Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application. In addition, in the description of the present application, the terms "first", "second", and the like are used only for distinguishing the description, and are not intended to indicate or imply relative importance.
In order to explain the technical solution of the present application, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic implementation flow diagram of a method for message reminding provided by an embodiment of the present application, where the method is applied to a terminal, and can be executed by a device for message reminding configured on the terminal, and the device for message reminding can be implemented in a hardware and/or software manner, and is suitable for situations where it is necessary to solve a problem that notification messages are pushed too frequently. Illustratively, the mobile terminal includes: smart phones, tablet computers, smart wearable devices, and the like. Wherein the method comprises the following steps: step S10 to step S30.
In S10, upon receiving the notification message, the type of the notification message is acquired.
In practical applications, the notification message includes a notification message pushed by an instant messaging application, a notification message pushed by a financial application, a notification message pushed by a health application, a notification message pushed by a learning application, a notification message pushed by a living application, a notification message pushed by a terminal system, and the like.
In some embodiments of the present application, the types of notification messages include important notification messages and unimportant notification messages. After receiving the notification message, the message reminding device of the terminal needs to acquire the type of the notification message first, so as to judge whether the notification message is a message needing to be reminded according to the type of the notification message.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the obtaining of the type of the notification message includes: step S101 to step S102.
In S101, the application type to which the application pushing the notification message belongs is acquired, and the keyword information of the notification message is extracted.
Wherein the application type to which the application pushing the notification message belongs includes: instant messaging application, financing application, health application, learning application, life application, terminal system and other application types. It should be noted that the illustration is for illustration and is not meant to limit the scope of the present application, and that other embodiments of the present application may include more or less application types.
Optionally, the obtaining of the application type to which the application pushing the notification message belongs includes: and searching a corresponding relation list of the application and the application type to acquire the application type to which the application pushing the notification message belongs.
For example, in the correspondence list, applications such as short messages, fly messages, WeChats, QQ and the like are corresponding to instant messaging applications; the application of securities, payment treasures, palm banks and the like is corresponding to financing application; the applications such as the grapefruit, the keep and the like are correspondingly used as health applications; corresponding applications such as a Leyi cloud classroom, a Mu lesson net, a self-learning net, a channel dictionary and the like to learning applications; the applications of Baidu maps, Gaode maps, Taobao, Mei Tuo, hungry, Sunday quick newspaper, alarm clocks and the like are corresponding to life applications. Therefore, by searching the corresponding relation list, the application type to which the application pushing the notification message belongs can be determined.
In some embodiments of the present application, after receiving the notification message, performing word segmentation processing on text information included in the notification message, that is, obtaining keyword information of the notification message.
In S102, the type of the notification message is determined according to the application type and the keyword information.
For example, when the application type to which the application pushing the notification message belongs is a terminal system, it is determined that the type of the notification message is an important notification message. For example, the types of the notification messages pushed by the terminal system, such as the telephone application, the alarm clock application, the low power reminding application and the like, are important notification messages. And when the application type of the application pushing the notification message is an instant messaging application, a financing application, a health application, a learning application or a living application and the like, determining the type of the notification message according to the keyword information of the notification message.
The determining the type of the notification message according to the keyword information of the notification message includes: and matching the keyword information of the notification message with the keyword information in a database, and determining the notification message as the type corresponding to the keyword information in the database if the keyword information is successfully matched with the keyword information in the database.
For example, the keyword information of the notification message includes "transfer in", "amount", and "bank account"; and successfully matches with the keyword information of 'transfer', 'amount' and 'account number' in the database. If the types corresponding to at least two keyword information of 'transfer', 'amount' and 'account' in the database are important notification messages, the types of the notification messages are important notification messages; if the types of the 'transfer', 'amount' and 'account' in the database are less than the types corresponding to the two key word information and are important notification messages, the types of the notification messages are unimportant notification messages. That is, if matching of a plurality of pieces of keyword information in the notification message with the keyword information in the database is successful, determining the type corresponding to the number of the plurality of pieces of keyword information as the type corresponding to the notification message.
