Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for hinting fraud calls and a communication terminal. The method for hinting the fraud calls comprises the steps that a short message of a target phone number is received; whether the target phone number meets a preset condition is determined; if the preset condition is met, keywords contained in the short message are obtained, and matching is conducted on the keywords and sample keywords in a keyword bank; if the success matching number exceeds a preset threshold value, a fraud alarm hinting that the target phone number is a suspected fraud phone number is sent out. It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present invention, a short message of a target phone number is received through a communication terminal, and the communication terminal determines whether the target phone number meets a preset condition under the condition that a switch for starting a fraud detection phone mode is in an on state, where the preset condition includes at least one of the following conditions: at least N telephone numbers which are the same as the attribution corresponding to the target telephone number are not stored in the address book of the communication terminal, an information record of the target telephone number is not stored in the communication terminal, the target telephone number is an unfamiliar number, and a call record of the target telephone number is not stored in the communication terminal, wherein N is an integer greater than 1, if the communication terminal determines that the target telephone number meets the preset condition, the target telephone number is matched with a sample fraud telephone number in a fraud telephone number library, if the target telephone number is successfully matched with one sample fraud telephone number in the fraud telephone number library, a fraud alarm for prompting that the target telephone number is a suspected fraud telephone number is sent out, and then suspicious telephones are screened, the discrimination result which is possibly a fraud call is returned to the user in time, thereby being beneficial to reducing the probability of the user being cheated.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a third embodiment of a communication terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the communication terminal includes: at least one input device 501; at least one output device 502; at least one processor 503, such as a CPU; and a memory 504, the input device 501, the output device 502, the processor 503, and the memory 504 being connected by a bus 505.
The input device 501 may be a touch panel of a communication terminal, and includes a touch screen and a touch screen, and is configured to detect an operation instruction on the touch panel of the communication terminal.
The output device 502 may be a display screen of a communication terminal, and is used for outputting and displaying information (including an alarm mode).
The memory 504 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (e.g., a magnetic disk memory). The memory 504 is used for storing a set of program codes, and the input device 501, the output device 502 and the processor 503 are used for calling the program codes stored in the memory 504, and performing the following operations:
an input device 501, configured to receive a short message of a target phone number;
a processor 503, configured to determine whether the target phone number meets a preset condition, where the preset condition includes at least one of the following conditions: at least N telephone numbers which are the same as the attribution place corresponding to the target telephone number and are not stored in the address book of the communication terminal, information records of the target telephone number are not stored in the communication terminal, the target telephone number is an unfamiliar number, and a call record of the target telephone number is not stored in the communication terminal, wherein N is an integer larger than 1;
the processor 503 is further configured to, when the processor 503 determines that the target phone number meets a preset condition, parse the short message to obtain a keyword included in the short message;
the processor 503 is further configured to match the keyword included in the short message acquired by the processor 503 with a sample keyword in a keyword lexicon;
the output device 502 is configured to issue a fraud alert for prompting that the target phone number is a suspected fraud phone number when the number of successfully matching the keyword included in the obtained short message with the sample keyword in the keyword lexicon by the processor 503 exceeds a preset threshold.
In some possible embodiments, before the processor 503 parses the short message to obtain the keyword included in the short message, the processor 503 is further specifically configured to:
matching the target telephone number with a sample fraud telephone number in a fraud telephone number library;
if the target telephone number is successfully matched with one sample fraud telephone number in the fraud telephone number library, sending out a fraud alarm for prompting that the target telephone number is a suspected fraud telephone number;
the analyzing the short message to obtain the keyword contained in the short message comprises: and in the case that the target telephone number is unsuccessfully matched with any sample fraud telephone number in the fraud telephone number library, analyzing the short message to obtain the keyword contained in the short message.
In some possible embodiments, the fraud telephone number database is maintained at the communication terminal and/or the cloud.
In some possible embodiments, if the fraud telephone number database is maintained in the cloud, the processor 503 is further configured to:
reporting the target telephone number to the cloud under the condition of sending out a fraud alarm for prompting that the target telephone number is a suspected fraud telephone number, so that the cloud adds the target telephone number as a sample fraud telephone number in a fraud telephone number library maintained by the cloud.
In some possible embodiments, if the fraud phone number database is maintained in the communication terminal, the processor 503 is further specifically configured to:
adding the target telephone number as a sample fraud telephone number in a fraud telephone number library of a communication terminal in case of issuing a fraud alert for prompting that the target telephone number is a suspected fraud telephone number.
