Abstract

本发明涉及一种添加复合改性剂的防腐富锌涂料及制备方法。该涂料包括硅酸钾、硅酸钠、硅溶胶、N‑2‑(氨乙基)‑3氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅、脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷醚、硅丙乳液、锌粉等组分。所述防腐富锌涂料的制备方法是:在涂料制备过程中,添加N‑2‑(氨乙基)‑3氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷偶联剂,改善金属锌粉与硅酸盐的兼容性,增强涂料的附着力,同时还添加脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷醚表面活性剂,改善金属锌粉湿润性,从而制备出一种复合改性的富锌防腐涂料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种富锌涂料,特别涉及一种添加复合剂的防腐富锌涂料及其制备方法,属于涂料加工领域。
背景技术
全世界每年因金属腐蚀造成的经济损失约占各国GDP的2%-4%,因腐蚀而报废的金属达亿吨以上。金属腐蚀会显著降低金属材料的强度、塑性、韧性等力学性能,破坏金属构件的几何形状,增加零件间的磨损,恶化电学和光学等物理性能,缩短设备的使用寿命,甚至造成火灾、爆炸等灾难性事故。钢铁作为一种最普通使用的金属材料,也同样面临着腐蚀这一难题目。据统计,每年由于腐蚀而直接损耗的钢铁,约占钢铁年产量的四分之一。人们通过各种方式来延缓钢铁的腐蚀速度。
普通涂料涂覆在钢铁表面,只是以隔绝空气的方式而防止钢铁腐蚀,而富锌油漆不但能隔绝空气,而且能形成原电池保护,富锌油漆中的锌的标准电位较钢铁低,腐蚀介质渗入时,钢铁与锌粉形成原电池,锌粉作为原电池的负极失去电子,钢铁作为正极得到电子而获得保护。当富锌涂料的涂膜上有的部位被机械损伤后,在一定范围的面积内,防蚀电流也能流向钢铁露出部分,则锌的腐蚀产物就沉积在那里形成一层保护膜。随着钢铁表面的不断暴露,富锌涂膜不断地被保护膜所遮盖,阴极保护作用便又呈现惰性,但在涂膜受到机械损伤而露出新的锌表面时则又开始复活。若用砂纸打磨涂膜表面,或将涂膜擦伤露出新的锌面,则电位差便恢复原状。另外,溶解出来的锌离子与腐蚀介质中的阴离子结合而形成碱式锌盐和锌铁复盐,填满涂膜的裂缝,而达到隔离防腐蚀的目的。富锌油漆分为有机富锌油漆和无机富锌油漆,有机富锌涂料常用环氧树脂、氯化橡胶、乙烯基树脂和聚氨酯树脂为成膜基料。但有机富锌油漆的有机成膜物的导电性能差。无机富锌油漆又分为有溶剂型和水性两类。其中水性无机富锌油漆是由水性无机硅酸盐(纳、钾、锂)树脂、锌粉、助剂等组成。
水性无机富锌涂料由于其无有机溶剂,具有无异味、不燃不爆,不污染环境等优点,但同时由于溶剂少,润湿性低,因而附着力不如相应的溶剂型涂料好,且锌粉添加到涂料中,由于锌粉与无机硅酸盐较难融合,与底材着附力低。为此,一般在涂料制备过程中,添加偶联剂,改善金属锌粉与硅酸盐的兼容性,增强涂料的附着力,但是这种改善效果往往有限,在制备过程中,再添加适量的表面活性剂,则能起到更加好的改善作用。
本发明通过在涂料制备过程中,除添加N-2-(氨乙基)-3氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷偶联剂,改善金属锌粉与硅酸盐的兼容性,增强涂料的附着力,同时还添加脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷醚表面活性剂,改善金属锌粉湿润性,从而制备出一种复合改性的富锌防腐涂料,其综合性能将大大提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防腐富锌涂料,该涂料包括以下质量百分比的原料:
硅酸钾 5%-10%;
硅酸钠 5%-10%;
硅溶胶 20%-40%;
N-2-(氨乙基)-3氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷 3%-7%;
脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷醚 2%-3%;
硅丙乳液 20%-30%;
锌粉 20%-30%。