It should be noted that, when the number of notification messages with the important type corresponding to the keyword information in the notification message is the same as the number of notification messages with the unimportant type corresponding to the keyword information in the notification message, the notification message may be determined as the important notification message or determined as the unimportant notification message according to a preset determination rule.
Optionally, in order to obtain the type of the notification message more accurately, as shown in fig. 3, the determining the type of the notification message according to the application type and the keyword information includes: step S1021 to step S1022.
In S1021, matching the keyword information with a preset keyword corresponding to an application type to which an application pushing the notification message belongs;
in S1022, if the keyword information is successfully matched with the preset keyword, the notification message is determined as the type corresponding to the preset keyword.
For example, the types corresponding to the keywords such as "transfer," "amount," and "account" in the preset keywords corresponding to the financial application may be important notification information; and in the instant messaging application, the health application, the learning application and the living application, the types corresponding to the keywords such as ' transfer ', ' amount ', account number ' and the like can be unimportant notification information. For example, when the notification message pushed by the short message application in the instant messaging application includes "transfer," "amount," and "account," it may be a fraud message, and at this time, it is determined as a non-important notification message. And when the notification message pushed by the palm bank in the financial management application comprises 'transfer', 'amount' and 'account number', the notification message may be a notification message for the user to fund, and at this time, in order to avoid property loss of the user, the notification message is determined to be an important notification message.
In the embodiment of the application, different preset keywords and types corresponding to the preset keywords are set for different application types, notification messages pushed by applications of different application types can be classified differently, and the type judgment of the notification messages is refined, so that the type judgment of the notification messages is more accurate, and the reminding of the notification messages meets the requirements of users better.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, in S1021, matching the keyword information with a preset keyword corresponding to an application type to which an application pushing the notification message belongs, further includes: step S1023.
In S1023, if the matching of the keyword information and the preset keyword is unsuccessful, the notification message is determined to be of a new type.
Correspondingly, in step S20, the determining whether the notification message is a message that needs to be reminded according to the type of the notification message includes: s200, judging the new type of notification message as a reminding-free message.
For example, when no preset keyword can be successfully matched with the keyword information of the notification message, the type of the notification message is uniformly determined as a new type, and the notification message of the new type is determined as a reminder-free message. In some embodiments of the present invention, the preset keyword may be updated online, for example, a new preset keyword is added or a part of the preset keyword is deleted, so that the type determination of the notification message is more accurate.
In practical applications, the important notification message may include notification messages corresponding to mobile phone arrearage shutdown messages, conference messages, credit card repayment messages, bank repayment messages, payroll information, important contact information, incoming call messages and the like. And the non-important notification messages may generally include notification messages corresponding to shopping advertisement messages, application recommendation advertisement messages, commercial campaign advertisement messages, entertainment bagua news messages, newsletters and spam messages.
In S20, it is determined whether the notification message is a message to be reminded according to the type of the notification message.
In some embodiments of the present application, the determining whether the notification message is a message to be reminded according to the type of the notification message includes: and judging the important notification message as a message needing to be reminded, and judging the unimportant message as a message needing not to be reminded.
In S30, if the notification message is a message to be reminded, determining whether to trigger message reminding according to the history reminding record of the notification message.
The history reminding record of the notification message comprises history reminding time and history reminding times.
For example, when an application pushing the notification message has pushed the notification message for a set number of times within a first set time period, the notification message pushed to the application within the set time period no longer triggers a message alert.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, in step S30, if the notification message is a message to be reminded, determining whether to trigger a message reminder according to a historical reminder record of the notification message includes: step S301 to step S303.
In S301, if the notification message is a notification message pushed by the instant messaging application according to the received communication information, the historical reminding times of the notification message corresponding to the target contact in the instant messaging application within a first preset time interval are calculated.
In S302, if the historical reminding times do not reach the maximum reminding times, triggering message reminding;
in S303, if the historical reminding number reaches the maximum reminding number, within the first preset time interval, the message reminding of the notification message corresponding to the target contact is not triggered any more.
