Description

Search result display method and device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of data processing, in particular to a method and a device for displaying search results.
Background
The search engine is a common search tool, and can search out a search result corresponding to a search word input by a user according to the search word and display the search result to the user.
Usually, the language of the search word is consistent with the language of the obtained search result, for example, in the case that the search word is chinese, the search result corresponding to the search word is also chinese. However, some users may wish to browse search results in different languages, for example, in the case where the search term is chinese, it may be desirable to see english search results corresponding to the search term. For the requirement of such cross-language search, conventionally, a search engine translates a search word into a language desired by the search requirement, searches with the translated search word, and displays a search result of the desired language to a user after obtaining the search result of the desired language.
Disclosure of Invention
Generally, the search result of the desired language is different from the native language of the user, so that when the user sees the search result different from the native language, it may be difficult to quickly obtain the required information therefrom.
Although the conventional method has a good idea, in the actual operation process, the full-text translation of the search result is required, and the translation is required to be fast so as to quickly display the translated search result, so that the translation can be realized only by a machine translation mode. However, machine translation has great limitations, and for translation of large text, the quality is low, and problems of word inadequacy, sentence break, and the like often occur. Thus, conventionally, although it is possible to provide a user with search results that have been translated into a common language, the obscure translation makes it difficult for the user to read out useful information provided by the original search results from the translated search results, and even in some cases, the translated search results have poor readability, rather than directly reading the untranslated search content.
Therefore, the traditional method for full-text translation of the search results cannot achieve the effect of improving the search experience of the user.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments, but not all embodiments, of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
A search engine is a common search tool in which a user can input search terms. The search term may be a key term representing that the user wants to obtain the content, for example, the user wants to know about weather related information, and the chinese search term "weather" may be input in an input interface of the search engine. The user wants to know the development process of the robot, and the robot can be used as a search word, so that a search result related to the search word robot can be obtained. The search result may be content that has a high relevance to the search term, and one search result may be an item or an article, etc.
Typically, the language of the search term is consistent with the language of the search result obtained. However, some users may wish to browse search results of a search term in other languages, for example, if a user searches a technology by a chinese search term, but the technology is more developed abroad (e.g., a country corresponding to an english language), the user may wish to browse search results of the chinese search term in the english language to know the disclosure of the technology in the english language. To achieve this, a cross-lingual search is required.
In the conventional cross-language search technology, a search engine translates a search word in a first language into a language (a second language) desired to be searched for by a search requirement, searches with the translated search word (the search word in the second language), and presents a search result to a user after obtaining the search result in the second language. In general, the language of the displayed search result is different from the first language (the language to which the search word input by the user belongs), so that the search result in the second language may have a certain difficulty for the user to understand, and in order to facilitate the user to quickly obtain the required information from the search result, the search result is conventionally translated into the language same as the language to which the search word input by the user through a full-text machine and then displayed to the user. However, machine translation has the limitations of inaccurate translation and low quality when translating large-space characters, so that the search results translated in full text are obscure and unintelligible, which makes it difficult for the user to read out the useful information provided by the original search results from the translated search results, and even the information displayed by the translated search results deviates from the information provided by the original search results, thus causing misdirection to the user.
Therefore, the traditional method for full-text translation of the search results cannot achieve the effect of improving the search experience of the user.
Compared with full-text translation, when the machine translates a single word, the accuracy is higher, and the word generally can not come in and go out with the meaning of the word in the original text, so that the translated keyword in the first language is more fit with the information provided by the search result.
Based on the above features, embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for displaying search results, when a cross-language search from a first language to a second language is required, a keyword of the search result is determined for the search result in the second language, and the determined keyword is translated into the first language and then displayed to a user. Because the length of the keyword is short, compared with full-text translation, the translation accuracy of the keyword is higher, and the translated keyword in the first language is more fit with the information provided by the search result. When the search results are displayed for the user, the display positions of the keywords are increased in the display area, so that the user can visually browse the keywords in the first language, the information provided by the search results can be quickly known to a certain extent according to the keywords, and the search experience of the user is improved.
