Technical Field
The invention relates to a water sealing device of a cooling device of a tipping type annular cooler, and belongs to the field of metallurgical equipment.
Background
Most of the traditional circular coolers adopt a rubber dynamic sealing structure. After the sealing structure is put into use for a period of time, the rubber sealing structure is generally designed, because the trolley is deviated and the working environment temperature is too high, mineral aggregate particles are clamped to cause excessive abrasion, the rubber sealing strip can be torn by the trolley in motion, so that the sealing of the side-directional movement of the annular cooler is invalid, and the energy consumption is greatly increased. The traditional circular cooler has larger air leakage rate, generally about 30-40%, and causes energy waste; meanwhile, the ambient temperature of the ring cooler is increased to deteriorate the working environment. To overcome this drawback, a "water seal" has been developed, which refers to a seal of the annular cooler side-wise movement in the form of an annular trough.
In recent years, the design and manufacturing enterprises of domestic sintering equipment with influence develop various forms of water sealing ring coolers and are used for engineering practice, so that good effects are achieved. The air leakage rate of the water-sealing circular cooler under laboratory conditions can be reduced to less than 5%; engineering practice shows that the water sealing circular cooler can save energy by 20% compared with the traditional circular cooler.
The ring cooler with the tipping structure, namely the pellet ring cooler, is applied to the sintering field, so that good energy-saving effect is achieved, but common rubber is mostly adopted for sealing, the sealing effect is better than that of the traditional ring cooler, and the sealing rubber still has the condition of large-area damage after being used for a period of time.
The tipping type annular cooler with the water sealing structure has been tried in the engineering field, but in the prior art, an annular water tank is simply used for replacing dynamic and static rubber sealing on the outer side of an air box. Because the water tank side and the air box are communicated and are positioned at the lower side of the trolley body of the annular cooler, the dust content of air in the air box is far greater than that of a common water sealing ring cooler, sintered materials scattered from grid bars of the trolley also easily fall into the water tank, the annular water tank of the tipping type annular cooler is extremely easy to be deposited under various adverse conditions, the operation of the annular cooler is influenced, the water tank must be cleaned by stopping, the maintenance cost of the annular cooler is increased, and the operation rate of the annular cooler is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects, the invention provides a water sealing device of a tilting type annular cooler cooling device, and in order to achieve the purposes, the device comprises a trolley lower water diversion device, an annular supporting platform and an annular water tank embedded above the annular supporting platform; the annular water tank is an annular through tank and the upper end of the annular water tank is open; the lower water diversion device of the trolley comprises a water diversion plate and a reinforcing member; the water diversion plate is vertically inserted into the annular water tank from the upper end of the annular water tank;
the annular supporting platform comprises an inner annular supporting platform and an outer annular supporting platform, and an air channel is formed between the inner annular supporting platform and the outer annular supporting platform;
the bottom of the annular water tank is provided with a water guide pipeline communicated with a material guide water tank, and the material guide water tank is arranged outside the air duct and below the annular water tank;
further, the annular water tank comprises a water tank inner annular plate, a water tank outer annular plate and a bottom plate; the height of the outer ring plate of the water tank is several millimeters larger than that of the inner ring plate of the water tank;

further, the lower water diversion device of the trolley further comprises a water tank cover plate for covering the water tank, wherein the water tank cover plate is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the water diversion plate and is positioned at the upper end of the inner ring plate of the water tank;

The invention relates to a tilting type annular cooler cooling device, which comprises an annular air duct, a fan, an annular cooler and a partition device; the annular air duct consists of an inner annular supporting platform and an outer annular supporting platform, wherein the inner annular supporting platform and the outer annular supporting platform are concentric, and the tipping type annular cooler is arranged at the upper part of the air duct;
the partition device comprises a plurality of air box partition devices and two end partition devices; the two end partition devices divide the annular air duct into an air cooling section and a feeding and discharging section; the partition devices between the bellows are arranged in the air cooling section at intervals to form a plurality of mutually closed and isolated spaces;
the fan is arranged outside the air duct and is positioned between every two air box partition devices, and an air duct through which the fan passes avoids the material guide water tank to pass through the supporting platform and be communicated with the annular air duct.
Because the outside of the bellows is sealed by the annular water tank instead of dynamic and static rubber, the hidden danger of air leakage caused by the damage of the sealant is eliminated; meanwhile, due to the arrangement of the water tank cover plate, the accumulation caused by the fact that sintered materials scattered from the grid bars of the trolley fall into the water tank is avoided, and due to the fact that the inner ring plate at the upper part of the water tank is lower, the interference of overturning of the trolley during ore unloading is avoided; the setting of the water tank discharge valve can regularly clear up the sediment that the raise dust got into the basin and causes. The invention has good sealing effect, low loss, easy maintenance and management and little environmental pollution.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the present embodiment provides a water sealing device for a cooling device of a tilting type circular cooler,
the tipping type annular cooler cooling device comprises an air duct formed by an annular cement supporting platform, a fan, an end partition device 10 and an air box partition device 9, wherein the air duct avoids a guide box and is communicated with the air duct in the figure 2;
the water sealing device of the tipping type annular cooler cooling device comprises an annular water tank arranged on a cement platform 4 and an outer cement annular supporting platform 4-1 and a water dividing device 1 at the lower part of the annular cooler, wherein the annular water tank comprises an outer annular side plate 2 and an inner annular side plate 3, and the inner annular side plate 3 is lower than the outer annular side plate 2 due to the existence of wind pressure in an air duct; the water diversion device 1 comprises a water diversion plate 1-1, a reinforcing rib 1-2, a water tank cover plate 1-3 and a reinforcing plate; a material guide water tank 5 is arranged at the bottom of the annular water tank and is communicated with the water tank; the bottom of the material guiding water tank 5 is provided with a discharge valve 6.
Due to the arrangement of the water seal, the sealing effect is obviously improved, and the water tank cover plate 1-3 can prevent the scattered sintered materials between the trolley grate bars from entering the water tank, so that the blockage of the water tank is avoided; meanwhile, the inner ring side plate 3 is arranged lower, so that interference that a trolley can turn over during unloading is avoided; the sediment can be cleaned periodically by air entering the tank through the discharge valve 6.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 3, this embodiment provides a water sealing device for a cooling device of a tilting type circular cooler, and compared with embodiment 1, a water supplementing valve 7 and a water level gauge are added to a guide box, and after the device is added, the water level in a water tank can be observed in real time, and water supplementing can be performed as required; and the water supplementing valve can play a role in flushing when cleaning the slag deposited on the water tank.
