades 22 can be unfolded to completely cover the annular air outlet region, so as to achieve the overall sealing of the air outlet.
Fig. 5, 6 and 7 are schematic front, top and bottom views, respectively, of the curved blades 22 of the opening and closing structure 20 according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the curved blade 22 is approximately crescent shaped having an outer profile edge portion which is convex and an inner profile edge portion which is concave. The inner contour edge portion is disposed toward the center of the central baffle when the plurality of curved blades are gathered, and accordingly, the outer contour edge portion may face the inner periphery of the circular outlet when the plurality of curved blades are gathered, as shown in fig. 9. The outer and inner contoured edge portions together define the root and tip ends of the curved blade 22.
As shown in fig. 5-7, in some embodiments of the invention, the outer contoured edge portion of the curved blade 22 includes a first circular arc-shaped section 221 and a second circular arc-shaped section 222. The inner contour edge portion comprises a third circular arc shaped section 223 and a fourth circular arc shaped section 224. The first and fourth circular arc-shaped sections 221, 224 are progressively closer towards the root end of the curved blade 22, such that the root end of the curved blade 22 forms a tapered curved region. The second and third circular arc-shaped sections 222, 223 are progressively closer towards the tip of the curved blade 22 so that the tip of the curved blade 22 also forms a tapered curved region. That is, the first and fourth circular arc-shaped sections gradually approach in a direction towards the root end of the curved blade such that the root end of the curved blade forms a tapered curved region. The second and third circular arc shaped sections are gradually closer together in a direction towards the tip of the curved blade so that the tip of the curved blade forms a tapered curved region.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the curvature of the first circular arc-shaped section 221 is equal to the curvature of the outer periphery of the central baffle 21, so that when the plurality of curved blades 22 are completely gathered to the rear side of the central baffle 21, the first circular arc-shaped section 221 of the plurality of curved blades 22 coincides with the outer periphery of the central baffle 21, as shown in fig. 9. And a partial region of each of the curved blades 22 is located between two adjacent ones of the curved blades 22 after the plurality of curved blades 22 are gathered. The curvature of the second arc-shaped section 222 is equal to the curvature of the inner periphery of the air outlet, so that when the plurality of curved blades 22 are fully unfolded to cover the air outlet region, the second arc-shaped section 222 of the plurality of curved blades 22 is overlapped with the inner periphery of the air outlet, as shown in fig. 8. By such design, the plurality of curved blades 22 can be completely folded to the rear side of the central baffle 21 or completely unfolded to shield the air outlet area, so that the appearance of the air outlet is more complete and beautiful.
In addition, the curvature and length of the third circular arc shaped section 223 are both equal to the curvature and length of the first circular arc shaped section 221. In this embodiment, when the plurality of curved blades 22 are completely unfolded to cover the air outlet region, as shown in fig. 8, the first arc-shaped section 221 and the third arc-shaped section of two adjacent curved blades 22 are just spliced together, so that the plurality of curved blades 22 can completely cover the air outlet region, and meanwhile, the adjacent curved blades 22 are not overlapped as much as possible, so that the size of the curved blades is fully utilized, and the appearance of the air outlet is more complete and beautiful.
In some embodiments of the invention, to facilitate the gathering and unfolding of the plurality of curved blades, each curved blade is preferably rotatably disposed about its root end on either the front or rear side of the central barrier. For example, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, each curved blade is rotatable about its root end to the rear side of the central barrier, with a plurality of curved blades arranged in a stack one above the other.
Further, the first arc-shaped section 221 further has a guiding flange 225 that is gradually higher from the root end adjacent to the curved blade 22 to the direction away from the root end, so as to guide the curved blades 22 in the front-rear direction of the indoor unit when the curved blades 22 are contracted or expanded, so that the curved blades 22 can be at least partially overlapped. Specifically, after the plurality of curved blades are gathered, a partial region of the tip of one curved blade 22 is located on the rear side of a partial region of the root end of the other curved blade 22 in each adjacent two curved blades 22, and the first arc-shaped section of each curved blade has a guide flange protruding toward the rear side of the curved blade and gradually rising from the root end adjacent to the curved blade toward the direction away from the root end. Or, after the plurality of curved blades are gathered, in every two adjacent curved blades 22, a partial region of the tip of one curved blade 22 is located at the front side of a partial region of the root end of the other curved blade 22, and the first arc-shaped section of each curved blade has a guide flange which protrudes to the front side of the curved blade and is gradually higher from the root end adjacent to the curved blade to the direction far away from the root end.
This is so because during the collapsing of the plurality of curved blades 22, there may be mechanical interference between adjacent curved blades 22. The guide flange 225 is located at a lower position near the root end and a higher position away from the root end, and when the adjacent curved blades 22 are folded to overlap each other, the guide flange 225 can guide the adjacent blades to slightly move toward the rear side so that the adjacent curved blades 22 are staggered in the front-rear direction of the opening and closing structure 20 to prevent mechanical interference.
