Abstract
本发明公开了一种超高支羊毛混纺纱线,包括防护层、纱线本体、保暖层和抗起毛层,所述纱线本体内部的中心位置处设有保暖层,所述保暖层外侧的纱线本体内部设有抗起毛层,且抗起毛层和保暖层之间的纱线本体内部均匀设有连接毛,所述抗起毛层的内部设有蚕丝纤维,且蚕丝纤维外侧的抗起毛层内部设有涤纶纤维,所述涤纶纤维外侧的抗起毛层内部设有腈纶纤维,所述抗起毛层外侧的纱线本体内部设有防护层,且防护层内部设有导电纤维。本发明通过在保暖层的内部设置兔绒纤维,并在兔绒纤维外侧的保暖层内部设置羊绒纤维,且羊绒纤维外侧的保暖层内部设置金属纱纤维,便于增加纱线的保暖功能,使用方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纱线技术领域,具体为一种超高支羊毛混纺纱线。
背景技术
混纺即混纺化纤织物,是化学纤维与其它棉毛、丝、麻等到天然纤维混合纺纱织成的纺织产品,既有涤纶的风格又有棉织物的长处,如涤棉布、涤毛华达呢等。混纺分为毛粘混纺、羊兔毛绲纺、TR面料、高密NC布、3M防水摩丝布、天丝(TENCEL)面料、柔赛丝、TNC面料、复合面料等。
现有的羊毛混纺纱线无法对纱线进行防护,无法对其进行阻燃,同时导出静电,使用不便,同时在使用过程中容易造成纱线的起球,从而影响使用的效果,并在保暖上太过单一,使用不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种超高支羊毛混纺纱线,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的羊毛混纺纱线无法对纱线进行防护,无法对其进行阻燃,同时导出静电,使用不便,同时在使用过程中容易造成纱线的起球,从而影响使用的效果,并在保暖上太过单一,使用不便问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种超高支羊毛混纺纱线,包括防护层、纱线本体、保暖层和抗起毛层,所述纱线本体内部的中心位置处设有保暖层,且保暖层的内部设有兔绒纤维,所述兔绒纤维外侧的保暖层内部设有羊绒纤维,且羊绒纤维外侧的保暖层内部设有金属纱纤维,所述保暖层外侧的纱线本体内部设有抗起毛层,且抗起毛层和保暖层之间的纱线本体内部均匀设有连接毛,所述抗起毛层的内部设有蚕丝纤维,且蚕丝纤维外侧的抗起毛层内部设有涤纶纤维,所述涤纶纤维外侧的抗起毛层内部设有腈纶纤维,所述抗起毛层外侧的纱线本体内部设有防护层,且防护层内部设有导电纤维,所述导电纤维外侧的防护层内部设有芳纶纤维,且芳纶纤维外侧的防护层内部设有阻燃腈氯纶,所述防护层外侧的纱线本体内部设有防护套。
优选的,所述保暖层内部分别由兔绒纤维、羊绒纤维和金属纱纤维之间相互螺旋缠绕捻合而成,其兔绒纤维、羊绒纤维和金属纱纤维与纱线本体之间构成保暖结构。
优选的,所述抗起毛层内部分别由蚕丝纤维、涤纶纤维和腈纶纤维与连接毛之间相互连接吸附而成,其蚕丝纤维、涤纶纤维和腈纶纤维与纱线本体之间构成防起球结构。
优选的,所述防护层内部分别由导电纤维、芳纶纤维和阻燃腈氯纶之间相互螺旋缠绕捻合而成,其导电纤维、芳纶纤维和阻燃腈氯纶与纱线本体之间构成防护结构。
优选的,所述抗起毛层、防护层和保暖层内部纤维比例为2:2:1,其抗起毛层、防护层和保暖层之间相互对应。
优选的,所述防护套内部设置有竹炭纤维,其防护套与纱线本体之间构成杀菌结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该超高支羊毛混纺纱线,通过在防护层内部设置导电纤维,并在导电纤维外侧的防护层内部设置芳纶纤维,且芳纶纤维外侧的防护层内部设置阻燃腈氯纶,便于对纱线进行导除静电,同时进行阻燃,使用方便,通过在抗起毛层的内部设置蚕丝纤维,且蚕丝纤维外侧的抗起毛层内部设置涤纶纤维,并在涤纶纤维外侧的抗起毛层内部设置腈纶纤维,便于增加纱线的抗起球功能,防止纱线起球,本发明通过在保暖层的内部设置兔绒纤维,并在兔绒纤维外侧的保暖层内部设置羊绒纤维,且羊绒纤维外侧的保暖层内部设置金属纱纤维,便于增加纱线的保暖功能,使用方便。