背景技术：
建水陶产品丰富多彩，精美绝伦，其产品主要有瓶、尊、盆、盘、碟、碗、壶、缸、汽锅、烟斗、文房四宝、乐器、日常生活用品等一百多种，深受人们喜爱。其特点表现在：建水陶陶泥取自境内五彩山，含铁量高，使成器硬度高，强度大，表面富有金属质感，叩击有金石之声。经无釉磨光，精工细磨抛光，质地细腻，光亮如镜。有"坚如铁、明如水、润如玉、声如磬"之誉。建水陶的独特魅力还在于将书画艺术与雕刻填泥工艺有机的结合在一起。建水陶集实用性与观赏性于一身，是难得的工艺品。它采用"断简残贴"的艺术手法、"淡艳"装饰效果和无釉磨光工艺，将书法艺术与紫陶加工工艺完美地结合起来，产品丰富多样，精美绝伦，有壶、杯、盆、碗、碟、缸、汽锅、烟斗、文房四宝，因耐酸、耐温、透气、防潮和保温久的特点，用汽锅蒸肉类、香味浓郁、味道鲜美、可滋养身体和治病，著名的云南名特小吃，云南汽锅鸡，其汽锅即为建水紫陶产品;用紫陶炊具盛藏食物，隔夜不馊 ;用紫陶茶壶泡茶，纯正不变味;用花瓶插花经久不凋;摆于案头或博古架上，会令人陶醉于艺术世界之中。
发明内容：
本发明涉及一种建水紫陶的哈尼壶制造方法及应用, 器形设计与民间民族图案装饰的潜力逐渐彰显了出来，如图1，图1是哈尼壶的“天马行空”图。
在建水紫陶通过千百年的无数次成功烧制和积淀中，建水紫陶的器物更加需要不断的创新。马成林把哈尼图案设计在建水紫陶的哈尼壶上，图1的“山川日月”，“天马行空”，配上汉文化的图2“厚德载物”，可谓是妙不可言，完美至极。图2是哈尼壶的“厚德载物”图。哈尼壶的壶嘴采用云南少数民族哈尼族的竹节烟筒直节造型，形象生动，哈尼壶的把手设计成像七彩云一样的飘逸。哈尼壶整体造型美观，耐看，实用而又不缺风采。
具体实施方式：
1、按照设计图纸和建水紫陶的制作工艺，造型，拉坯，阴甘，修坯。
2、在修好的哈尼壶坯上画上哈尼族的“日月山川”，“天马行空”图案，也可以配上一些汉字书法“厚德载物”等。
3、用专业小刀按图案阴刻阳填。
4、烧制到1200度左右。