Next, a method for displaying search results provided by the embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, a flowchart of a method for displaying search results according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided, where the method includes:
s101: and acquiring the search word in the first language.
The first language may be the native language of the user or a language that is well known to the user. Compared with the language unfamiliar to the user, the user generally has no great difficulty in understanding the content in the first language.
When a user wants to search for information, a search term can be input in a first language in an input interface of a search engine, and the search engine searches for information related to the search term according to the input search term of the user.
S102: and acquiring a search result in the second language according to the search word.
The search scene mainly aimed at in the embodiment of the invention is cross-language search, namely, the language of the search word input by the user is different from the language of the related content which the user wants to know, for example, a Chinese user wants to know the related works of England biologist Darwinian, and the search result in English language may be more comprehensive and detailed than the search result in Chinese language, and more conforms to the information which the user actually wants to obtain.
The user's needs for such cross-lingual searches may be known prior to conducting the search. Therefore, before S102 is executed, it is clear that the search range desired by the user is the content in the second language. For such a requirement of searching across languages, the step of obtaining the search result in the second language according to the search term in S102 may include: the search engine may convert the search word in the first language into the search word in the second language, and then perform a search for the search word in the second language within the range of the second language, thereby obtaining a search result in the second language.
In a specific operation, a language conversion option may be set on an input interface of the search engine, for example, a user inputs a search word in a first language on the input interface, if the user wants to obtain search results in other languages, a desired language may be selected as a second language in the language conversion option, and after obtaining the second language selected in the language conversion option, the search engine may translate the search word in the first language into the search word in the second language, and perform a related search in network content in the second language according to the search word in the second language, so as to obtain a search result in the second language.
In a specific operation, a vertical search engine of a specific language can be used to obtain a search result in the second language. For example, when a user inputs a search word in a first language into a vertical search engine in a second language, the vertical search engine in the second language automatically translates the search word in the first language into a search word in the second language, and performs a related search in the web content in the second language according to the search word in the second language to obtain a search result in the second language.
The search result may be content with higher relevance to the search term, the search engine performs a search according to the search term, and the obtained search result may be one or more. Next, in S103-S104, the processing procedure of a search result will be described by taking it as an example.
S103: at least one key semantic unit is determined from the search results.
The key semantic unit may be a keyword, a key phrase, or a key phrase, etc. The key semantic unit can well assist the user in understanding the content included in the search result, and is easy to obtain a relatively accurate translation result.
Generally, a user inputs a search word in a first language, an obtained search result in a second language is different from a common language of the user, such as a native language, and when the user sees a search result in a language different from the common language, it may be difficult to quickly obtain information provided by the search result. According to the introduction related to the translation of the search result, in the embodiment of the invention, the key semantic unit can be determined from the search result, the key semantic unit is translated independently, and the key semantic unit translated into the first language can be displayed when the search result is displayed, so that a user can quickly acquire the information provided by the search result from the displayed key semantic unit. For a search result, the determination of the key semantic unit is a precondition for performing the above translation, and then the determination of the key semantic unit is introduced.
A key semantic unit is determined from the search results, the key semantic unit must be a term that appears in the search results. The key semantic unit of a search result can be determined by calculating the corresponding key semantic unit from the search result in the second language and translating the key semantic unit into the first language, or by translating the search result into the first language and calculating the key semantic unit in the first language.
It should be noted that, in addition to determining the key semantic unit through the search result, the key semantic unit of the search result may also be determined from the abstract or the keyword corresponding to the web page where the search result is located.
For a search result, the key semantic unit can be determined in an online mode or an offline mode. The online mode can be that in the searching process, the obtained searching result page is automatically analyzed and corresponding key semantic units are extracted.
The off-line mode may be that when the search result in the second language is captured and stored in the database, the key semantic unit is extracted, and the association relationship between the key semantic unit and the search result page is established. And determining the translation corresponding to the first language when the search result of the second language is stored in the database, or acquiring the corresponding key semantic unit and translating when the search result is taken out from the database in the search process.
