Description

Impeller structure and washing machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to a washing machine in the field of washing equipment, in particular to an impeller structure of the washing machine, and also relates to a multifunctional washing machine with the impeller structure.
Background
As shown in fig. 1, the conventional pulsator washing machine has a housing forming an outer contour thereof, an outer tub 200 is installed inside the housing, an inner tub 100 is installed inside the outer tub 200, and a pulsator structure 300 is disposed at the bottom of the inner tub 100; the upper part of the casing is provided with a reversible upper cover, so that the clothes can be put into the inner tub 100 from the opened upper cover for washing. The motor 400 is disposed inside the casing, the motor 400 is generally installed below the outer tub 200, and the motor shaft 3 of the motor 400 extends upward and sequentially penetrates through the bottom of the outer tub 200 and the bottom of the inner tub 100, so that the motor shaft 3 is engaged and fixed with the pulsator structure 300 in the inner tub 100, and the pulsator structure 300 is driven by the motor 400 to rotate to agitate water and laundry in the inner tub 100. Meanwhile, in order to enhance the stirring force of the pulsator structure 300 on the water flow, a plurality of convex ribs 18 protruding upwards are generally disposed on the upper surface of the pulsator structure 300, so as to enhance the stirring of the water flow in the rotation process of the pulsator structure 300. In addition, in order to enhance the strength of the pulsator structure 300, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 15 protruding downward are generally disposed at the lower side of the pulsator structure 300, so as to improve the overall supporting strength and torsional strength of the pulsator structure.
The impeller washing machine with the structure washes clothes according to the working principle as follows: the clothes in the inner barrel are driven to turn over continuously up, down, left and right by the forward and reverse rotation of the impeller structure arranged at the bottom of the inner barrel, so that the clothes, the clothes and the barrel wall are continuously rubbed softly in water; and a detergent is put into the water, so that the aims of removing stains attached to the clothes and cleaning the clothes are fulfilled under the action of the detergent. Therefore, the impeller washing machine uses the impeller to drive water flow to impact clothes, so that the clothes are rubbed to remove stains, and the aim of washing the clothes is fulfilled.
However, the pulsator washing machine with the above structure may cause the following problems in the process of washing the laundry:
1. the impeller is directly contacted with the clothes in the inner barrel. Especially, because the upper surface of the impeller structure has convex ribs protruding upwards in different degrees, clothes can be caused to contact with the rotary convex ribs and then be damaged by the convex ribs.
2. The inner barrel is rotated by the impeller to generate stirring water flow, and the stirring water flow can vibrate back and forth, so that clothes are wound and knotted, and then the clothes are deformed.
Especially, when the pulsator washing machine washes some clothes made of wool, cashmere, real silk and the like, the clothes winding phenomenon is more obvious, and the abrasion condition is more serious, so that a user cannot use the pulsator washing machine to wash the clothes made of wool, cashmere, real silk and the like.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
