Abstract

本发明公开一种车辆激光前照灯,属于光电技术领域。它包括激光光源、光学模块、散热器模块、结构模块和驱动模块,激光光源发射的光经光学模块反射或透射,形成前照灯照明光型;散热器模块为激光光源提供散热;结构模块将各模块结合在一起;驱动模块为激光光源提供稳定的输出。本发明主要针对车辆前照灯,而前照灯作为夜间驾驶的主要照明灯具,要求照射距离远,提高照明条件,满足夜间安全驾驶。本发明的技术方案,利用激光方向好及聚光特性实现最佳射程,创造高亮度的前照灯,并且可以满足更小的发光面的造型设计要求。

一种车辆激光前照灯
技术领域
本发明属于光电技术领域,尤其是一种车辆激光前照灯。
背景技术
前照灯作为夜间行车的“眼睛”,对安全驾驶发挥举足轻重的作用。夜间行驶的安全性由汽车前照灯的距离和配光性能所决定。现有汽车前照灯存在出光口大,照射距离短,亮度低的缺陷。
发明内容
为解决现有汽车前照灯出光口大,照射距离短,亮度低的缺陷,本发明提供一种更小的发光面、亮度高和远距离照射的车辆激光前照灯,有助于节省安装空间,减轻灯具重量,在很大程度上改善了车辆的照明条件,提高了驾驶安全性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种车辆激光前照灯,它包括激光光源、光学模块、散热器模块、结构模块和驱动模块,激光光源发射的光经光学模块反射或透射,形成前照灯照明光型;散热器模块为激光光源提供散热;结构模块将各模块结合在一起;驱动模块为激光光源提供稳定的输出。
进一步地,激光光源包括激光二极管和荧光体,激光二极管发出的蓝色激光直射或反射到荧光体上,蓝色激光激发荧光体上的黄色荧光粉产生白光。
进一步地,激光光源还包括蓝光传感器或亮度传感器,避免因荧光粉损坏,蓝光泄漏而引发的安全问题,在紧急情况下可关闭激光。
进一步地,光学模块包括反射镜或透镜,激光光源发射的光经反射镜一次或多次反射或透镜透射,形成前照灯照明光型;
透镜的材料为玻璃或塑料。
进一步地,反射镜表面镀铝;
透镜表面镀增透膜。
进一步地,光学模块包括下反射镜和上反射镜,激光光源发射的光经下反射镜和上反射镜两次反射,形成前照灯照明光型,能避免从车辆前面直接看到激光光源,避免眩目。
进一步地,散热器模块包括上散热器、下散热器和风扇,上散热器上固定有下反射镜,下散热器通过导热胶紧密贴合在激光光源的散热结构处;
散热器模块通过上散热器、下散热器和风扇对激光光源进行主动和被动式散热。
进一步地,结构模块包括支架、螺钉和饰圈,支架上通过螺钉固定有上反射镜,饰圈固定在前照灯出光口,饰圈除出光口外,能够遮挡激光光源和其它零件;
支架和饰圈的材料为塑料或金属。
进一步地,驱动模块包括PCB板和驱动盒,PCB板位于驱动盒内;
驱动模块采用恒流源ACC工作方式,保证激光光源能稳定输出。
有益效果:
本发明主要针对车辆前照灯,而前照灯作为夜间驾驶的主要照明灯具,要求照射距离远,提高照明条件,满足夜间安全驾驶。本发明的技术方案,利用激光方向好及聚光特性实现最佳射程,创造高亮度的前照灯,并且可以满足更小的发光面的造型设计要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
本实施例提出一种车辆激光前照灯,如图1、2所示,它包括激光光源1、光学模块、散热器模块、结构模块和驱动模块7,光学模块包括下反射镜2和上反射镜3,激光光源1发射的光经下反射镜2和上反射镜3两次反射,形成前照灯照明光型(图1中箭头为出光方向),能避免从车辆前面直接看到激光光源,避免眩目;散热器模块包括上散热器4、下散热器5和风扇10,上散热器4上固定有下反射镜2,下散热器5通过导热胶紧密贴合在激光光源1的散热结构处,散热器模块通过上散热器4、下散热器5和风扇10对激光光源1进行主动和被动式散热;结构模块包括支架6、螺钉8和饰圈9,支架6上通过螺钉8固定有上反射镜3,饰圈9固定在前照灯出光口,饰圈9除出光口外,能够遮挡激光光源1和其它零件。
上述的激光光源1包括激光二极管和荧光体,激光二极管发出的蓝色激光直射或反射到荧光体上,蓝色激光激发荧光体上的黄色荧光粉产生白光。
上述的激光光源1还包括蓝光传感器或亮度传感器,能够避免因荧光粉损坏,蓝光泄漏而引发的安全问题,在紧急情况下可关闭激光。
上述的下反射镜2和上述的上反射镜3表面镀铝。
上述的支架6和上述的饰圈9的材料为塑料或金属。
上述驱动模块7包括PCB板和驱动盒,PCB板位于驱动盒内。驱动模块7采用恒流源ACC工作方式,保证激光光源1输出稳定与可靠。驱动模块7可输入电压范围为9-16V,电流PWM可调节范围为0-2A,最多可支持2路激光输出,且自带温度检测模块,具有防反保护、过温保护、过压保护功能。
对本发明保护范围的限制,所属领域技术人员应该明白,在本发明的技术方案的基础上,本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。