The types of the key semantic units may be various, and all the words that can embody the result qualitative information of the search may be used as the key semantic units of the search result, for example, the key semantic units may be words that can embody information related to the search word, or may be words that can embody the result qualitative information of the search, and of course, since the correlation between the search word and the search result is higher, the search word may also be used as the key semantic unit.
For example, if a search result for the search term "bluetooth technology" is a paper about the application of bluetooth technology to data transmission, then "bluetooth" (a term representing information related to the search term) and "data transmission" (a term representing substantive information of the search result) may be used as the key semantic units corresponding to the search result. In the embodiment of the invention, any one or more combinations of the search word, the related word and the core word can be used as the key semantic unit of the search result. For a search result, the corresponding related words and core words may be determined according to the content of the search result.
The related words may be words that are highly related to the search word. For example, the related words may represent information that is more closely related to the search word to some extent, and since the purpose of the user inputting the search word is to hope to know the content related to the search word, such related words that are closely related to the search word are highlighted, so that some comprehension assistance can be provided for the user inputting the search word, and the user can be helped to quickly grasp the core of the search result or the content related to the search purpose. For example, for the search word "clothing", in the search result introducing a piece of clothing, if the content often refers to the brand, style, material, etc. of the clothing at the same time when referring to the "clothing", the "brand", "style", and "material" or the words corresponding thereto may be used as the related words of the search word "clothing".
The related words may also be words that have a similar meaning to the search word. It should be noted that a word having a similar meaning to the search term is not generally a fully equivalent synonym, because a fully equivalent synonym is similar to the information provided by the search term and cannot provide more effective information to the user than the search term, the determined related term may be a word having a similar meaning to the search term but not fully equivalent. The words frequently appearing with the search words at the same time are generally high in frequency of appearing with the search words at the same time, but the frequency of appearing of the words alone is not too high, the frequency of appearing of the words alone is limited not to be too high, and the common words (pronouns, prepositions and the like) are eliminated, because a large number of common words (high frequency of appearing alone) often appear in a search result, and the words are high in frequency of appearing with the search words at the same time, but can not reflect qualitative information of the search result.
A method for determining related words can be to calculate the correlation between the words in the search results and the search words, and take the words with the correlation higher than a first threshold value with the search words as the related words. The first threshold is set to select a word with high correlation with the search word, and when the correlation between the word and the search word is higher than the first threshold, the correlation between the word and the search word can be considered to be high, and because the search word can embody the substantive information of the search result, the word with high correlation with the search word can also embody the substantive information of the search result to a certain extent.
The first threshold may be a preset fixed value, for example, sentences in which the search word in the search result is located may be analyzed to find out words frequently occurring simultaneously with the search word in the sentences, and the more times of simultaneous occurrence with the search word indicates that the higher the correlation with the search word, the words whose times of simultaneous occurrence with the search word exceed the first threshold N may be used as the related words of the search result. The first threshold value can be changed and adjusted according to specific requirements.
And the core word can be the word which can best embody the core idea of the search result. For example, a search result for the search term "rubber" is an introduction about the distribution area, morphological features and growth conditions of the rubber tree, and the content of the search result is mainly an introduction developed around the core of the rubber tree, so that the term "rubber tree" is the core concept that best embodies the search result, and the term "rubber tree" can be used as the core word of the search result.
One method for determining the core words may be to use the words with weights higher than a second threshold value in the search results as the core words. The weight can be used to represent the importance degree of a word in the content of the search result, the higher the weight of the word, the higher the importance degree of the word in the search result, which indicates that the word can better embody the core idea of the search result, and the weight of a word is related to the occurrence frequency of the word in the content of the search result.
The second threshold is set to select a word with a higher weight in the search result, and when the weight of the word in the search result is higher than the second threshold, it can be considered that the higher the importance of the word in the search result is, the more the core idea of the search result can be embodied. The second threshold may be a preset fixed value, for example, words other than general words (pronouns, prepositions, etc.) in the search result and words with the occurrence frequency exceeding the second threshold M may be used as core words. The second threshold value may also be changed according to specific requirements.
S104: translating the at least one key semantic unit from the second language to the first language.
