In order to provide hot water for brewing coffee, the brewing head mechanism further comprises a compression chamber water inlet pipe 36 and a ground coffee water inlet pipe 38, see fig. 5 and 6, and is communicated with the waterway system through the compression chamber water inlet pipe 36 and the ground coffee water inlet pipe 38; the brew head cover 41 is provided with two through holes (not shown in the figures), wherein the compression cavity water inlet pipe 36 is communicated with a cavity of the brew head body 42 through a corresponding through hole, i.e. a compression cavity 50 for providing an acting force for the compression block driving body 45 through high-pressure hot water, in the embodiment, the acting force is used for extruding the compression block driving body 45 and driving the compression block 46 to extrude the coffee powder 35 in the accommodating space of the brew cavity 8, see fig. 5 specifically; the coffee powder inlet pipe 38 is communicated with the brewing cavity 8 through the other corresponding through hole to provide hot water for brewing coffee; by means of the two water tubes with different purposes, different requirements can be provided, for example, the supply of force, or high pressure hot water, or high pressure steam, as to how to properly control when the high pressure hot water or high pressure steam is present beyond the need for brewing coffee, the specific design of which will be described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, in order to satisfy the sealing condition, the brewing head mechanism further comprises a first sealing ring 47 and a second sealing ring 48, wherein the first sealing ring 47 is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the brewing head main body 42 and forms a seal with the port surface of the brewing chamber 8; the second sealing ring 48 is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the compression block 46 so as to be attached to the inner wall of the brewing cavity 8 to form sealing after the compression block 46 enters the brewing cavity 8; due to the arrangement of the double seal, the sealing effect is better, and the provided acting force and high-pressure hot water or high-pressure steam are fully utilized.
In order to provide the power required for the operation of the coffee maker, in this embodiment, the driving mechanism includes a motor 6 having an output shaft, the output shaft is fixedly connected to a driving gear 11, the driving gear 11 is driven by the output shaft to rotate, and further drives the brew head 7 to move through the connecting rod assembly 5.
In order to effectively utilize the limited space in the coffee machine to accurately trigger the first trigger switch 2 and the second trigger switch 3, the rotary deflector rod 4 is provided with a handle part and a hammer head part, wherein one end of the handle part is fixedly connected with the hammer head part, the other end of the handle part is fixedly connected with the driven gear shaft, and the rotary deflector rod 4 is driven by the driven gear shaft to rotate so as to trigger the first trigger switch 2 or the second trigger switch 3, so that the limited space of the coffee machine is utilized to the maximum extent, meanwhile, the structure is simple, and the corresponding function can be efficiently realized; the specific structure of the rotary shift lever 4 is configured to be similar to that of a hammer or an anchor in this embodiment, that is, a handle and a hammer head connected thereto can trigger switches correspondingly arranged at different positions in two directions during the swinging process, and the structure of the rotary shift lever 4 can be selected on the premise that the triggering can be realized at different positions and is not triggered simultaneously, which is not specifically limited herein.
In order to provide the necessary force to the brewing graph, the high pressure hot water or high pressure steam required for brewing coffee, in the present embodiment, see in particular fig. 1, 2, 8 to 12, wherein the water circuit system comprises: the water supply pipeline is respectively communicated with the brewing pipeline and the pressure relief pipeline through the function change-over switch 25 and can provide corresponding high-pressure hot water and high-pressure steam; the function changeover switch 25 includes: the water supply pipeline is communicated with the brewing pipeline through the water inlet I and the first water outlet II; the water supply pipeline is communicated with the pressure relief pipeline through a water inlet I and a second water outlet III; the water supply pipeline discharges the residual water through a water inlet I and a third water outlet IV; when the water supply pipeline provides high-pressure hot water, the requirement of brewing coffee is met, and the requirement of using safety is met.
In this embodiment, the function switch 25 may be composed of a control switch and a corresponding valve body, and the control switch controls the specific opening or closing of the passage of the valve body, so long as the opening and closing functions of the corresponding passage can be realized, that is, the requirement of the present embodiment is met, which is not further limited herein, and the function switch 25 is described as a whole in the following description for the sake of brevity and clarity.
