Abstract
本发明公开了防爆提升门技术领域的一种厂房工业防爆安全提升门,包括限位门框,所述限位门框中卡接有卷帘门,且卷帘门的两端卡接在限位门框中的导槽中,所述卷帘门为门片活动串接在一起的,所述限位门框的上端连接有支架体,所述支架体上设置有包箱,所述包箱中设置有安装座,本发明便于通过防爆电机和控制器、粉尘监测仪的外侧的防爆外壳的设置,使卷帘门在粉尘较大的环境中防爆性及安全性得到提升,通过粉尘监测仪和警报器对周围环境的粉尘浓度进行监测和提醒,通过控制器对卷帘门进行关闭,避免空气进入增加爆炸可能性,通过门片中设置的防火层和耐火层,避免高温损坏卷帘门。

技术领域
本发明涉及防爆提升门技术领域,具体为一种厂房工业防爆安全提升门。
背景技术
提升门是以多关节活动的门片串联在一起,在固定的滑道内,以门上方卷轴为中心转动上下的门。提升门适用于商业门面、车库、商场、医院、厂矿企业等公共场所或住宅。例如专利申请号CN200410006966.2一种可以顺畅而轻快地开闭卷帘门,可防止卷帘门开闭时产生的噪声,同时可提高卷帘门的设计性的新型结构的卷帘门装置。当通过引导链轮的转动而将滚子链条引入卷帘门收装箱内时,各平板体在上下方向隔开给定间隔的平面状态下,互相不接触地顺序沿着导轨上升,从其上端互相不接触地顺序沿着收装支承轨道,在互相平行的纵向并排状态下向后方被横向进给,紧凑地收装在卷帘门收装箱内,卷帘门打开。
现有技术的提升门用电设备常常暴露在外,在粉尘较多的工厂中,当粉尘浓度过大,空气充足的情况在极易发生爆炸事件,造成人员伤亡事故,一般的提升门不具有提醒功能,防火耐火性也较差,基于此,本发明设计了一种厂房工业防爆安全提升门,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种厂房工业防爆安全提升门,以解决上述背景技术中提出的提升门用电设备常常暴露在外,在粉尘较多的工厂中,当粉尘浓度过大,空气充足的情况在极易发生爆炸事件,造成人员伤亡事故,一般的提升门不具有提醒功能,防火耐火性也较差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种厂房工业防爆安全提升门,包括限位门框,所述限位门框中卡接有卷帘门,且卷帘门的两端卡接在限位门框中的导槽中,所述所述卷帘门为门片活动串接在一起的,所述限位门框的上端连接有支架体,所述支架体上设置有包箱,所述包箱中设置有安装座,所述安装座的一侧活动插接有卷辊,所述卷辊的另一端连接防爆电机的输出端,所述卷辊上绕卷有钢缆,所述钢缆的端部连接卷帘门的上端,所述限位门框的一侧设置有控制器和粉尘监测仪,所述粉尘监测仪和防爆电机与控制器电性连接。
优选的,所述控制器和粉尘监测仪的外侧均设置有防爆外壳,所述粉尘监测仪的型号为P5L2C/P-5L2C。
优选的,所述限位门框上设置有警报器,所述警报器的外侧设置有防护外罩,且控制器与警报器电性连接。
优选的,所述卷辊的转轴上套接有卷轮,所述钢缆绕接在卷轮上。
优选的,所述门片包括弯折板,所述弯折板中设置有支撑体,所述支撑体中设置有石膏防火层,所述支撑体的两侧设置有AZS耐火砖,所述门片的上下端均设置有铰接杆,相邻两组所述门片之间的铰接杆通过锁紧销连接。
优选的,所述门片的两端设置有滑动端,所述滑动端上套接有消音胶条。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明便于通过防爆电机和控制器、粉尘监测仪的外侧的防爆外壳的设置,使卷帘门在粉尘较大的环境中防爆性及安全性得到提升,通过粉尘监测仪和警报器对周围环境的粉尘浓度进行监测和提醒,通过控制器对卷帘门进行关闭,避免空气进入增加爆炸可能性,通过门片中设置的防火层和耐火层,避免高温损坏卷帘门。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种厂房工业防爆安全提升门,包括限位门框1,限位门框1中卡接有卷帘门,且卷帘门的两端卡接在限位门框1中的导槽中,卷帘门为门片2活动串接在一起的,限位门框1的上端连接有支架体,支架体上设置有包箱3,包箱3中设置有安装座4,安装座4的一侧活动插接有卷辊5,卷辊5的另一端连接防爆电机8的输出端,卷辊5上绕卷有钢缆7,钢缆7的端部连接卷帘门的上端,限位门框1的一侧设置有控制器9和粉尘监测仪10,粉尘监测仪10和防爆电机8与控制器9电性连接。