In S103-S104, a search result is taken as an example for expansion and introduction, and the processing procedure for the other search results in S102 is similar to the processing procedure for the search result in S103-S104, and is not described herein again.
At least one key semantic unit is determined from the search result in S103, where the key semantic unit is in the second language, and in order to facilitate the user to understand the semantic meaning of the key semantic unit, the key semantic unit in the second language may be translated into the first language. It should be noted that the translation in this step mainly refers to translating the determined at least one key semantic unit as a single word.
S105: and displaying according to the search result, increasing the display position of the at least one key semantic unit in the display area, and respectively displaying each key semantic unit translated into the first language.
Through the above-mentioned related operations of S103-S104, the key semantic unit in the second language in the search result has been determined from the search result in the second language, and the determined key semantic unit is translated into the first language. The first language is a language familiar to the user, the user can quickly understand the key semantic unit in the first language, and in order to enable the user to quickly and directly see the key semantic unit when browsing the search result, the display position of at least one key semantic unit can be added in an interface for displaying the search result.
Taking a search result as an example, the search result has at least one corresponding key semantic unit, when the search result is presented, the search result may be presented as an entry in an area, and in order to effectively present the at least one key semantic unit corresponding to the search result, a part of space may be specifically set in the area as a presentation position of the at least one key semantic unit. The display position of the key semantic unit can be a front position of a display area of the search result or a rear position of the display area of the search result.
Each search result has its corresponding key semantic unit, the search result obtained in the above process may be one or more, and the display position of the key semantic unit in other search results is similar to the above description, and is not described herein again.
For example, assuming that the user inputs a search word "cross-language search", it is desirable that cross-language search in english can be performed with the search word, that is, a case where chinese is the first language and english is the second language. The search results in the english language can be obtained according to the search term "cross language search" in the english language, and then several key semantic units are determined in one search result, that is, the next line of the title is used as the display position of the key semantic unit, each key semantic unit has a corresponding display position, and the key semantic units in the first language are displayed in the display positions. Through the display position, a user can visually see the key semantic unit in the first language, and can quickly know the information provided by the search result to a certain extent according to the key semantic unit, so that the search experience of the user is improved.
It is assumed that in the search results obtained in the foregoing embodiment, the title of the search result shown in an entry is "cross-language information retrieval" Wikipedia, the free encyclop … ", and five key semantic units determined according to this search result are shown in the next row of the title, which are sequentially" cross-language "," information retrieval "," machine translation "," dictionary ", and" parallel expectation ". The general content of the search results that allows the user to quickly retrieve this item from the five key semantic units presented is relevant to these key semantic units, thereby providing assistance to the user in determining whether the search results need to be perused.
When the search results are displayed, the contents of each search result can be displayed completely, and considering that the number of the search results is often multiple and the space of each search result is long, therefore, part of the contents of each search result, such as the contents of the abstract part, can be selected for displaying, so that a larger number of search results can be presented on the currently displayed interface, the more the number of the provided search results is, the higher the possibility that the user browses the search results meeting the actual requirements of the user is, and the search experience of the user can be improved.
When the number of the search results is large, even if only part of the content of each search result is displayed, all the search results may not be displayed on the current display interface, so that the display interface may be one page or multiple pages according to the number of the search results, and the rest of the search results may be displayed on the subsequent display interface. Considering that the user firstly sees the search result displayed on the first page display interface when browsing, for the above situation, when displaying the search result, the search results can be compared firstly, and the search result closer to the actual requirement of the user is placed on the first page. Therefore, the possibility that the user preferentially sees the search results meeting the actual requirements of the user is higher, and the search experience of the user is improved.
According to the technical scheme, when cross-language search from the first language to the second language is required, the key semantic unit of the search result is determined according to the search result in the second language, and only the determined key semantic unit is translated into the first language. Because the length of the key semantic unit is shorter, compared with full-text translation, the translation accuracy of the key semantic unit is higher, so that the translated key semantic unit in the first language is more fit with the information provided by the search result. When the search result is displayed for the user, the display position of the key semantic unit is increased in the display area, so that the user can intuitively browse the key semantic unit in the first language, the information provided by the search result can be quickly known to a certain extent according to the key semantic unit, and the search experience of the user is improved.
