the first hand grip 31 and the fourth hand grip 34 are released, and the operating coat 900 can still keep the unfolded state due to the support of the body of the user;
referring to fig. 5, the rotary plate 10 rotates to drive the user to rotate to make the user face one side of the plurality of sixth grips 36, and at the same time, one of the second grips 32 and the third grips 33 away from the sixth grips 36 drives the front web of the side to turn towards the side of the sixth grips 36, so that the front web is close to and attached to the front of the user; while the fastening portion 982 of the front panel is brought close to the clothes button 981 held by the sixth grip 36 and the fastening portion 962 of the waist belt 960 is brought close to the fifth grip 35; the sixth grippers 36 drive the buttons 981 to move to be fastened on the corresponding fastening portions 982, so as to complete fastening of the surgical gown 900; the fifth gripper 35 drives the free end 961 of the waist belt 960 to move to be connected to the tying part 962, thereby completing the tying of the waist belt 960; after the dressing operation of the operating coat 900 is completed, all the grippers are released.
The operation of the peeling operation is opposite to the operation of the dressing operation, and the description thereof is omitted.
Therefore, the surgical gown dressing and taking-off device 100 in the embodiment of the invention can conveniently and quickly realize the dressing and taking-off operation of the surgical gown 900, effectively reduce the steps and time for a user (such as medical staff) to dress and take off the surgical gown 900, avoid the pollution of other people to the surgical gown 900 by assisting in dressing and taking off the gown, and greatly reduce the probability of the contamination of the surgical gown 900 by accurately using a machine to the specific available hand grip part of the gown.
In one embodiment of the present embodiment, the rotation of the turntable 10 is configured to be synchronized with the movement of one of the second and third grips 32, 33 away from the sixth grip 36. The states shown in fig. 1 and 2 are as follows: when the second gripper 32 grips and turns the front left web 910 over, the turntable 10 will be rotated synchronously to turn the user to face the sixth gripper 36. The synchronous motion can be realized in an electric control mode that the driving part of the second gripper 32 and the rotating driving part of the rotary disc 10 are connected in parallel and controlled by the same starting switch, or can be realized in a mechanical linkage mode realized by a gear transmission mode and the like. The definition of the synchronous movement can further ensure the dressing efficiency and the action preparation coordination, and reduce the influence of personal factors.
To accommodate the present embodiment of the device 100 for donning and doffing surgical gowns to users of different physical sizes, in one embodiment of the present embodiment, each of the plurality of fingers in the finger grip set 30 is movably engaged with a vertical rail L1. for example, for the higher level, the first finger grip 31, the second finger grip 32, the third finger grip 33, and the fourth finger grip 34 are movably adjusted along the rail L1.
In one embodiment of this embodiment, the sixth grips 36 share the same vertical rail L1. the common rail L1 reduces the number of rails L1 and saves cost, and the sixth grips 36 located on the same vertical rail L1 easily achieve the same distance between their gripping points and the button 981.
In one embodiment of this embodiment, each finger grip of the group of finger grips 30 is movably engaged with a movable section and is capable of adjusting its position in the corresponding section in the vertical and/or horizontal directions to adapt the position of the group of finger grips 30 to users of different physical sizes. In this embodiment, the present invention can be applied to users of different heights and weights (fat and thin).
Referring to fig. 6, in one embodiment of the present embodiment, the surgical gown donning and doffing apparatus 100 further includes:
a driving means 200 configured to connect the respective grippers of the gripper group 30 for driving the respective gripper moving positions of the gripper group 30, respectively; the driving device 200 can realize the movement of each gripper by adopting a motor and a transmission mechanism;
and a control unit 300 communicatively connected to the driving means 200 and configured to control the driving means 200 to drive the respective hand grips to move to a position adapted to the user's body based on the user's body data. The body data can include personal information of the user and corresponding height data and three-dimensional data of the user.
With continued reference to fig. 6, in one implementation of this embodiment, the surgical gown donning and doffing device 100 further includes:
a storage unit 400 storing a database 410 in which personal information and physical information of a user are in one-to-one correspondence;
the control unit 300 is connected with the storage unit 400 in a communication way, and can read the shape information in the database 410 corresponding to the personal information of the current user from the storage unit 400.
Thus, in an application scenario, the storage unit 400 in this embodiment stores information mainly including weight, height, and circumference of a medical staff in a hospital, and is connected to the switchboard, and after the medical staff needs to perform a surgical operation and register their personal information on the computer, the control unit 300 can read corresponding body information in the database 410 according to the personal information recorded by the medical staff, so as to control the positions of the fingers of the finger grip group 30. After the medical staff stands on the rotary disk 10, the operator presses the remote controller, and the operating-clothing dressing-removing device 100 starts dressing. The operation of peeling off is the reverse process, which is not repeated again.
The method for dressing the surgical gown provided by the embodiment of the invention at least uses the surgical gown dressing and removing device 100; the dressing method of the operating coat comprises the following steps:
acquiring the body parameters of a user;
adjusting the position of each gripper of the gripper group 30 according to the acquired shape parameters;
after the two hands of the user correspondingly extend into the left sleeve 930 and the right sleeve 940 of the operating coat 900 hung on the gripper group 30, the turntable 10 drives the user to rotate to face the sixth gripper 36, and meanwhile, the front web of the second gripper 32 and the third gripper 33 far away from the sixth gripper 36 drives the front web of the side to turn towards the sixth gripper 36, so that the front web is close to and attached to the front of the body of the user; while the fastening portion 982 of the front panel is brought close to the clothes button 981 held by the sixth grip 36 and the fastening portion 962 of the waist belt 960 is brought close to the fifth grip 35;
the sixth grippers 36 drive the buttons 981 to move to be fastened on the corresponding fastening portions 982, so as to complete fastening of the surgical gown 900;