其中,控制器9和粉尘监测仪10的外侧均设置有防爆外壳,粉尘监测仪10的型号为P5L2C/P-5L2C。
其中,限位门框1上设置有警报器11,警报器11的外侧设置有防护外罩,且控制器9与警报器11电性连接。
其中,卷辊5的转轴上套接有卷轮6,钢缆7绕接在卷轮6上。
其中,门片2包括弯折板201,弯折板201中设置有支撑体202,支撑体202中设置有石膏防火层203,支撑体202的两侧设置有AZS耐火砖204,门片2的上下端均设置有铰接杆205,相邻两组门片2之间的铰接杆205通过锁紧销连接。
其中,门片2的两端设置有滑动端206,滑动端206上套接有消音胶条207。
本实施例的一个具体应用为:通过控制器9进行控制,使防爆电机8进行转动,进行卷辊5和卷轮6进行转动,钢缆7收卷到卷轮6上,卷帘门继续上升,卷帘门的上端绕卷在卷辊5上,卷帘门上的门片2两侧滑动端206插接在限位门框1中的导槽中,消音胶条207降低滑动端206在限位门框1中的麻擦噪声,相邻两组门片2之间的铰接杆205通过锁紧销连接,支撑体202中设置有石膏防火层203,石膏防火层203增加卷帘门的防火性,支撑体202的两侧设置有AZS耐火砖204,AZS耐火砖204增加卷帘门的耐火性,粉尘监测仪10对周围环境的粉尘进行监测,当粉尘浓度达到预设浓度,控制器9控制警报器11进行警报,防爆电机8转动带动卷帘门关闭,避免空气进入,增加爆炸危险,防爆电机8和控制器9、粉尘监测仪10的外侧的防爆外壳的设置,使卷帘门在粉尘较大的环境中防爆性及安全性得到提升。

1.一种厂房工业防爆安全提升门,包括限位门框(1),其特征在于:所述限位门框(1)中卡接有卷帘门,且卷帘门的两端卡接在限位门框(1)中的导槽中,所述卷帘门为门片(2)活动串接在一起的,所述限位门框(1)的上端连接有支架体,所述支架体上设置有包箱(3),所述包箱(3)中设置有安装座(4),所述安装座(4)的一侧活动插接有卷辊(5),所述卷辊(5)的另一端连接防爆电机(8)的输出端,所述卷辊(5)上绕卷有钢缆(7),所述钢缆(7)的端部连接卷帘门的上端,所述限位门框(1)的一侧设置有控制器(9)和粉尘监测仪(10),所述粉尘监测仪(10)和防爆电机(8)与控制器(9)电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种厂房工业防爆安全提升门,其特征在于:所述控制器(9)和粉尘监测仪(10)的外侧均设置有防爆外壳,所述粉尘监测仪(10)的型号为P5L2C/P-5L2C。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种厂房工业防爆安全提升门,其特征在于:所述限位门框(1)上设置有警报器(11),所述警报器(11)的外侧设置有防护外罩,且控制器(9)与警报器(11)电性连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种厂房工业防爆安全提升门,其特征在于:所述卷辊(5)的转轴上套接有卷轮(6),所述钢缆(7)绕接在卷轮(6)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种厂房工业防爆安全提升门,其特征在于:所述门片(2)包括弯折板(201),所述弯折板(201)中设置有支撑体(202),所述支撑体(202)中设置有石膏防火层(203),所述支撑体(202)的两侧设置有AZS耐火砖(204),所述门片(2)的上下端均设置有铰接杆(205),相邻两组所述门片(2)之间的铰接杆(205)通过锁紧销连接。
