The bar planting is a post-anchoring connection method for planting ribbed steel bars or full-thread screws in concrete base materials by using special organic or inorganic adhesives. The wall of the concrete hole and the outer surface of the steel bar form firm bonding anchoring force by bonding the anchoring force through the structural adhesive, and the steel bar pullout force and the shearing force are resisted by the bonding anchoring force. The invention aims to solve the problems of improving the overall anchoring effect, improving the application range of a bar planting technology, freely selecting an anchoring material, reducing the drilling difficulty and the like.
The technical scheme of the invention is that the embossing type bar-planting anchor head device comprises a cover-shaped screw cap with a steel wire and a threaded steel bar; the threaded steel bar is a ribbed steel bar for bar planting, one end of the ribbed steel bar is provided with threads, and the diameter of the threads is matched with the internal threads of the cap-shaped screw cap;
the cap-shaped nut consists of a nut and a cap; the nut is in a hexagonal structure, and the outer diameter of the nut is consistent with the diameter of the ribbed steel bar or 1-2mm larger; one end of the cap-shaped screw cap is of a hemispherical structure or a circular flat plate structure; pre-drilling at least one hole for planting steel wires on the steel wire; one end of the steel wire is fixed in the steel wire hole by upsetting and riveting.
The cap-shaped nut is of an integral structure or a split structure, and the split structure is formed by connecting the nut and the cap into a whole by welding or threads. When the pre-drilled hole of the cap-shaped screw cap is a hole, the position of the hole is the center of the circular steel plate; when the pre-drilled holes are a plurality of holes, the plurality of holes are uniformly distributed by taking the center of the circular steel plate or the hemispherical surface as the center and the circumference.
When the pre-drilled hole is one hole, the inserted and riveted steel wire is a steel wire bundle consisting of a plurality of steel wires; when the pre-drilled holes are a plurality of holes, the inserted and riveted steel wires are steel wire bundles consisting of a single steel wire or a plurality of steel wires.
The length of the steel wire implanted into the cap-shaped screw cap is about 50-100mm, and the diameter of the steel wire is 0.1-3 mm. The bottom of each steel wire is provided with a pier rivet head, the top of each steel wire is properly bent, the orientation of each steel wire is different, but the overall range of each steel wire does not exceed the range of the outer diameter of the nut, so that the steel wire can be smoothly inserted into a drilled hole during bar planting. The steel wire used, while having sufficient strength, should also be bent to produce an embossing effect after being inserted into the hole bottom and being hammered.
When the diameter of the ribbed steel bar is small, the diameter of the cap-shaped screw cap is smaller (for example, less than 6mm) and a plurality of wire implanting holes cannot be processed, the cap-shaped screw cap can be changed into a flat-top cap nut, only one wire implanting hole is arranged on the flat-top cap nut, a steel wire bundle is implanted into the hole, all implanted steel wires share one pier riveting head, after the steel wire bundle is connected with the wire implanting hole in an interference connection mode, the steel wire bundle is separated from the outer end part of the screw cap one by one, the upper parts of the steel wires are properly bent and are different in orientation, and therefore the steel wires can be conveniently embossed into a cluster.
The invention has the advantages that only one end of the ribbed steel bar is turned into a screw, and the screw is screwed into the cap-shaped nut which is implanted with the steel wire in advance, the existing steel bar implanting construction method is not changed, only the rod body with the steel wire anchor head is inserted to the bottom of the hole, the external end of the steel bar implanting body is hammered by an iron hammer, and the rod body is embedded and firmly fixed in the hole by utilizing the stress deformation of the steel wire. The invention solves the problem of difficult construction due to over-deep drilling depth during bar planting, solves the problem that the stress of the bar body is totally dependent on the performance and quality of bar planting glue, and improves the stress performance of the bar body for bar planting to the maximum extent.

The cap in this embodiment is a circular plate-like structure; a plurality of holes are uniformly drilled on the circular plate, a steel wire with the diameter of 0.1 is planted on the circular steel wire planting plate through riveting and upsetting, the steel wire extends out of the plate surface by 80mm, and after the steel wire is planted, the other plane of the circular steel wire planting plate is connected with one end of the cap-shaped nut through welding.
According to the bar planting design, one end of a steel bar with a certain length and diameter is lathed and processed, as shown in figure 5; and screwing the steel bar head with the thread into the flat nut with the thread implanted, and then screwing the steel bar head with the thread implanted.

Example 3
In this embodiment, when the diameter of the ribbed steel bar is less than 6mm, the cap nut is changed into a flat-top cap nut with an integrated structure, a wire implanting hole is drilled in the middle of the flat-top cap nut, and a steel wire bundle is implanted into the hole, so that all the implanted steel wire bundles share one pier-riveting head, as shown in fig. 6. After a steel wire bundle consisting of a plurality of steel wires with the diameter of 0.1-0.5mm is connected with the interface in an interference connection mode, the steel wire bundle extends out of the plate surface by 50-80mm, the steel wire bundle is separated one by one outside the flat-top sealing cap screw cap, the upper parts of the steel wires are properly bent and have different directions, so that the steel wires are conveniently embossed and agglomerated, as shown in figure 7.