上述富锌涂料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
⑴将一定量的硅酸钾溶液和硅酸钠溶液倒入容器中混合加热,温度控制在50-70℃;
⑵在不停的搅拌下,缓慢滴加计量的硅溶胶,使其充分混合;
⑶再往容器中加入一定计量的N-2-(氨乙基)-3氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷醚,高速搅拌;
⑷停止加热,当温度降至室温时,加入硅丙乳液;
⑸最后添加一定量的600目的锌粉,持续搅拌均匀后即可得一种添加复合改性剂的防腐富锌涂料。
本发明具有下列优点和特性:
⑴该油漆制备工艺简单,操作性好;
⑵制备的油漆综合性能好。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
将50g硅酸钾溶液和50g硅酸钠溶液分别倒入一容器中混合,并将其混合物加热,加热温度控制在50℃左右,用搅拌机不停的搅拌。在搅拌过程中,再缓慢滴加300g硅溶胶,滴加完毕后,再往容器中加入30g的N-2-(氨乙基)-3氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和20g脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷醚,并将提高搅拌速度,搅拌均匀后停止加热,待温度降至室温时,再加入250g硅丙乳液,最后添加300g的600目锌粉,持续搅拌均匀后即可得一种添加复合改性剂的防腐富锌涂料。
实施例二:
将70g硅酸钾溶液和70g硅酸钠溶液分别倒入一容器中混合,并将其混合物加热,加热温度控制在60℃左右,用搅拌机不停的搅拌。在搅拌过程中,再缓慢滴加300g硅溶胶,滴加完毕后,再往容器中加入35g的N-2-(氨乙基)-3氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和25g脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷醚,并将提高搅拌速度,搅拌均匀后停止加热,待温度降至室温时,再加入300g硅丙乳液,最后添加200g的600目锌粉,持续搅拌均匀后即可得一种添加复合改性剂的防腐富锌涂料。
实施例三:
将100g硅酸钾溶液和100g硅酸钠溶液分别倒入一容器中混合,并将其混合物加热,加热温度控制在70℃左右,用搅拌机不停的搅拌。在搅拌过程中,再缓慢滴加200g硅溶胶,滴加完毕后,再往容器中加入70g的N-2-(氨乙基)-3氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和30g脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷醚,并将提高搅拌速度,搅拌均匀后停止加热,待温度降至室温时,再加入200g硅丙乳液,最后添加300g的600目锌粉,持续搅拌均匀后即可得一种添加复合改性剂的防腐富锌涂料。

Claims (2)

1.一种添加复合改性剂的防腐富锌涂料,其特征在于,该涂料包括以下质量百分比的原料:
硅酸钾 5%-10%;
硅酸钠 5%-10%;
硅溶胶 20%-40%;
N-2-(氨乙基)-3氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷 3%-7%;
脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷醚 2%-3%;
硅丙乳液 20%-30%;
锌粉 20%-30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种添加复合改性剂的防腐富锌涂料,其特征在于,该涂料的制备工艺包括如下步骤:
⑴将一定量的硅酸钾溶液和硅酸钠溶液倒入容器中混合加热,温度控制在50-70℃;
⑵在不停的搅拌下,缓慢滴加计量的硅溶胶,使其充分混合;
⑶再往容器中加入一定计量的N-2-(氨乙基)-3氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和脂肪醇聚环氧乙烷醚,高速搅拌;
⑷停止加热,当温度降至室温时,加入硅丙乳液;
⑸最后添加一定量的600目的锌粉,持续搅拌均匀后即可得一种添加复合改性剂的防腐富锌涂料。