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种超高支羊毛混纺纱线,包括防护层1、纱线本体3、保暖层4和抗起毛层5,纱线本体3内部的中心位置处设有保暖层4,且保暖层4的内部设有兔绒纤维7,兔绒纤维7外侧的保暖层4内部设有羊绒纤维8,且羊绒纤维8外侧的保暖层4内部设有金属纱纤维9,保暖层4内部分别由兔绒纤维7、羊绒纤维8和金属纱纤维9之间相互螺旋缠绕捻合而成,其兔绒纤维7、羊绒纤维8和金属纱纤维9与纱线本体3之间构成保暖结构,保暖层4外侧的纱线本体3内部设有抗起毛层5,且抗起毛层5和保暖层4之间的纱线本体3内部均匀设有连接毛6,抗起毛层5的内部设有蚕丝纤维12,且蚕丝纤维12外侧的抗起毛层5内部设有涤纶纤维11,涤纶纤维11外侧的抗起毛层5内部设有腈纶纤维10,抗起毛层5内部分别由蚕丝纤维12、涤纶纤维11和腈纶纤维10与连接毛6之间相互连接吸附而成,其蚕丝纤维12、涤纶纤维11和腈纶纤维10与纱线本体3之间构成防起球结构,抗起毛层5外侧的纱线本体3内部设有防护层1,且防护层1内部设有导电纤维13,导电纤维13外侧的防护层1内部设有芳纶纤维14,且芳纶纤维14外侧的防护层1内部设有阻燃腈氯纶15,防护层1内部分别由导电纤维13、芳纶纤维14和阻燃腈氯纶15之间相互螺旋缠绕捻合而成,其导电纤维13、芳纶纤维14和阻燃腈氯纶15与纱线本体3之间构成防护结构,防护层1外侧的纱线本体3内部设有防护套2,防护套2内部设置有竹炭纤维,其防护套2与纱线本体3之间构成杀菌结构,抗起毛层5、防护层1和保暖层4内部纤维比例为2:2:1,其抗起毛层5、防护层1和保暖层4之间相互对应。
工作原理:首先在对纱线本体3的使用过程中,可以通过兔绒纤维7、羊绒纤维8和金属纱纤维9之间相互螺旋缠绕捻合而成为保暖层4,提高了纱线本体3的保暖性能,使用方便,同时还可以通过连接毛6和腈纶纤维10、涤纶纤维11和蚕丝纤维12之间相互配合吸附而成为抗起毛层5,便于防止纱线本体3内部起球,提高纱线本体3的抗起球功能,还可以通过导电纤维13、芳纶纤维14和阻燃腈氯纶15之间相互螺旋缠绕捻合而成为防护层1,方便对纱线本体3进行防护,从而提升纱线本体3的阻燃功能和导电功能,防止静电,还可以通过套接的防护套2对纱线本体3进行防护,防止纱线本体3散落。

1.一种超高支羊毛混纺纱线,包括防护层(1)、纱线本体(3)、保暖层(4)和抗起毛层(5),其特征在于:所述纱线本体(3)内部的中心位置处设有保暖层(4),且保暖层(4)的内部设有兔绒纤维(7),所述兔绒纤维(7)外侧的保暖层(4)内部设有羊绒纤维(8),且羊绒纤维(8)外侧的保暖层(4)内部设有金属纱纤维(9),所述保暖层(4)外侧的纱线本体(3)内部设有抗起毛层(5),且抗起毛层(5)和保暖层(4)之间的纱线本体(3)内部均匀设有连接毛(6),所述抗起毛层(5)的内部设有蚕丝纤维(12),且蚕丝纤维(12)外侧的抗起毛层(5)内部设有涤纶纤维(11),所述涤纶纤维(11)外侧的抗起毛层(5)内部设有腈纶纤维(10),所述抗起毛层(5)外侧的纱线本体(3)内部设有防护层(1),且防护层(1)内部设有导电纤维(13),所述导电纤维(13)外侧的防护层(1)内部设有芳纶纤维(14),且芳纶纤维(14)外侧的防护层(1)内部设有阻燃腈氯纶(15),所述防护层(1)外侧的纱线本体(3)内部设有防护套(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超高支羊毛混纺纱线,其特征在于:所述保暖层(4)内部分别由兔绒纤维(7)、羊绒纤维(8)和金属纱纤维(9)之间相互螺旋缠绕捻合而成,其兔绒纤维(7)、羊绒纤维(8)和金属纱纤维(9)与纱线本体(3)之间构成保暖结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超高支羊毛混纺纱线,其特征在于:所述抗起毛层(5)内部分别由蚕丝纤维(12)、涤纶纤维(11)和腈纶纤维(10)与连接毛(6)之间相互连接吸附而成,其蚕丝纤维(12)、涤纶纤维(11)和腈纶纤维(10)与纱线本体(3)之间构成防起球结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超高支羊毛混纺纱线,其特征在于:所述防护层(1)内部分别由导电纤维(13)、芳纶纤维(14)和阻燃腈氯纶(15)之间相互螺旋缠绕捻合而成,其导电纤维(13)、芳纶纤维(14)和阻燃腈氯纶(15)与纱线本体(3)之间构成防护结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种超高支羊毛混纺纱线,其特征在于:所述抗起毛层(5)、防护层(1)和保暖层(4)内部纤维比例为2:2:1,其抗起毛层(5)、防护层(1)和保暖层(4)之间相互对应。
