After the cleaning is completed, the operator turns off the motor 8 and then disengages the brush plate 11 from the outer wall of the tire.
When the tire needs to be cleaned, an operator takes out the cover 193 from the liquid inlet 192, then a proper amount of cleaning liquid is poured into the box body 191 from the liquid inlet 192, and then the cover 193 is covered back into the liquid inlet 192, at the moment, the operator sleeves the hose 195 on the connecting pipe 197, then the hose 195 and the connecting pipe 197 are connected through the buckle 198, the liquid pump 194 is started to work again, so that the cleaning liquid in the box body 191 is sprayed out from the spray head 196 through the hose 195 and the connecting pipe 197 and sprayed out on the outer wall of the tire, meanwhile, the operator controls the motor 8 to rotate for one circle, so that the brush plate 11 is driven to rotate for one circle, the spray head 196 is driven to rotate for one circle, so that the cleaning liquid is uniformly sprayed out on the outer wall of the tire, and the tire can. After spraying, the operator closes the liquid pump 194, releases the hose 195 and the connecting pipe 197 through the buckle 198, and then removes the hose 195 from the connecting pipe 197.
When the outer wall of the tire needs to be waxed, an operator takes the plug 205 out of the feed port 204, pours the tire wax into the box body 201 from the feed port 204, and then plugs the plug 205 back into the feed port 204, and at the moment, the operator rotates the T-shaped screw 207 clockwise to drive the second nut 208 to move downwards, so that the orifice plate 202 is driven to move downwards. When the orifice plate 202 moves downwards to enable the holes in the orifice plate 202 to correspond to the through holes 203, the T-shaped screw 207 stops rotating clockwise, so that the tire wax in the box body 201 can flow to the brush of the brush plate 11 from the holes in the orifice plate 202 and the through holes 203, at the moment, the operator starts the motor 8 to rotate, the brush plate 11 is driven to rotate, and the outer wall of the tire is waxed. After the wax is applied, the operator turns off the motor 8 and then rotates the T-screw 207 counterclockwise, which moves the orifice plate 202 downward. When the orifice plate 202 moves downward so that the orifices of the orifice plate 202 do not correspond to the through-holes 203, the counterclockwise rotation of the T-screw 207 is stopped.
After the wax is applied to the outer wall of the tire, the operator rotates the T-shaped screw 207 counterclockwise to drive the hole plate 202 to move downward, so as to drive the fixing plate 21 to move downward, and further drive the convex sealing block 22 to move downward. When the male sealing block 22 moves downwards to be matched with the female sealing block 23, the T-shaped screw 207 stops rotating anticlockwise, so that the sealing performance can be improved, and the tire wax in the box body 201 is prevented from flowing into the through hole 203.
Initially, the disc bolt 18 is in a tightened condition. When the brush plate 11 needs to be moved leftwards or rightwards, an operator unscrews the disc bolt 18 and then pulls the guide sleeve 25 downwards, the spring 26 is compressed, and the guide sleeve 25 moves downwards to drive the L-shaped clamping rod 27 to move downwards. When the L-shaped clamping rod 27 moves out of the clamping groove 28, the guide sleeve 25 stops being pulled downwards, but the guide sleeve 25 cannot be loosened, and at this time, the operator can move the brush plate 11 leftwards or rightwards to drive the connecting rod 10 leftwards or rightwards. When the brush plate 11 contacts with the outer wall of the tire, the brush plate 11 stops moving leftwards or rightwards, the L-shaped clamping rod 27 corresponds to the corresponding clamping groove 28, the guide sleeve 25 can be loosened, the guide sleeve 25 resets upwards under the action of the spring 26, the L-shaped clamping rod 27 is clamped into the clamping groove 28, the connecting rod 10 is fixed, and therefore an operator does not need to screw or unscrew the disc bolt 18, and manual operation can be reduced.
