Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于无人机蒙皮的磁漆配方,其特征在于,由下列重量份的成分组成:羧基丙烯酸树脂35‑55份、丙二醇单甲醚15‑30份、纳米高岭石13‑18份、滑石粉10‑17份、硅酸镁4‑9份、碳化硅8‑12份、硫酸铝1‑4份、亚硝酸钠2‑5份、醋酸丁酯6‑12份、聚乙二醇2‑8份、聚丙烯酰胺2‑9份、颜料6‑15份、去离子水5‑9份。本发明提高了漆膜的抗紫外线老化和热老化性,同时也可提高附着力、耐冲击强度和柔韧性。采用丙烯树脂提高磁漆的耐候性和保光保色性,采用本发明的优秀性能使其特别适用于飞机蒙皮,能够延长飞机结构材料的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于无人机蒙皮的磁漆配方。
背景技术
涂料及由涂料组成的涂层系统是无人机蒙皮上使用量较大的一类重要的功能性材料。鉴于无人机飞行环境的复杂性和多样性,除要求使用的无人机蒙皮表面涂层能耐紫外线,耐雨蚀,耐老化,耐老化,耐高低温交变等性能外,还要求具有防雾、耐热、耐油,对某些电磁波吸收、辐射的功能。无人机使用的涂层还要能抗无人机本身使用的各种液体的浸蚀作用,例如抗润滑油、液压油等的浸蚀。可以看出,无人机蒙皮表面设置的防护涂层,主要对无人机结构材料提供保护,延长无人机的使用寿命。另一方面,防护涂层还作为装饰材料,美化无人机外观。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种用于无人机蒙皮的磁漆配方。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种用于无人机蒙皮的磁漆配方,由下列重量份的成分组成:羧基丙烯酸树脂35-55份、丙二醇单甲醚15-30份、纳米高岭石13-18份、滑石粉10-17份、硅酸镁4-9份、碳化硅8-12份、硫酸铝1-4份、亚硝酸钠2-5份、醋酸丁酯6-12份、聚乙二醇2-8份、聚丙烯酰胺2-9份、颜料6-15份、去离子水5-9份。
上述的一种用于无人机蒙皮的磁漆配方,由下列重量份的成分组成:羧基丙烯酸树脂35-50份、丙二醇单甲醚15-27份、纳米高岭石13-16份、滑石粉10-14份、硅酸镁4-8份、碳化硅8-10份、硫酸铝1-3份、亚硝酸钠2-4份、醋酸丁酯6-10份、聚乙二醇2-6份、聚丙烯酰胺2-7份、颜料6-11份、去离子水5-8份。
上述的一种用于无人机蒙皮的磁漆配方,由下列重量份的成分组成:羧基丙烯酸树脂45份、丙二醇单甲醚19份、纳米高岭石14份、滑石粉13份、硅酸镁6份、碳化硅9份、硫酸铝2份、亚硝酸钠3份、醋酸丁酯8份、聚乙二醇5份、聚丙烯酰胺4份、颜料8份、去离子水7份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提高了漆膜的抗紫外线老化和热老化性,同时也可提高附着力、耐冲击强度和柔韧性。采用丙烯树脂提高磁漆的耐候性和保光保色性,采用本发明的优秀性能使其特别适用于飞机蒙皮,能够延长飞机结构材料的使用寿命。

一种用于无人机蒙皮的磁漆配方,由下列重量份的成分组成:羧基丙烯酸树脂50份、丙二醇单甲醚26份、纳米高岭石16份、滑石粉14份、硅酸镁8份、碳化硅10份、硫酸铝3份、亚硝酸钠4份、醋酸丁酯10份、聚乙二醇6份、聚丙烯酰胺7份、颜料10份、去离子水8份。
具体实施例2:
一种用于无人机蒙皮的磁漆配方,由下列重量份的成分组成:羧基丙烯酸树脂45份、丙二醇单甲醚19份、纳米高岭石14份、滑石粉13份、硅酸镁6份、碳化硅9份、硫酸铝2份、亚硝酸钠3份、醋酸丁酯8份、聚乙二醇5份、聚丙烯酰胺4份、颜料8份、去离子水7份。
