一种超低温上装式球阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种超低温上装式球阀结构,特别涉及一种适用于LNG、石化、空分等低温领域用上装式球阀。
背景技术
近年来,液化天然气装置国产化技术日益成熟。其配套超低温球阀一直采购进口超低温上装式球阀。而进口产品为国内用户、成套单位带来成本巨高、维修难、备件周期长等一系列问题。成功研制超低温上装式球阀,填补国内空白,有效替代国外进口产品,是推进我国超低温球阀在石化、LNG、空分等超低温领域发展的迫切需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种便于维护,阀座具有自卸压、防火、防静电以及密封性能好特性,且可靠性能高的超低温上装式球阀结构。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成:一种超低温上装式球阀,包括阀体、上游阀座组件、球体、长颈阀、上阀杆、下阀杆、阀座螺母、弹簧座、阀座密封圈、超低温单向密封弹簧蓄能密封圈、圆柱销、上游金属阀座、止推环、inconel镍丝石墨盘根、圆柱压缩弹簧、下游金属阀座、超低温双向密封弹簧蓄能密封圈,所述的超低温单向密封弹簧蓄能密封圈安装在上游金属阀座的小端外圆处,止推环装入上游金属阀座靠近超低温单向密封弹簧蓄能密封圈旁边,圆柱销依次插入止推环和上游金属阀座,inconel镍丝石墨盘根安装在上游金属阀座设置的凹槽内,弹簧座上有四个凸起的U型键与上游金属阀座上的4个凹进去的U型槽相配合连接,圆柱压缩弹簧装入弹簧座所设置的弹簧安装孔内,阀座螺母与上游金属阀座采用螺纹的连接方式连接。
作为优选:所述超低温双向密封弹簧蓄能密封圈装入下游金属阀座小端外圆处,弹簧座上有四个凸起的U型键与下游金属阀座上的4个凹进去的U型槽相配合连接,圆柱压缩弹簧装入弹簧座所设置的弹簧安装孔内,阀座螺母与下游金属阀座采用螺纹的连接方式连接;
所述的上阀杆与球体通过方形深孔连接,并使手柄或执行机构提供的扭矩作用在上阀杆上时可使阀杆带动球体旋转;所述的长颈阀盖顶部设置有填料密封结构。
作为优选:所述阀座螺母与上游金属阀座和下游金属阀座均采用螺纹连接,阀座螺母圆周上设有供拆装工具转动阀座螺母的安装槽;
所述的填料密封结构由衬圈、填料、填料、填料、填料隔套、填料压板以及填料压盖组成;所述填料与衬圈接触连接,所述填料隔套设置在填料中间,所述填料压板与填料接触连接,所述填料压盖与填料压板通过螺栓连接。
本发明具有便于维护,阀座具有自卸压、防火、防静电以及密封性能好特性,且可靠性能高等特点。

为使本发明的结构更清晰的了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
参见图1至图5所示,本发明所述的一种超低温上装式球阀,包括阀体1、上游阀座组件2、球体3、长颈阀10、上阀杆24、下阀杆26、阀座螺母2-1、弹簧座2-2、阀座密封圈2-3、超低温单向密封弹簧蓄能密封圈2-4、圆柱销2-5、上游金属阀座2-6、止推环2-7、inconel镍丝石墨盘根2-8、圆柱压缩弹簧2-9、下游金属阀座25-1、超低温双向密封弹簧蓄能密封圈25-2。
所述超低温单向密封弹簧蓄能密封圈2-4装在上游金属阀座2-6的小端外圆处,止推环2-7装入上游金属阀座2-6靠近超低温单向密封弹簧蓄能密封圈2-4旁边,圆柱销2-5依次插入止推环2-7、上游金属阀座2-6,inconel镍丝石墨盘根2-8装在上游金属阀座2-6设置的凹槽内,弹簧座2-2上有四个凸起的U型键与上游金属阀座2-6上的4个凹进去的U型槽相配合连接,圆柱压缩弹簧2-9装入弹簧座2-2所设置的弹簧安装孔内,阀座螺母2-1与上游金属阀座2-6采用螺纹的连接方式连接。所述超低温双向密封弹簧蓄能密封圈25-2装入下游金属阀座25-1小端外圆处,弹簧座2-2上有四个凸起的U型键与下游金属阀座25-1上的4个凹进去的U型槽相配合连接,圆柱压缩弹簧2-9装入弹簧座2-2所设置的弹簧安装孔内,阀座螺母2-1与下游金属阀座25-1采用螺纹的连接方式连接。
