The sterilization assembly, the sterilization control method, the sterilization control system, and the cooking appliance according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1a to 6.
As shown in fig. 1a to 1d, the present invention provides a sterilization assembly 30 for a cooking appliance 100, the cooking appliance 100 including an upper cover 10 and a body 20, the body 20 being provided with an inner pot 202, the sterilization assembly 30 including: a sterilizing case 302 provided on the upper cover 10 for containing a liquid to be cooked; a sterilization generator 304 disposed in the sterilization box 302 for sterilizing the liquid to be cooked; the water pipe 306 is arranged inside the inner pot 202 and is communicated with the sterilizing box 302 and the inner pot 202; a water pump 308 disposed on the water pipe 306 below the sterilizing box 302 and located on the upper cover 10 for transferring the liquid to be cooked in the inner pot 202 into the sterilizing box 302; and the magnetic valve 310 is arranged on the water pipe 306 and is used for controlling the on-off of the water pipe 306.
According to the sterilization assembly 30 provided by the invention, the sterilization box 302 is arranged on the upper cover 10 of the cooking appliance 100 to contain liquid to be cooked, the sterilization generator 304 is arranged in the sterilization box 302 to sterilize the liquid to be cooked, the water pipe 306 for communicating the sterilization box 302 with the inner pot 202 is arranged in the inner pot 202, the water pipe 306 is provided with the water pump 308 and the magnetic valve 310, the water pipe 306 is opened through the magnetic valve 310, the water pump 308 works to transfer the liquid to be cooked in the inner pot 202 into the sterilization box 302 through the water pipe 306, the magnetic valve 310 and the water pump 308 are closed, the water pipe 306 is closed, the sterilization generator 304 sterilizes the liquid to be cooked in the sterilization box 302, the water pipe 306 is opened again through the magnetic valve 310, the water pipe 306 is communicated, the liquid to be cooked in the sterilization box 302 is transferred into the inner pot 202 through the water pipe 306 under the action of gravity, the sterility of the liquid to be cooked in the inner pot 202 is effectively ensured, and the phenomenon that food materials are prevented from being deteriorated due to the fact that a large amount of bacteria or microorganisms are bred in the liquid for a long time to soak the food materials is avoided, so that the food materials are deteriorated after cooking is reduced The quality and nutrition of the food inhibit microorganisms such as bacteria generated by the food material, the freshness of the food material is ensured, the good quality and nutrition of the cooked food are further ensured, the food safety of a user is ensured, the use experience of the user is improved, and the use satisfaction of the user is improved; meanwhile, the liquid for cooking food materials is sterilized, fresh and sterile, the quality and nutrition of the cooked food are further improved, and the using satisfaction of a user is improved. Further, the sterilized liquid is transferred to the inner pot 202 under the action of gravity, so that the gravity of the earth is effectively utilized, the arrangement of a reflux device in the sterilized liquid transferring inner pot 202 is avoided, the structure of the sterilization assembly 30 is simplified, the space in the inner pot 202 is saved, the requirement of miniaturization of the structure of the sterilization assembly 30 is met, and the using satisfaction of a user is improved. Further, the subassembly 30 that disinfects is connected for can dismantling with cooking utensil 100, and installation, dismantlement convenience are favorable to being connected the subassembly 30 that disinfects with different cooking utensil 100, and application scope is extensive, further promotes user's suitable for experience. As shown in FIG. 1b, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the water pipe 306 is one, the water pipe 306 is connected to the sterilizing cassette 302 through a port 3062, and the magnetic valve 310 is located below the water pump 308.
In this embodiment, a port 3062 of a water pipe 306 is communicated with the sterilizing box 302, and the magnetic valve 310 is positioned below the water pump 308, so that the liquid to be cooked can flow through the water pipe 306 before and after sterilization, thereby effectively saving the use space in the inner pot 202, and simultaneously, the sterilizing assembly 30 has a compact structure, can meet the requirement of product miniaturization, and further improve the satisfaction degree of users.
