本发明公开了一种节能环保机器人,包括机架,所述机架上设有行走装置,所述行走装置包括设于所述机架内的行走电机、连接于所述行走电机上的输出齿轮、与所述输出齿轮相啮合的传动齿轮以及两个足具,所述传动齿轮中心设有传动轴,所述传动轴安装于轴架上,所述轴架安装于机架上,所述传动轴的两端各设有一组行星齿轮装置,所述行星齿轮装置包括行星轮、固定安装于传动轴上的太阳轮以及转动安装于传动轴上的圆盘,所述圆盘上设有齿圈,所述行星轮分别与太阳轮、齿圈相啮合。本发明的行走装置通过行星齿轮装置控制足具交替运动,可使机器人持续平稳的向前运动,结构简单,设计合理,运动可靠性高。

本发明涉及机器人技术领域,特别是指一种节能环保机器人。
背景技术
目前,机器人的行走方式单一,多为滚轮式,另外机器人功能单一,携带的喷水作业装置使用起来不方便。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种节能环保机器人,以解决现有技术的机器人的行走方式单一,多为滚轮式,另外机器人功能单一,携带的喷水作业装置使用起来不方便的技术问题。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例提供一种节能环保机器人,包括机架,所述机架上设有行走装置,所述行走装置包括设于所述机架内的行走电机、连接于所述行走电机上的输出齿轮、与所述输出齿轮相啮合的传动齿轮以及两个足具,所述传动齿轮中心设有传动轴,所述传动轴安装于轴架上,所述轴架安装于机架上,所述传动轴的两端各设有一组行星齿轮装置,所述行星齿轮装置包括行星轮、固定安装于传动轴上的太阳轮以及转动安装于传动轴上的圆盘,所述圆盘上设有齿圈,所述行星轮分别与太阳轮、齿圈相啮合,所述足具包括竖杆、横杆和支撑板,所述横杆沿机器人的前进方向水平设置,所述横杆的中部垂直连接于竖杆的底端,所述横杆的两端上在水平面的垂直方向上各连接有一个所述支撑板,所述支撑板的长度方向朝向机架侧,所述竖杆的上部固定连接于所述行星轮上,所述圆盘上还设有挡板用于限位所述行星轮的轴向位移;
所述机架上还设有空气净化装置,所述空气净化装置包括净化器外壳、底部座体、空气净化器进气口、过滤网、空气加湿器、离子净化器、风量控制电路、净化器出气口、控制器和传动装置,所述净化器外壳安装在底部座体上,所述空气净化器进气口安装在净化器外壳的一侧,所述过滤网安装在净化器外壳内并与空气净化器进气口连接,所述空气加湿器与过滤网连接,所述离子净化器与空气加湿器连接,所述风量控制电路安装在离子净化器的下方,所述净化器出气口安装在净化器外壳的另一侧并与离子净化器连接,所述控制器安装在底部座体上,所述控制器与离子净化器、空气加湿器电性相连,所述传动装置安装在底部座体上方并与净化器外壳内的控制器连接。
所述机架上还设有喷水装置,所述喷水装置包括间隔设于机架上的第一蜗杆和第二蜗杆,所述第一蜗杆和第二蜗杆平行设置,第一电机驱动第一蜗杆转动,第二电机驱动第二蜗杆转动,所述第一蜗杆和第二蜗杆之间啮合传动设有一蜗轮,所述蜗轮上沿轴向设有一支撑杆,所述支撑杆的端部设有出水喷头,所述支撑杆上套设有滑块,所述滑块两侧设有滑条,所述滑条滑动设置于滑槽内,所述滑槽与第一螺杆相平行设置。
(三)有益效果
本发明相比较于现有技术,具有如下有益效果:
本发明的行走装置通过行星齿轮装置控制足具交替运动,可使机器人持续平稳的向前运动,结构简单,设计合理,运动可靠性高。本发明的喷水装置中蜗轮可通过两个蜗杆的运动精确控制,且在电机停止时,具有自锁效果,有利于精确作业。