The water supply pipeline comprises a water tank 21, a flowmeter 22, a water pump 23 and a heating pot 24 which are sequentially arranged on the waterway system, and the heating pot 24 is communicated with the water inlet I through a pipeline; thus, high-pressure hot water or high-pressure steam satisfying the requirement for brewing coffee can be supplied and circulated through the inlet I of the function switch 25.
In order to provide high-pressure hot water or high-pressure steam required for brewing coffee and realize a corresponding pressure relief function, in the present embodiment, the brewing pipeline includes a first three-way valve 26, a two-way solenoid valve 27 and a three-way solenoid valve 28, wherein a valve inlet of the first three-way valve 26 is communicated with the first water outlet II of the function switch 25; a valve outlet of the first three-way valve 26 is communicated with the two-way electromagnetic valve 27 and is communicated with the corresponding coffee powder inlet pipe 38; the other valve outlet of the first three-way valve 26 communicates with the three-way solenoid valve 28 and with a corresponding compression chamber inlet conduit 36.
In the present embodiment, the pressure relief pipeline includes a second three-way valve 29 and a pressure relief tank 30, wherein a valve inlet of the second three-way valve 29 is communicated with the second water outlet III of the function switch 25; the other valve inlet of the second three-way valve 29 is communicated with the valve outlet of the three-way electromagnetic valve 28; a valve outlet of the second three-way valve 29 is communicated with a pressure relief tank 30; when the pressure of the high-pressure steam provided by the water supply pipeline exceeds the set pressure, the pressure can be timely released from the two valve inlets of the second three-way valve 29 in the pressure release pipeline respectively, so that the safety of an operator is ensured.
In this embodiment, the coffee machine with the automatic brewing function controls the opening or closing of different passages in the water path system to achieve the corresponding brewing function, steaming function and american coffee making function, and the specific implementation processes are described below.
In order to realize the brewing function, referring to fig. 1, the passages of the water inlet I and the first water outlet II of the function switch 25 are opened, and the other passages are closed. The water pump 23 pumps water from the water tank 21 to the heating pot 24, after the water is rapidly heated, the high-pressure hot water flows through the water inlet I of the function switch 25, the passage of the first water outlet II and the first three-way valve 26 in sequence, and flows to the first three-way valve 26, and then is divided into two paths, one path flows into the coffee powder inlet pipe 38 through the two-way electromagnetic valve 27, and the other path flows into the compression cavity inlet pipe 36 through the three-way electromagnetic valve 28 to push the brewing head 7 to brew coffee, as can be seen from the arrow direction in fig. 1, for clearly observing the implementation process of different passages of the function switch 25, see fig. 2, which is an enlarged view of the function switch 25 in fig. 1; after brewing, with reference to fig. 1 and 8, coffee is received by the coffee cup 40; at this time, the water pump 23 and the heating pot 24 stop rotating, the water inlet I and the first water outlet II of the function switch 25 are closed, the corresponding first water outlet II and the second water outlet III of the function switch 25 and the water inlet I and the third water outlet IV of the function switch are opened, and the high-pressure water of the coffee powder inlet pipe 38 and the compression cavity inlet pipe 36 respectively flows back to the pressure relief tank 30 along the first water outlet II and the second water outlet III of the function switch 25 and the passage formed by the three-way solenoid valve 28 and the second three-way valve 29 for pressure relief.
Referring to fig. 9, to implement the steaming function, the steaming function is first started, the water inlet I and the third water outlet IV of the function switch 25 are opened, the water pump 23 pumps water from the water tank 21 to the heating pot 24 to rapidly heat the water, and then the high-pressure steam passes through the water inlet I and the third water outlet IV of the function switch 25 and is sprayed out of the container 51 for receiving steam, and is directly sprayed into the container; referring to fig. 10, after the steam is applied, the water inlet I and the third water outlet IV of the function switch 25 are closed, the water inlet I and the second water outlet III of the function switch 25 are opened, the water pump 23 and the heating pot 24 stop rotating, and the remaining high-pressure steam enters the water inlet I and the second water outlet III of the function switch 25 to be condensed and decompressed.