By browsing the displayed key semantic units, the user can know the information provided by the search results corresponding to the key semantic units to a certain extent, and if the user can browse the context where the key semantic units are located, the degree of understanding of the user on the information provided by the search results can be further improved. Therefore, a function of triggering the pop-up page can be set on the key semantic unit displayed at the display position to increase the operation of displaying the area where the key semantic unit is located, so that a user can browse the context where the key semantic unit is located conveniently. Taking a first key semantic unit, that is, one key semantic unit of at least one key semantic unit, as an example, when a search engine receives a trigger operation, such as a mouse click or a mouse hover, for a display position of the first key semantic unit, content included in an area where the first key semantic unit is located in a page corresponding to the search result will be displayed.
One optional trigger operation mode is a page jump mode, which may be that a trigger operation is set at a display position of a key semantic unit, when a user moves a pointer to the display position of the key semantic unit and clicks the key semantic unit, an interface of an area where the key semantic unit is located is jumped out, and clicking the key semantic unit is equivalent to the trigger operation.
Another optional trigger operation mode is a pop-up window mode, which may be to set a trigger operation at a display position of the key semantic unit, and when the user moves the pointer to the display position where the key semantic unit is located and maintains a hovering state, pop up a display frame, and display content included in an area where the key semantic unit is located in the display frame.
When there are multiple key semantic units in the search result, for example, the key semantic units are located at different positions of the search result, in the page jump manner, the interface where the key semantic unit is located in the search result is not limited by the present invention after the page jump. However, in general, the user may be presented with the default of the first occurrence of the key semantic unit in the search result, and the occurrence of other key semantic units in the page corresponding to the result may be highlighted. In the popup mode, the corresponding context of the key semantic unit can be picked up when the key semantic unit appears each time, the key semantic unit is displayed in a popup frame, and when the content is more, a progress bar is provided for a user to pull and read.
The region of the key semantic unit in the search result is displayed, that is, the context of the key semantic unit is displayed in the search result, where the displayed context may be content in the second language, for example, by taking "machine translation" of the key semantic unit provided in the foregoing embodiment as an example, if the key semantic unit is triggered, the displayed interface is the context of "machine translation" in the page corresponding to the search result in the second language, and the context is all displayed in english, that is, in the second language. In order to facilitate a user to quickly know displayed content, the content in the first language obtained after translation may also be displayed, taking the key semantic unit "machine translation" provided in the foregoing embodiment as an example, if the key semantic unit is triggered, the displayed content is the context content of the "machine translation" in the second language "in the page corresponding to the search result, and the context content is displayed in chinese, that is, in the first language. The contents presented in the presentation interface may be more, so that a user can directly and quickly browse the positions of the key semantic units from the contents, and the key semantic units can be highlighted in the presentation interface.
The size of the displayed area may be preset, or may be adjusted according to the length of the sentence or paragraph where the key semantic unit is located, for example, the position of the border of the area may be adjusted, so that the complete sentence or paragraph where the key semantic unit is located is displayed in the area.
By triggering the key semantic unit, the user can quickly find the area where the key semantic unit is located in the search result, and by displaying the area where the key semantic unit is located in the search result, the user can browse more information related to the key semantic unit, so that the understanding degree of the user on the information provided by the search result is further improved.
In the above S102, the search result in the second language is obtained, the key semantic unit determined in S103 is the key semantic unit in the second language determined from the search result in the second language, and the key semantic unit obtained in S104 is the key semantic unit in the first language obtained by translating the key semantic unit in the second language in S103. Compared with the key semantic unit in the first language obtained after translation, the key semantic unit in the second language is the key semantic unit determined from the search result in the second language and is the content existing in the search result, and compared with the key semantic unit in the first language after translation, under some conditions, the word meaning of the key semantic unit in the second language is more fit with the information provided by the search result, namely under some conditions that translation is improper, a user can more accurately know the information provided by the search result through the key semantic unit in the second language.