Claims (9)

1.一种车辆激光前照灯,它包括激光光源(1)、光学模块、散热器模块、结构模块和驱动模块(7),其特征在于:所述激光光源(1)发射的光经所述光学模块反射或透射,形成前照灯照明光型;所述散热器模块为所述激光光源(1)提供散热;所述结构模块将各模块结合在一起;所述驱动模块(7)为所述激光光源(1)提供稳定的输出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆激光前照灯,其特征在于:所述激光光源(1)包括激光二极管和荧光体,所述激光二极管发出的蓝色激光直射或反射到所述荧光体上,所述蓝色激光激发所述荧光体上的黄色荧光粉产生白光。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆激光前照灯,其特征在于:所述激光光源(1)还包括蓝光传感器或亮度传感器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆激光前照灯,其特征在于:所述光学模块包括反射镜或透镜,所述激光光源(1)发射的光经所述反射镜一次或多次反射或所述透镜透射,形成前照灯照明光型;
所述透镜的材料为玻璃或塑料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车辆激光前照灯,其特征在于:所述反射镜表面镀铝;
所述透镜表面镀增透膜。
6.根据权利要求1或4所述的车辆激光前照灯,其特征在于:所述光学模块包括下反射镜(2)和上反射镜(3),所述激光光源(1)发射的光经所述下反射镜(2)和所述上反射镜(3)两次反射,形成前照灯照明光型。
7.根据权利要求1所述的车辆激光前照灯,其特征在于:所述散热器模块包括上散热器(4)、下散热器(5)和风扇(10),所述上散热器(4)上固定有所述下反射镜(2),所述下散热器(5)通过导热胶紧密贴合在所述激光光源(1)的散热结构处;
所述散热器模块通过所述上散热器(4)、所述下散热器(5)和所述风扇(10)对所述激光光源(1)进行主动和被动式散热。
8.根据权利要求1所述的车辆激光前照灯,其特征在于:所述结构模块包括支架(6)、螺钉(8)和饰圈(9),所述支架(6)上通过所述螺钉(8)固定有所述上反射镜(3),所述饰圈(9)固定在前照灯出光口;
所述支架(6)和所述饰圈(9)的材料为塑料或金属。
9.根据权利要求1所述的车辆激光前照灯,其特征在于:所述驱动模块(7)包括PCB板和驱动盒,所述PCB板位于所述驱动盒内;
所述驱动模块(7)采用恒流源ACC工作方式。