For example, the instant messaging application is a WeChat, and when a notification message pushed by the WeChat to the received communication information is received, the historical reminding times of the notification message corresponding to the target contact sending the communication information in a first preset time interval are calculated; if the historical reminding times do not reach the maximum reminding times, triggering message reminding of the notification message; and if the historical reminding times reach the maximum reminding times, no longer triggering the message reminding of the notification message corresponding to the target contact person within the first preset time interval.
For example, the first preset time interval is two minutes, and the maximum number of reminders is three. When the WeChat receives the first three pieces of communication information sent by the target contact A within two minutes of a first preset time interval, pushing the notification message corresponding to the target contact A for three times respectively, and triggering message reminding of the notification message for three times. When the WeChat receives the fourth communication information sent by the target contact A within two minutes of the first preset time interval and pushes the notification message corresponding to the target contact A for the fourth time, the message reminding of the sixth notification message corresponding to the target contact A is not triggered any more, namely, within the two minutes, the notification message corresponding to the target contact A is not reminded any more. Therefore, the frequency of message reminding is reduced, and the interference on the work and life of the user caused by too frequent pushing of the notification message is avoided.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, after step S303, the method further includes: step S304 to step S305.
In S304, calculating the cumulative number of times that the historical reminding number of the notification message corresponding to the target contact reaches the maximum reminding number within a second preset time interval; the second preset time interval is greater than the first preset time interval;
in S305, if the cumulative number is greater than a preset threshold, the message alert of the notification message corresponding to the target contact is not triggered within a third preset time interval after the cumulative number is greater than the preset threshold.
For example, the second predetermined time interval is ten minutes, the predetermined threshold is three times, and the third predetermined time interval is one hour. When the historical reminding times of three two minutes of the target contact A in the first two minutes, the second two minutes, the third two minutes, the fourth two minutes and the fifth two minutes of the target contact A reach the maximum reminding time three times, starting when the historical reminding times of three two minutes are equal to three times, and no longer reminding the notification message corresponding to the target contact A in one hour, so that the message reminding times are further reduced, and the interference on the work and life of a user is avoided when the notification message is pushed too frequently.
Optionally, the calculating the historical reminding times of the notification message corresponding to the target contact in the instant messaging application within the first preset time interval includes: if an unlocking instruction of the screen locking interface is received, starting to calculate the historical reminding times of the notification message corresponding to the target contact in the instant messaging application within a first preset time interval from zero times when the instant messaging application enters the screen locking state again; correspondingly, the calculating the cumulative number of times that the historical reminding number of the notification message corresponding to the target contact reaches the maximum reminding number of times within the second preset time interval includes: and if an unlocking instruction of the screen locking interface is received, the accumulated times that the historical reminding times of the notification message corresponding to the target contact in the second preset time interval reach the maximum reminding times are calculated from zero times when the screen locking state is entered again.
When an unlocking instruction of the screen locking interface is received, the user is indicated to unlock the screen locking interface, and the notification message is processed by the user, so that the historical reminding times of the notification message corresponding to the target contact in the instant messaging application in a first preset time interval need to be calculated again from zero times when the screen locking state is entered again; and starting to calculate the cumulative times when the historical reminding times of the notification messages corresponding to the target contact in a second preset time interval reach the maximum reminding times from zero. When the user frequently views the notification messages, the notification messages are normally reminded, so that the user is prevented from missing the opportunity of reading important messages.
It should be noted that the target contact may be an individual or a message group. When the target contact person is an individual, the first preset time interval can be set to be two minutes according to practical experience, and can also be set by a user in a self-defining way; and when the target contact is a message group, the first preset time interval can be shortened to half a minute, and can also be set by a user in a self-defining way. Similarly, the second preset time interval and the third preset time interval may also be different time intervals according to different target contacts, and the maximum reminding times and the preset threshold may also be different times according to different target contacts.
Wherein the triggering of the message alert of the notification message comprises: and triggering the notification message to remind the user of the message in one or more modes of ringing, vibrating, lightening the screen and flickering the breathing lamp. In the embodiment of the application, the reminding times of the notification messages are reduced, so that the notification messages are prevented from being pushed too frequently, interference is brought to work and life of a user, and meanwhile, the power consumption of the terminal is reduced.