Referring to fig. 11, the waterway system is slightly modified to brew american coffee, and start the brewing american function, the water inlet I and the first water outlet II of the function switch 25 and the two-way solenoid valve 27 are opened, the water pump 23 pumps water from the water tank 21 to the heating pot 24 to heat the water rapidly, and then the hot water flows through the water inlet I and the first water outlet II of the function switch 25 and flows into the brewing head 7 to brew coffee; as shown in fig. 12, after the coffee is brewed by steaming, the passages of the water inlet I and the first water outlet II of the function switch 25 are closed, the passages of the water inlet I and the second water outlet III of the function switch 25 are opened, the water pump 23 and the heating pot 24 stop rotating, and the residual steam enters the passages of the water inlet I and the second water outlet III of the function switch 25 to be condensed and decompressed.
In this embodiment, the control circuit is correspondingly provided with switches with different functions, and the switches with different functions are used to accurately turn on the corresponding functions to brew coffee with different needs, which is not described in detail herein.
The above embodiments are only exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is defined by the claims. Various modifications and equivalents may be made by those skilled in the art within the spirit and scope of the present invention, and such modifications and equivalents should also be considered as falling within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (15)

1. A coffee machine with automatic brewing function comprises a brewing head mechanism, a driving mechanism, a waterway system and a control loop, wherein the brewing head mechanism is communicated with the waterway system and is driven by the driving mechanism to brew coffee powder in a brewing cavity, and the brewing head mechanism is characterized by comprising:
a brewing chamber configured to have a receiving space for receiving coffee powder;
the brewing head is configured to have a first stroke which is driven by the driving mechanism to extend into the accommodating space of the brewing cavity, and a second stroke which is driven by the driving mechanism to leave the accommodating space; a stamping assembly is arranged in the brewing head and is configured to compact the coffee powder in the brewing chamber at the end of a first stroke;
and the trigger switch assembly is arranged on the control circuit and is configured to switch the first stroke and the second stroke of the brewing head and trigger the stamping assembly to perform stamping operation.
2. The coffee machine with automatic brewing function according to claim 1, wherein said trigger switch assembly comprises a first trigger switch, a second trigger switch and a rotary dial, wherein,
one end of the rotary shifting rod is rotationally connected with the driving mechanism and is driven by the driving mechanism to rotate by taking one end of the rotary shifting rod as a shaft;
the first trigger switch and the second trigger switch are respectively arranged corresponding to the rotary deflector rod, so that the first trigger switch and the second trigger switch can be triggered in the rotation of the rotary deflector rod.
3. The coffee machine with automatic brewing function according to claim 2, characterized in that the first trigger switch and the second trigger switch are arranged on the control circuit and individually control the on-off of the control circuit, wherein,
the first trigger switch is configured to control a first stroke of the brew head;
the second trigger switch is configured to control a second stroke of the brew head.
4. The coffee machine with automatic brewing function of claim 3, wherein said brewing head mechanism further comprises a gear assembly and a linkage assembly: wherein,
the gear assembly is rotationally connected with the connecting rod assembly;
the connecting rod assembly is fixedly connected with the brewing head;
the gear assembly is driven by the driving mechanism to drive the connecting rod assembly to move and drive the brewing head to move so as to perform stamping operation.
5. The coffee machine with automatic brewing function according to claim 4, characterized in that said gear assembly comprises a driving gear and a driven gear engaged with each other; the connecting rod assembly comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, and the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are rotatably connected at one ends corresponding to each other; wherein,
the other end of the first connecting rod is rotationally connected with the driven gear, and the other end of the second connecting rod is fixedly connected with the brewing head;
the driving gear is driven by the driving mechanism to drive the driven gear to rotate, and the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod drive the brewing head to move.
6. The coffee machine with automatic brewing function according to claim 5, characterized in that the brewing head comprises a brewing head body and a brewing head cover, wherein,
the brewing head is provided with a through cavity on the large body, the brewing head cover seals one port of the cavity, and the other port of the cavity is in butt joint with the port of the brewing cavity in a shape matching manner.