In some possible embodiments, the keyword thesaurus is maintained at the communication terminal and/or the cloud.
In some possible embodiments, the processor 503 is further specifically configured to:
and matching the keywords contained in the acquired short message with keywords in a keyword word bank according to a regular expression.
In some possible embodiments, after issuing a fraud alert for prompting that the target telephone number is a suspected fraud telephone number, the above output device 502 is further specifically for:
and if an outgoing call instruction of the user to the target telephone number is received, sending a fraud alarm for prompting that the target telephone number is a suspected fraud telephone number.
In some possible embodiments, the processor 503 is further specifically configured to:
and under the condition that a switch for starting a fraud call screening mode is in an on state, the communication terminal determines whether the target telephone number meets a preset condition.
In some possible embodiments, if the keyword lexicon is maintained in the cloud and the communication terminal, the processor 503 is further specifically configured to:
and if an updating instruction of the keyword lexicon is received, acquiring keyword lexicon change data from the cloud, and updating the keyword lexicon of the communication terminal by using the keyword lexicon change data acquired from the cloud.
In some possible embodiments, if the keyword lexicon is maintained in the communication terminal, the processor 503 is further specifically configured to:
and if an updating instruction of the keyword lexicon containing the user-defined keywords is received, adding the user-defined keywords into the sample keywords in the keyword lexicon of the communication terminal.
In some possible embodiments, if the keyword lexicon is maintained in the cloud, the processor 503 is further specifically configured to:
and sending the keyword lexicon updating instruction containing the user-defined keywords to the cloud so that the cloud can add the user-defined keywords into the sample keywords in the keyword lexicon of the communication terminal.
In specific implementation, the input device 501, the output device 502, and the processor 503 described in this embodiment of the present invention may execute the implementation manners described in the embodiments of the method for prompting a fraud call provided in this embodiment of the present invention, and may also execute the implementation manner of the terminal described in the first embodiment of the terminal provided in this embodiment of the present invention, which is not described herein again.
The steps in the method of the embodiment of the invention can be sequentially adjusted, combined and deleted according to actual needs.
The modules or units in the device of the embodiment of the invention can be combined, divided and deleted according to actual needs.
The elements of all embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by a general purpose integrated circuit, such as a CPU (central processing Unit), or an ASIC (Application Specific integrated circuit).
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.
The above disclosure is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and it is therefore to be understood that the invention is not limited by the scope of the appended claims.
Claims (18)
1. A method of prompting fraud calls, comprising:
the communication terminal receives a short message of a target telephone number;
the communication terminal determines whether the target telephone number meets a preset condition, wherein the preset condition comprises at least one of the following conditions: at least N telephone numbers which are the same as the attribution place corresponding to the target telephone number and are not stored in the address book of the communication terminal, information records of the target telephone number are not stored in the communication terminal, the target telephone number is an unfamiliar number, and a call record of the target telephone number is not stored in the communication terminal, wherein N is an integer larger than 1;
if the communication terminal determines that the target telephone number meets the preset condition, the communication terminal analyzes the short message to obtain a keyword contained in the short message;
the communication terminal matches the keywords contained in the acquired short message with sample keywords in a keyword lexicon;
and if the number of the keywords contained in the acquired short message successfully matched with the sample keywords in the keyword lexicon exceeds a preset threshold value, the communication terminal sends out a fraud alarm for prompting that the target telephone number is a suspected fraud telephone number.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before parsing the short message to obtain the keywords included in the short message, the method further comprises:
the communication terminal matches the target telephone number with a sample fraud telephone number in a fraud telephone number library;
if the target telephone number is successfully matched with one sample fraud telephone number in the fraud telephone number library, the communication terminal sends out a fraud alarm for prompting that the target telephone number is a suspected fraud telephone number;
the analyzing the short message to obtain the keyword contained in the short message comprises: in the case that the target phone number and one of the sample fraud phone numbers in the fraud phone number library are not successfully matched, parsing the SMS message to obtain keywords contained in the SMS message.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein said fraud phone number repository is maintained at the communication terminal and/or cloud.
4. The method according to any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein if said fraud telephone number repository is maintained in the cloud, said method further comprises:
under the condition of sending out a fraud alarm for prompting that the target telephone number is a suspected fraud telephone number, the communication terminal reports the target telephone number to the cloud so that the cloud adds the target telephone number as a sample fraud telephone number in a fraud telephone number library maintained by the cloud.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the keyword lexicon is maintained at the communication terminal and/or in the cloud.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the matching the keywords contained in the acquired short message with the keywords in a keyword lexicon comprises:
and the communication terminal matches the keywords contained in the acquired short message with keywords in a keyword word bank according to a regular expression.