上阀杆与球体通过方深连接以传递扭矩,当手柄或执行机构提供的扭矩作用在上阀杆24上时,可使阀杆24带动球体3旋转,从而实现阀门启闭。
本发明阀座螺母2-1与上游金属阀座2-6、下游金属阀座25-1均采用螺纹连接,阀座螺母2-1圆周上设有安装槽,拆卸时,可将防转销依次穿过阀体1上的U型槽、弹簧座2-2上的安装孔,通过拆装工具转动阀座螺母2-1,上游金属阀座2-6将向远离球体的方向移动,下游金属阀座25-1进行同样的操作将向远离球体的方向移动,当上、下游阀座之间的距离大于球体宽度时,即可将球体从阀腔内取出,其余零件也可依次取出。
本发明当中腔压力高于公称压力的1.33倍 ,中腔压力反推阀座,压缩预紧弹簧,使阀座脱离球面形成泄放通道,从而保证中腔压力顺利泄放至上游管道内;再加上上游阀座只具有单向密封性能,故中腔压力异常升高时,泄压总是超上游方向。
本发明还设有填料密封结构,填料密封结构设置在长颈阀盖10的顶部,填料密封结构由衬圈12、填料13、填料14、填料15、填料隔套16、填料压板17以及填料压盖18组成;所述填料13与衬圈12接触连接,所述填料隔套16在填料中间,所述填料压板17与填料接触连接,所述填料压盖18与填料压板17通过螺栓连接。
所述填料密封结构,当压力大于Class 300 时,还需在填料底部设弹簧蓄能密封圈,其目的是达到初级密封,阻断了介质与填料的接触,进一步保护了填料不收低温介质的影响,不但保证了填料密封处的密封性能,而且还减少了阀门启闭扭矩。
本发明具有密封性能更加可靠、使用寿命更长、启闭扭矩更低等优点。

1.一种超低温上装式球阀,包括阀体(1)、上游阀座组件(2)、球体(3)、长颈阀(10)、上阀杆(24)、下阀杆(26)、阀座螺母(2-1)、弹簧座(2-2)、阀座密封圈(2-3)、超低温单向密封弹簧蓄能密封圈(2-4)、圆柱销(2-5)、上游金属阀座(2-6)、止推环(2-7)、inconel镍丝石墨盘根(2-8)、圆柱压缩弹簧(2-9)、下游金属阀座(25-1)、超低温双向密封弹簧蓄能密封圈(25-2),其特征在于所述的超低温单向密封弹簧蓄能密封圈(2-4)安装在上游金属阀座(2-6)的小端外圆处,止推环(2-7)装入上游金属阀座(2-6)靠近超低温单向密封弹簧蓄能密封圈(2-4)旁边,圆柱销(2-5)依次插入止推环(2-7)和上游金属阀座(2-6),inconel镍丝石墨盘根(2-8)安装在上游金属阀座(2-6)设置的凹槽内,弹簧座(2-2)上有四个凸起的U型键与上游金属阀座(2-6)上的4个凹进去的U型槽相配合连接,圆柱压缩弹簧(2-9)装入弹簧座(2-2)所设置的弹簧安装孔内,阀座螺母(2-1)与上游金属阀座(2-6)采用螺纹的连接方式连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超低温上装式球阀,其特征在于所述超低温双向密封弹簧蓄能密封圈(25-2)装入下游金属阀座(25-1)小端外圆处,弹簧座(2-2)上有四个凸起的U型键与下游金属阀座(25-1)上的4个凹进去的U型槽相配合连接,圆柱压缩弹簧(2-9)装入弹簧座(2-2)所设置的弹簧安装孔内,阀座螺母(2-1)与下游金属阀座(25-1)采用螺纹的连接方式连接;
所述的上阀杆(24)与球体(3)通过方形深孔连接,并使手柄或执行机构提供的扭矩作用在上阀杆(24)上时可使阀杆(24)带动球体(3)旋转;所述的长颈阀盖(10)顶部设置有填料密封结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的超低温上装式球阀,其特征在于所述阀座螺母(2-1)与上游金属阀座(2-6)和下游金属阀座(25-1)均采用螺纹连接,阀座螺母(2-1)圆周上设有供拆装工具转动阀座螺母(2-1)的安装槽;
所述的填料密封结构由衬圈(12)、填料(13)、填料(14)、填料(15)、填料隔套(16)、填料压板(17)以及填料压盖(18)组成;所述填料(13)与衬圈(12)接触连接,所述填料隔套(16)设置在填料中间,所述填料压板(17)与填料接触连接,所述填料压盖(18)与填料压板(17)通过螺栓连接。