As shown in fig. 1c, in an embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the water pipe 306 is one, the water pipe 306 is divided into two pipes having two ports 3062 at a junction, the two ports 3062 are connected to the sterilizing cassette 302, the magnetic valve 310 and the water pump 308 are respectively disposed on the two pipes, and the water pump 308 is a one-way water pump 308.
In this embodiment, the water pipe 306 is one, two pipelines with two interfaces 3062 are separated at the intersection of the water pipe 306, the two interfaces 3062 are communicated with the sterilizing box 302, and the magnetic valve 310 and the water pump 308 are respectively arranged on the two pipelines, so that when the sterilizing assembly 30 fails, the water pump 308 or the magnetic valve 310 fails by judging the failure of the two pipelines, the maintenance and the replacement are convenient, the maintenance time is saved, the maintenance efficiency is improved, and the satisfaction degree of the user is further improved. Further, the water pump 308 is a one-way water pump 308, so that the liquid in the pipeline where the water pump 308 is located can only be transferred from the inner pot 202 to the sterilizing box 302 and cannot be transferred from the sterilizing box 302 to the inner pot 202, thereby effectively ensuring that the sterilized water is transferred to the inner pot 202 through the pipeline where the magnetic valve 310 is located.
As shown in fig. 1d, in an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, there are two water pipes 306, two water pipes 306 are respectively provided with a port 3062 and are communicated with the sterilizing cassette 302, the magnetic valve 310 and the water pump 308 are respectively provided on the two water pipes 306, and the water pump 308 is a one-way water pump 308.
In this embodiment, the number of the water pipes 306 is two, the two water pipes 306 are respectively provided with a connector 3062 and are communicated with the sterilizing box 302, the two water pipes 306 are respectively provided with a magnetic valve 310 and a water pump 308, the water pump 308 is a one-way water pump 308, so that the liquid to be cooked in the inner pot 202 is transferred to the sterilizing box 302 through the water pipe 306 where the one-way water pump 308 is located, the sterilized liquid is transferred to the inner pot 202 through the water pipe 306 where the magnetic valve 310 is located, and the liquid before sterilization and the liquid after sterilization are circulated through different water pipes 306, thereby further ensuring good sterilization effect, improving sterilization speed and sterilization efficiency, and improving satisfaction of users. Further, the water pipe 306 where the magnetic valve 310 is located is shorter than the water pipe 306 where the water pump 308 is located, the shorter water pipe 306 effectively saves the space inside the inner pot 202, the requirement of structural miniaturization of the sterilization assembly 30 can be met, and the using satisfaction of a user is improved. Further, the arrangement of the two water pipes 306 is beneficial to distinguishing that the water pump 308 or the magnetic valve 310 has a fault by judging the fault of the two water pipes 306 when the sterilization assembly 30 has a fault, so that the maintenance and the replacement are convenient, the maintenance time is saved, the maintenance efficiency is improved, and the satisfaction degree of the user in use is further improved
As shown in fig. 1b to 1d, in an embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that: and a filtering device 312 which is arranged at one end of the water pipe 306 communicated with the inner pot 202 and is positioned inside the inner pot 202.
In this embodiment, the filtering device 312 is disposed at one end of the water pipe 306 communicated with the inner pot 202 and located inside the inner pot 202, so that the solid to be cooked in the inner pot 202 is filtered in the inner pot 202 by the filtering device 312 and cannot enter the water pipe 306, the liquid to be cooked in the inner pot 202 is transferred to the sterilizing box 302 by the water pump 308 for sterilization, thereby effectively avoiding the blockage of the water pipe 306 caused by the solid to be cooked entering the water pipe 306, further easily damaging the water pump 308 and the magnetic valve 310, effectively ensuring the smoothness of the water pipe 306, prolonging the service lives of the water pump 308 and the magnetic valve 310, ensuring the working reliability of the sterilizing assembly 30, further improving the overall quality of the cooking appliance 100, and improving the use satisfaction of a user.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the filter device 312 and the water pipe 306 are preferably of a detachable structure or an integrated structure.