7. The coffee machine with automatic brewing function according to claim 6, characterized in that said punching assembly comprises a compression block driving body and a compression block connected to each other; wherein,
the compression block driving body is installed into the cavity of the brewing head body from the other port of the cavity of the brewing head body in a shape matched mode through one end of the compression block driving body, and can move back and forth in the cavity of the brewing head body;
the compression block is matched with the brewing cavity in shape, extends into the accommodating space of the brewing cavity under the driving of the compression block driving body, and can move back and forth, so that the compression block extrudes the coffee powder in the accommodating space of the brewing cavity.

The coffee machine with automatic brewing function according to claim 7, wherein the brewing head mechanism further comprises a compression cavity water inlet pipe and a ground coffee water inlet pipe, and is communicated with the waterway system through the compression cavity water inlet pipe and the ground coffee water inlet pipe; the brewing head cover is provided with two through holes, wherein,
the compression cavity water inlet pipe is communicated with the cavity of the large body of the brewing head through a corresponding through hole of the compression cavity water inlet pipe to provide acting force for the compression block driving body;
the coffee powder inlet pipe is communicated with the brewing cavity through the other through hole corresponding to the coffee powder inlet pipe so as to provide hot water for brewing coffee.
9. The coffee machine with automatic brewing function according to claim 8, wherein said brewing head mechanism further comprises a first sealing ring and a second sealing ring, wherein,
the first sealing ring is sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the brewing head body and forms sealing with the surface of the port of the brewing cavity;
the second sealing ring is sleeved on the peripheral surface of the compression block so as to be attached to the inner wall of the brewing cavity to form sealing after the compression block enters the brewing cavity.
10. The coffee machine with automatic brewing function according to claim 5, characterized in that the driving mechanism comprises a motor with an output shaft, the output shaft is fixedly connected with the driving gear, and the driving gear is driven by the output shaft to rotate.
11. The coffee machine with automatic brewing function according to claim 5, wherein the rotary shifting lever has a handle and a hammer head, wherein one end of the handle is fixedly connected with the hammer head, the other end of the handle is fixedly connected with the driven gear shaft, and the rotary shifting lever is driven by the driven gear shaft to rotate so as to trigger the first trigger switch or the second trigger switch.
12. The coffee machine with automatic brewing function according to claim 8, characterized in that said water circuit system comprises: the water supply pipeline is respectively communicated with the brewing pipeline and the pressure relief pipeline through the function change-over switch;
the function changeover switch includes: a water inlet, a first water outlet, a second water outlet and a third water outlet, wherein,
the water supply pipeline is communicated with the brewing pipeline through the water inlet and the first water outlet;
the water supply pipeline is communicated with the pressure relief pipeline through the water inlet and the second water outlet;
the water supply line discharges the remaining water through the water inlet and the third water outlet.

The coffee machine with automatic brewing function according to claim 12, wherein said water supply line comprises a water tank, a flow meter, a water pump and a heating pot sequentially arranged on a water path system, and said heating pot is communicated with said water inlet through a pipeline.
14. The coffee machine with automatic brewing function according to claim 13, characterized in that said brewing circuit comprises a first three-way valve, a two-way solenoid valve and a three-way solenoid valve, wherein,
a valve inlet of the first three-way valve is communicated with a first water outlet of the function switch; a valve outlet of the first three-way valve is communicated with the two-way electromagnetic valve and is communicated with the corresponding coffee powder inlet pipe;
and the other valve outlet of the first three-way valve is communicated with the three-way electromagnetic valve and is communicated with the corresponding compression cavity water inlet pipe.
15. The coffee machine with automatic brewing function according to claim 14, wherein said pressure relief circuit comprises a second three-way valve and a pressure relief tank, wherein,
a valve inlet of the second three-way valve is communicated with a second water outlet of the function switch;
the other valve inlet of the second three-way valve is communicated with the valve outlet of the three-way electromagnetic valve;
and a valve outlet of the second three-way valve is communicated with the pressure relief box.