具体实施方式
为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例提供一种节能环保机器人,包括机架 100,所述机架100上设有行走装置,所述行走装置包括设于所述机架100内的行走电机11、连接于所述行走电机11上的输出齿轮12、与所述输出齿轮 12相啮合的传动齿轮13以及两个足具20,所述传动齿轮13中心设有传动轴 14,所述传动轴14安装于轴架15上,所述轴架15安装于机架100上,所述传动轴14的两端各设有一组行星齿轮装置30,所述行星齿轮装置30包括行星轮31、固定安装于传动轴14上的太阳轮32以及转动安装于传动轴14上的圆盘33,所述圆盘33上设有齿圈34,所述行星轮31分别与太阳轮32、齿圈 34相啮合,所述足具20包括竖杆21、横杆22和支撑板23,所述横杆22沿机器人的前进方向水平设置,所述横杆22的中部垂直连接于竖杆21的底端,所述横杆22的两端上在水平面的垂直方向上各连接有一个所述支撑板23,所述支撑板23的长度方向朝向机架100侧,所述竖杆21的上部固定连接于所述行星轮31上,所述圆盘33上还设有挡板(未图示)用于限位所述行星轮31 的轴向位移,以使行星轮31始终保持与太阳轮32、齿圈34相啮合;两组行星齿轮装置30中,行星轮31与太阳轮32的啮合角度相差180°,即当其中一组行星齿轮装置中的行星轮运动至太阳轮的正上方位置时,另一组行星齿轮装置的行星轮运动至太阳轮的正下方位置处。由于两组行星齿轮装置的转动角相差180°,因此当启动行走电机后,传动轴带动左右两个足具交替的做运动,当一侧的行星轮转动至最低点时,该侧的足具与地面处于接触状态,另一侧的行星轮位于最高点,该侧的足具与地面之间为最远距离,当行星轮转至水平位置时,两个足具同时触地,进行着地足具的交换,交替运动可使机器人持续平稳的向前运动。
如图1和图4所示,所述机架100上还设有喷水装置40,所述喷水装置 40包括间隔并转动设于机架100上的第一蜗杆41和第二蜗杆42,所述第一蜗杆41和第二蜗杆42平行设置,第一电机43驱动第一蜗杆41转动,第二电机 44驱动第二蜗杆42转动,所述第一蜗杆41和第二蜗杆42之间啮合传动设有一蜗轮45,所述蜗轮45上沿轴向设有一支撑杆46,所述支撑杆46的端部设有出水喷头47,所述出水喷头47通过水泵(未图示)连接有储水箱(未图示),所述支撑杆46上套设有滑块48,所述滑块48两侧设有滑条49,所述滑条49 滑动设置于滑槽50内,所述滑槽50与第一螺杆41相平行设置。当两个蜗杆以相同转动速度、相同转动方向运动时,蜗轮就做直线运动;当两个蜗杆以相同转动速度、相反转动方向运动时,蜗轮就做原地转动;当两个蜗杆以不同转动速度、相同转动方向运动时,蜗轮即做直线运动也发生转动。蜗轮可通过两个蜗杆的运动精确控制,且在电机停止时,具有自锁效果,有利于精确作业。
如图1和图5所示,所述机架100上还设有空气净化装置70,所述空气净化装置70包括净化器外壳71、底部座体72、空气净化器进气口73、过滤网74、空气加湿器75、离子净化器76、风量控制电路77、净化器出气口78、控制器79和传动装置80,所述净化器外壳71安装在底部座体72上,所述空气净化器进气口73安装在净化器外壳71的一侧,所述过滤网74安装在净化器外壳71内并与空气净化器进气口73连接,所述空气加湿器75与过滤网74 连接,所述离子净化器76与空气加湿器75连接,所述风量控制电路77安装在离子净化器76的下方,所述净化器出气口78安装在净化器外壳71的另一侧并与离子净化器76连接,所述控制器79安装在底部座体72上,所述控制器79与离子净化器76、空气加湿器75电性相连,所述传动装置80安装在底部座体72上方并与净化器外壳71内的控制器79连接。所述空气净化装置的工作原理如下:空气由净化器进气口进入,经过过滤网过滤粉尘后进入加湿器,由加湿器对空气进行加湿,再由离子进化器对空气进行净化,随后由出气口将净化后的空气排出。所述空气净化装置的离子净化器和空气加湿器对空气进行净化,结构简单,使用方便,对空气的净化效率高。

1.一种节能环保机器人,包括机架,其特征在于,所述机架上设有行走装置,所述行走装置包括设于所述机架内的行走电机、连接于所述行走电机上的输出齿轮、与所述输出齿轮相啮合的传动齿轮以及两个足具,所述传动齿轮中心设有传动轴,所述传动轴安装于轴架上,所述轴架安装于机架上,所述传动轴的两端各设有一组行星齿轮装置,所述行星齿轮装置包括行星轮、固定安装于传动轴上的太阳轮以及转动安装于传动轴上的圆盘,所述圆盘上设有齿圈,所述行星轮分别与太阳轮、齿圈相啮合,所述足具包括竖杆、横杆和支撑板,所述横杆沿机器人的前进方向水平设置,所述横杆的中部垂直连接于竖杆的底端,所述横杆的两端上在水平面的垂直方向上各连接有一个所述支撑板,所述支撑板的长度方向朝向机架侧,所述竖杆的上部固定连接于所述行星轮上,所述圆盘上还设有挡板用于限位所述行星轮的轴向位移;
所述机架上还设有空气净化装置,所述空气净化装置包括净化器外壳、底部座体、空气净化器进气口、过滤网、空气加湿器、离子净化器、风量控制电路、净化器出气口、控制器和传动装置,所述净化器外壳安装在底部座体上,所述空气净化器进气口安装在净化器外壳的一侧,所述过滤网安装在净化器外壳内并与空气净化器进气口连接,所述空气加湿器与过滤网连接,所述离子净化器与空气加湿器连接,所述风量控制电路安装在离子净化器的下方,所述净化器出气口安装在净化器外壳的另一侧并与离子净化器连接,所述控制器安装在底部座体上,所述控制器与离子净化器、空气加湿器电性相连,所述传动装置安装在底部座体上方并与净化器外壳内的控制器连接;