In this embodiment, on one hand, the filtering device 312 and the water pipe 306 are detachable structures, which is convenient for users to clean the filtering device 312, and is beneficial to maintenance and replacement, thereby saving maintenance cost and improving satisfaction of users; on the one hand, filter equipment 312 and water pipe 306 formula structure as an organic whole, and the formula structure is favorable to batch production, simplifies the assembly operation, practices thrift manufacturing cost, and simultaneously, the reliability that filter equipment 312 and water pipe 306 are connected has been guaranteed effectively to the formula structure, and then has guaranteed effectively that the subassembly 30 that disinfects the quality, improves the satisfaction that the user used. In one embodiment of the present invention, the sterilization generator 304 is preferably at least one or a combination of the following: ultraviolet sterilizing lamp, pulse strong light sterilizing lamp, refrigerating sterilizer and sterilizing material sterilizer.
In this embodiment, the sterilization generator 304 is at least one of the following or a combination thereof, but is not limited thereto: ultraviolet bactericidal lamp, pulse highlight bactericidal lamp, refrigeration sterilizer, germicidal material sterilizer, multiple bactericidal generator can satisfy the demand of different users, different cooking utensil, and application scope is extensive. Further, the sterilization material can be arranged in the sterilization box through sterilization of the sterilization material, so that the sterilization can be carried out as long as the liquid to be cooked is in contact with the sterilization material, and the sterilization mode is simple and convenient, low in cost and wide in application range.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the filtering device 312 is at least one of: a filter screen or filter cotton.
In this embodiment, the filtering device 312 is a filtering net or filtering cotton, the filtering net is convenient to clean, the filtering cotton is easy to replace, and the filtering net and the filtering cotton are low in price, good in filtering effect and wide in application range. Further, the filtering device 312 may be other filtering devices 312 that meet the requirements.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the water tube 306 is preferably a flexible water tube 306.
In this embodiment, the water pipe 306 is an elastic water pipe 306, the elastic water pipe 306 can ensure that the length of the water pipe 306 meets the requirements of different depths of the inner pan 202 of the cooking appliance 100, and the longer elastic water pipe 306 can be bent in the shallower inner pan 202 and extended to the bottom of the inner pan 202, so that the application range of the sterilization assembly 30 is expanded, and the satisfaction of the user is improved. step S204, controlling a magnetic valve to open a water pipe to be conducted according to a sterilization instruction, and controlling a water pump to work to transfer the liquid to be cooked in the inner pot into the sterilization box through the water pipe;
step S206, when a first preset condition is reached, controlling the water pump to stop working, controlling the magnetic valve to close the water pipe to stop, and controlling the sterilization generator to work to sterilize the liquid to be cooked in the sterilization box;
and S208, when a second preset condition is reached, controlling the magnetic valve to be opened, conducting the water pipe again, and transferring the liquid to be cooked in the sterilization box into the inner pot through the water pipe under the action of gravity.
According to the sterilization control method provided by the invention, by receiving a sterilization instruction, controlling the magnetic valve to open the water pipe to be conducted according to the sterilization instruction, controlling the water pump to work to transfer the liquid to be cooked in the inner pot into the sterilization box through the water pipe, controlling the water pump to stop working when a first preset condition is reached, controlling the magnetic valve to close the water pipe to be cut off, controlling the sterilization generator to work to sterilize the liquid to be cooked in the sterilization box, effectively ensuring the freshness and the sterility of the liquid to be cooked in the inner pot, avoiding food materials from deteriorating due to the fact that a large amount of bacteria or microorganisms are soaked in the liquid for a long time, inhibiting the generation of bacteria and microorganisms in the food materials, ensuring the freshness and the nutrition of the food materials, further ensuring the good quality and the nutrition of the cooked food, ensuring the food safety of a user, and improving the use experience of the user, the satisfaction degree of the user is improved; through when reaching the second preset condition, the control magnet valve is opened, and the water pipe switches on once more, treats in the box of disinfecting and cooks liquid and in the drain pipe migration to interior pot under the action of gravity for the liquid of culinary art edible material is for the liquid after disinfecting, has further guaranteed the quality and the nutrition of culinary art back food, guarantees that user's diet is healthy, improves the satisfaction that the user used.