Therefore, a corresponding display operation may be set at the display position of the key semantic unit, and taking a second key semantic unit, that is, one key semantic unit of the at least one key semantic unit as an example, if it is detected that the pointer moves to the display position of the second key semantic unit, the second key semantic unit in the second language is displayed.
An optional operation manner may be to set a display operation at a display position of the key semantic unit, and when the user moves the pointer to the display position where the key semantic unit is located, a display frame appears on an interface for displaying a search result, and the key semantic unit in the second language is displayed in the display frame.
By displaying the key semantic units in the second language to the user, the user can know the information provided by the search result more accurately, and the search experience of the user is further improved.
It should be noted that the first key semantic unit and the second key semantic unit may be the same key semantic unit or different key semantic units.
In S105, the search result is displayed, the user can directly browse the key semantic unit in the first language at the display position, and translating the word alone can effectively improve the translation accuracy, but the problem of translation error or translation inaccuracy cannot be avoided 100%.
If the meaning of the translated key semantic unit is not accurate, the comprehension of the information provided by the search result by the user may be affected. For example, for the key semantic unit "tooths" (in the second language), the search result is conventionally translated into "clothes" (in the first language), but it is possible that the main content of the search result is for "cotton-padded clothes", and the search result is corresponding to the search result, and if the key semantic unit "tooths" (in the second language) can be translated into "cotton-padded clothes", the key semantic unit "clothings" is more suitable for the content that the search result intends to express. Obviously, although the "clothes" is a conventional translation corresponding to the "clothes", the "clothes" cannot accurately fit the content expressed by the search result, and when the user sees the key semantic unit translated into the "clothes", the user cannot accurately know the information carried by the search result corresponding to the key semantic unit, which results in an erroneous decision.
For the above situation, in order to further improve the accuracy of translation, a function of corresponding modification operation may be set at the display position of the key semantic unit, so as to realize the possibility that the user modifies the key semantic unit in the first language. Taking a third key semantic unit, namely, one key semantic unit of at least one key semantic unit as an example, when a search engine acquires a modified text modification instruction carrying the third key semantic unit translated into the first language, the modified text is updated to the display position of the third key semantic unit.
An optional operation mode can be that a modification option is set at a display position of a key semantic unit, when a user moves a pointer to the display position of the key semantic unit, a display frame appears on an interface for displaying a search result, the modification option of the key semantic unit is provided in the display frame, and the user clicks the modification option to modify the key semantic unit. For example, when the user moves the pointer to the display position of the key semantic unit "machine translation", a display frame appears, an option of "i want to modify" is provided in the display frame, and the user can click "i want to modify" so as to modify the key semantic unit in the first language. If the system acquires a large number of corrected text modification instructions about translation errors of a word from the second language to the first language, the system can update the content of the word in the first language according to the content carried in the corrected text modification instructions.
Through the modification operation, the accuracy of the translated key semantic unit can be further improved, so that the key semantic unit in the first language is more fit with the information provided by the search result in the second language, and a user can know the search result through the key semantic unit more conveniently.
When the key semantic units are determined from one search result, the obtained key semantic units can be one or more, when a plurality of key semantic units exist, some key semantic units are possibly not concerned or even disliked by a user who inputs a search word, and if the key semantic units are kept to be continuously displayed to the user, the key semantic units cannot help the user to understand, and the user experience is reduced. Or, when the number of the key semantic units shown in one search result is too large, a large number of key semantic units may cause trouble to the understanding of the user, and the user experience is reduced. Or, there may be some key semantic units with low correlation with the search result, and these key semantic units with low correlation may not well embody the substantive information of the search result, and may not play a great role in understanding the search result by the user.
For the above situation, a function of deleting key semantic unit operations may be added, and taking a fourth key semantic unit, that is, one key semantic unit in at least one key semantic unit as an example, when the search engine acquires a deletion instruction for the fourth key semantic unit, the display position of the fourth key semantic unit is deleted.
An optional operation mode can be that a deletion option is set at the display position of the key semantic unit, when a user moves a pointer to the display position of the key semantic unit, a display frame appears on an interface for displaying a search result, the deletion option for the key semantic unit is provided in the display frame, and when the user clicks the deletion option, the display position of the key semantic unit is deleted.