7. The method as recited in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein after issuing a fraud alert for prompting said target telephone number as a suspected fraud telephone number, said method further comprises:
and if the communication terminal receives an outgoing call instruction of the user to the target telephone number, sending a fraud alarm for prompting that the target telephone number is a suspected fraud telephone number.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the determining, by the communication terminal, whether the target phone number satisfies a preset condition comprises:
and under the condition that a switch for starting a fraud call screening mode is in an on state, the communication terminal determines whether the target telephone number meets a preset condition.
9. The method of any of claims 1 to 8, wherein if the keyword lexicon is maintained in a cloud and a communication terminal, the method further comprises:
and if the communication terminal receives an updating instruction of the keyword lexicon, the communication terminal acquires keyword lexicon change data from the cloud end and updates the keyword lexicon of the communication terminal by using the keyword lexicon change data acquired from the cloud end.
10. A communication terminal, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving the short message of the target telephone number;
a determining unit, configured to determine whether the target phone number meets a preset condition, where the preset condition includes at least one of the following conditions: at least N telephone numbers which are the same as the attribution place corresponding to the target telephone number and are not stored in the address book of the communication terminal, information records of the target telephone number are not stored in the communication terminal, the target telephone number is an unfamiliar number, and a call record of the target telephone number is not stored in the communication terminal, wherein N is an integer larger than 1;
the first acquisition unit is used for analyzing the short message to acquire a keyword contained in the short message when the determination unit determines that the target telephone number meets a preset condition;
the first matching unit is used for matching the keywords contained in the short message acquired by the first acquisition unit with sample keywords in a keyword lexicon;
and the warning unit is used for sending a fraud warning for prompting that the target telephone number is a suspected fraud telephone number when the number of the keywords contained in the acquired short message and the sample keywords in the keyword lexicon successfully matched by the first matching unit exceeds a preset threshold value.
11. The communication terminal according to claim 10, wherein the communication terminal further comprises:
a second matching unit for matching the target phone number with a sample fraud phone number in a fraud phone number library;
the warning unit is further used for issuing a fraud warning for prompting that the target telephone number is a suspected fraud telephone number when the second matching unit successfully matches the target telephone number with one of the sample fraud telephone numbers in the fraud telephone number library;
the first obtaining unit is specifically configured to, when the determining unit determines that the target phone number meets a preset condition, parse the short message to obtain a keyword included in the short message when the second matching unit unsuccessfully matches the target phone number with one of the sample fraud phone numbers in the fraud phone number library.
12. The communication terminal according to claim 11, characterized in that: the fraud telephone number library is maintained in the communication terminal and/or the cloud.
13. The communication terminal according to any of claims 11 to 12, wherein if the fraud phone number library is maintained in the cloud, the communication terminal further comprises:
the reporting unit is used for reporting the target telephone number to the cloud under the condition of sending out a fraud alarm for prompting that the target telephone number is a suspected fraud telephone number, so that the cloud adds the target telephone number as a sample fraud telephone number in a fraud telephone number library maintained by the cloud.
14. The communication terminal according to any of claims 10 to 13, wherein the keyword lexicon is maintained at the communication terminal and/or in the cloud.
15. The communication terminal according to any of claims 10 to 14, wherein the first matching unit is specifically configured to:
and matching the keywords contained in the acquired short message with keywords in a keyword word bank according to a regular expression.
16. The communication terminal according to any of claims 10 to 15, characterized by:
and the alarm unit is also used for sending a fraud alarm for prompting that the target telephone number is a suspected fraud telephone number if an outgoing call instruction of the user to the target telephone number is received.
17. The communication terminal according to any of claims 10 to 16, wherein the determining unit is specifically configured to:
and under the condition that a switch for starting a fraud telephone screening mode is in an on state, determining whether the target telephone number meets a preset condition.
18. The communication terminal according to any of claims 10 to 17, wherein if the keyword lexicon is maintained in a cloud and the communication terminal, the communication terminal further comprises:
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring keyword lexicon change data from the cloud end if an update instruction of the keyword lexicon is received;
and the updating unit is used for updating the keyword lexicon of the communication terminal by using the keyword lexicon change data acquired from the cloud end by the second acquiring unit.