In some embodiments of the invention, the root end of the curved blade 22 is provided with a blade pivot 26, and the curved blade 22 is pivotally connected to the rear side of the central barrier 21 adjacent the edge by the blade pivot 26, such that the curved blade 22 can rotate bi-directionally about the blade pivot 26. The plurality of curved blades 22 are spread or gathered by rotation about the blade pivot axis 26. As shown in fig. 8 and 9, when the plurality of curved blades 22 are rotated clockwise (as viewed from the direction in which the viewer points from the rear side to the front side of the wall-mounted air conditioning indoor unit) about the blade rotation shaft 26 from the state of fig. 8, they are folded toward the center barrier 21 to the position of fig. 9. When the plurality of curved blades 22 are rotated counterclockwise around the blade rotation axis 26 from the state of fig. 9, they are rotated and spread toward the outlet edge, and the position state of fig. 8 can be restored.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the opening and closing structure 20 further comprises a curved blade drive mechanism. The curved blade driving mechanism is used for driving each curved blade 22 to rotate along the blade rotating shaft 26 thereof so as to open or close the wind outlet area. For example, in some alternative embodiments, the curved blade drive mechanism may be a plurality of linkages, each linkage associated with a corresponding curved blade 22, and a stepper motor coupled to the plurality of linkages. The stepper motor rotates the curved blade 22 through a linkage mechanism.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11 (and to illustrate more clearly the principle of operation of the curved blade 22 drive mechanism, only a single curved blade 22 is shown in fig. 10 and 11), in some preferred embodiments of the invention the curved blade drive mechanism may include a steering wheel 23. The guide plate 23 is circular, is disposed behind the center fence 21, has a center coinciding with the center of the center fence 21, and is rotatable in both directions about a straight line passing through the center of the guide plate and perpendicular to the plane in which the guide plate is disposed, i.e., rotatable about its central axis in a first direction or rotatable about its central axis in a second direction opposite to the first direction.
Further, the rear side surface of the guide tray 23 is provided with a plurality of curved guide grooves 231 extending from the middle portion (may also be referred to as a middle region, a central region) to the edge of the guide tray 23. The number of curved guide slots 231 is the same as the number of curved blades 22, each curved guide slot 231 cooperating with a corresponding curved blade 22. For example, each curved blade further comprises a guiding stud 27, one end of the guiding stud 27 being fixable to the rear side of the curved blade 22 and the other end being snapped into the corresponding curved guiding slot 231. That is, each curved guide slot is adapted to receive a guide post to force the guide post along the curved guide slot to rotate the corresponding curved blade as the guide post is rotated in both directions about its central axis.
In some preferred embodiments of the invention, the guiding studs 27 may be arranged at the edge of the inner profile of the curved blade 22, and the guiding studs 27 are perpendicular to the plane of the guiding plate 23. Preferably, the guide post 27 may be located on the guide post fixing section between the third circular arc section 223 and the fourth circular arc section 224, and the guide post 27 and the blade rotation shaft 26 protrude toward the same direction. Further, the distance from the point on the guide groove 231 to the blade rotation axis 26 of the corresponding curved blade 22 gradually increases in the radial direction of the guide disk 23. That is, the distance from the point of the guide groove 231 near the edge of the guide disk 23 to the vane rotary shaft 26 is greater than the distance from the point near the center of the guide disk 23 to the vane rotary shaft 26.
In actual use, as shown in fig. 10, when the curved blades 22 are in the fully extended state, the guide posts 27 are located in the guide slots 231 near the edges of the guide discs 23. When the curved blades 22 need to be furled, the guiding disc 23 is driven to rotate clockwise, the distance from the curved guiding slot 231 to the blade rotating shaft 26 corresponding to the curved blade 22 increases, the guiding post 27 is forced to slide along the curved guiding slot 231 toward the center position of the guiding disc 23, and the curved blades 22 are driven to rotate and furl toward the center direction of the central baffle 21, as shown in fig. 11. When the guide posts 27 move to the end of the curved guide slots 231 near the center of the guide plate 23, the curved blades 22 are fully retracted to the rear side of the central baffle 21. When the curved blades 22 need to be unfolded, the guiding disc 23 is driven to rotate counterclockwise, the distance from the curved guiding slot 231 to the blade rotating shaft 26 corresponding to the curved blades 22 is reduced, the guiding column 27 is forced to slide along the curved guiding slot 231 towards the edge position of the guiding disc 23, and the curved blades 22 are driven to rotate and unfold towards the edge direction of the circular air outlet 11. When the guide posts 27 move to the end of the curved guide slots 231 near the edge of the guide disk 23, the curved blades 22 are fully deployed to close the wind outlet region.