Through the operation of deleting the display position of the key semantic unit, the relevance between the key semantic unit and the search result can be further improved, so that the key semantic unit at the display position is more attached to the information provided by the search result, and a user can know the search result through the key semantic unit more conveniently.
In some cases, the user may not be satisfied with the provided key semantic units for a search result, for example, the summarized key semantic units may not exist in the at least one key semantic unit provided by the system after the user reads a search result. In response to this situation, embodiments of the present invention provide a solution that may include key semantic units provided by other parties (e.g., users) for search results.
Optionally, an add message for the search result is obtained.
For example, the add message carries a fifth key semantic unit for the search result, where the fifth key semantic unit is provided by the sender.
For example, although the fifth key semantic unit is provided by the sender of the add message, the invention does not limit whether the fifth key semantic unit is obtained by the sender through reading the search result summary, and may also be obtained by the sender through other channels.
The add message may be generated by the user by triggering a function key in the presentation interface of the search results, which may be, for example, a virtual key disposed near the at least one key semantic unit.
After the system acquires the fifth key semantic unit carried in the added message, the corresponding relationship between the fifth key semantic unit and the search result can be stored. Therefore, when the search result is displayed again according to other search behaviors, in addition to displaying the at least one key semantic unit in the display area, a fifth key semantic unit corresponding to the search result can be extracted according to the corresponding relation stored before, the display position for displaying the fifth key semantic unit is added in the display area, and the fifth key semantic unit translated into the first language is displayed.
It should be noted that, in order to prevent the increase of the key semantic units for the search result at will, when finally displaying, the number of the key semantic units corresponding to the search result is too large, which reduces the search experience on the contrary, or the displayed key semantic units cannot embody the core meaning of the search result at all, which causes wrong guidance on the contrary. The stored fifth key semantic unit may be judged, and when it is judged that the fifth key semantic unit can accurately embody the core meaning of the corresponding search result, or when it is judged that the fifth key semantic unit is the correct key semantic unit with respect to the search result, the fifth key semantic unit is shown when the search result is shown. The method for judging whether the fifth key semantic unit is correct may be a machine learning method, or, if the number of the fifth key semantic units carried in the added message submitted by the user exceeds a predetermined threshold for the search result, or, if the number of the users carrying the added message of the fifth key semantic unit exceeds a predetermined threshold, the fifth key semantic unit is judged to be a correct key semantic unit relative to the search result.
According to the method, when the search result is displayed, the displayed search result is in the second language, and the key semantic unit displayed at the display position is in the first language. In order to enable a user to quickly locate a key semantic unit from a translation result which is basically in the second language, the search result may be correspondingly processed before the search result is presented, and optionally, the search result is translated to obtain a translation result, in the translation result, the at least one key semantic unit of the search result is in the first language, and the non-key semantic unit part of the search result is in the second language; the displaying according to the search result comprises: and displaying the translation result.
That is, the translation result is obtained by translating the content of the search result, and compared with the search results which are all in the second language, in the translation result, the key semantic unit in the original search result is translated into the first language, and the non-key semantic unit is not translated and remains in the second language. For example, The search result is a sentence "The weather is good", The information provided by The search result is good weather, The "weather" can be translated into "weather" as a key semantic unit, and The translation result "The weather is good" is obtained.
One search result has one corresponding translation result, and there are several search results obtained in S102, and there are several corresponding translation results, for example, 10 search results are obtained by the search engine, and 10 translation results are obtained after the 10 search results are processed according to the method provided above.
The translation result can be displayed on a display interface, and the display mode of the translation result is similar to that of the search result, and is not described herein again.
By the method, the key semantic units in the search results are replaced by the key semantic units in the first language, so that the user can quickly locate the key semantic units in the first language from the translation results basically in the second language, and can quickly know the information provided by the search results to a certain extent according to the context of the positions of the key semantic units, thereby improving the search experience of the user. Moreover, only the key semantic units in the search results are translated, so that the influence on the readability of the information carried by the search results in the second language is small.
