Abstract
The invention discloses an air treatment module and an air conditioner indoor unit with the same. The driving control device comprises an electric driver, a first driving piece and a second driving piece, wherein the first driving piece is arranged on the water tank drawer, the second driving piece is arranged on the fresh air channel air outlet frame and is matched with the first driving piece, the first driving piece is driven to move when the second driving piece operates, and the electric driver is arranged on the fresh air channel air outlet frame and is connected with the second driving piece to drive the second driving piece to operate. The air treatment module provided by the embodiment of the invention simplifies the user operation, avoids the phenomenon that the sliding rail of the water tank drawer is damaged due to improper user operation, reduces the damage rate of the water tank drawer, reduces the maintenance times of the air treatment module, and improves the use satisfaction of users.

It can be appreciated that, since the first driving member 310 is disposed on the water tank drawer 20, the second driving member 320 matched with the first driving member 310 is disposed on the fresh air duct air outlet frame 10, and the second driving member 320 is driven by the electric driver 330. Therefore, when the electric driver 330 drives the second driving member 320 to move, the second driving member 320 can drive the first driving member 310 to move, so that the water tank drawer 20 moves relative to the fresh air duct air outlet frame 10, thereby realizing the drawing of the water tank drawer 20. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5-6, the first driver 310 is a rack, the second driver 320 is a gear that mates with the rack, and the electrical driver 330 is a drive motor. It can be understood that the transmission torque of the gear rack is larger, the transmission is more stable, and the water tank drawer 20 can be driven to move stably relative to the fresh air channel air outlet frame 10 better. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the first driving member 310 and the second driving member 320 may have other structures, for example, in some embodiments, the first driving member 310 is a screw, and the second driving member 320 is a nut that mates with the screw. It will be appreciated that the first driver 310 and the second driver 320 are both disposed within the box 341, reducing the probability of foreign matter entering the first driver 310 and the second driver 320 causing failure, and excessive wear of the first driver 310 and the second driver 320. Of course, in some embodiments, the electric driver 330 may also be disposed inside the box 341, further ensuring the reliability of the drive control device 30.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, a first positioning post 3411 is disposed on the box 341, a mounting ear 331 is disposed on the electric driver 330, a threaded hole is disposed on the first positioning post 3411, and the box 341 and the electric driver 330 pass through the mounting ear 331 through a screw and are screwed on the first positioning post 3411 to complete connection. The case 341 is provided with a first positioning column 3411, a second positioning column 3412, a moving protrusion 3413, and a fixing protrusion 3414. The electric driver 330 is provided with a mounting lug 331 which is matched with the first positioning column 3411, and the box 341 and the electric driver 330 pass through the mounting lug 331 through screws and are screwed on the first positioning column 3411 to complete connection. The cover 342 is provided with a mounting hole 3421 which is matched with the second positioning column 3412, and the second positioning column 3412 is provided with a threaded hole. The case 341 and the cover 342 are coupled by screws penetrating the mounting holes 3421 and screwed on the second positioning posts 3412. According to the air conditioner indoor unit of the invention, since the air conditioner indoor unit of the invention is provided with the air treatment module 1, the automatic movement of the water tank drawer 20 is realized, so that the operation of a user is simplified, the phenomenon of damage of the sliding rail of the water tank drawer 20 caused by improper operation of the user is avoided, and the damage rate of the water tank drawer 20 is reduced.
It should be noted that, the air conditioner indoor unit provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided with the air duct switching piece, and the air duct switching piece can enable the air conditioner indoor unit to have two air outlet directions, wherein one air outlet direction is that after air flow enters the air conditioner indoor unit, the air flow is directly discharged out of the air conditioner indoor unit after heat exchange is completed without passing through the air treatment module 1. The other air outlet direction is that the air flow passes through the air treatment module 1 to complete the heat exchange process, and then is discharged out of the air conditioner indoor unit. Thus, the user can selectively clean the indoor air, and the user comfort of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is improved.

Claims (7)
1. An air treatment module, comprising:
The fresh air channel air outlet frame is provided with ventilation holes;
The water tank drawer is arranged on the fresh air channel air outlet frame in a drawable manner;
The driving control device comprises an electric driver, a first driving piece and a second driving piece, wherein the first driving piece is arranged on the water tank drawer, the second driving piece is arranged on the fresh air duct air outlet frame and is matched with the first driving piece, the first driving piece is driven to move when the second driving piece operates, and the electric driver is arranged on the fresh air duct air outlet frame and is connected with the second driving piece to drive the second driving piece to operate;
The first driving piece is a rack, the second driving piece is a gear matched with the rack, and the electric driver is a driving motor;
The driving control device further comprises a driving box, the driving box is arranged on the fresh air duct air outlet frame, the electric driver and the second driving piece are respectively arranged on the driving box, and the first driving piece is movably arranged on the driving box;
The driving box comprises a box body and a box cover, wherein the top of the box body is opened, one side of the box body is opened, the box cover is arranged on the side part of the box body to cover the side part opening side of the box body, the first driving piece and the second driving piece are respectively arranged in the box body, the first driving piece is arranged on the upper side of the second driving piece, the tooth surface of the first driving piece is arranged on the lower surface of the first driving piece, the electric driver is arranged on the outer side of the box cover, and the driving end of the electric driver penetrates through the box cover to extend into the box body to be connected with the second driving piece.
2. An air treatment module according to claim 1, wherein the first drive member is provided with one of a moving projection and a recess, and the drive cassette is provided with the other of the moving projection and the recess, the moving projection being in moving engagement with the recess.
3. An air treatment module according to claim 1, wherein the electric drive is fixed to the drive cassette.
4. The air treatment module according to claim 1, wherein a fixing protrusion is provided on an outer peripheral wall of the driving box, and the driving box is fixed on the fresh air duct air outlet frame by a fixing member which penetrates through the fixing protrusion and is fixed on the fresh air duct air outlet frame.
5. The air treatment module of claim 1, wherein the tank drawer is provided with a locating hole, and the first driving member is provided with a locating protrusion extending into the locating hole.
6. The air treatment module of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the first drive, the second drive, and the electric drive are each two.
7. An air conditioning indoor unit comprising an air treatment module according to any one of claims 1-6.
