The ladder 2 is in this embodiment arranged at the end of the frame 1. Correspondingly, the top beam 121 and the bottom beam 122 are provided with connecting plates 13 for installing the crawling ladder 2, and the connecting plates 13 are respectively welded and fixed with the top beam 121 and the bottom beam 122.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cat ladder 2 of the present embodiment includes a main ladder 21 and a sub ladder 22. The top end of the main ladder 21 is rotatably connected with the top beam 121, the bottom end of the auxiliary ladder 22 is rotatably connected with the bottom beam 122, and the main ladder 21 and the auxiliary ladder 22 are slidably connected. The main ladder 21 and the auxiliary ladder 22 slide relatively, and the included angle between the main ladder 21 and the auxiliary ladder 22 can be changed, so that the included angle alpha between the main ladder 21 and the plane of the frame 1 is changed.
The ladder stand 2 of the present embodiment is in a retracted state when not in use, the included angle a between the main ladder 21 and the plane in which the frame 1 is located is 0 °, the main ladder 21 is in a vertical state, and the main ladder 21 and the auxiliary ladder 22 are located in the same plane. Thus, when the ladder stand 2 is retracted, a large space is not occupied, and other work of an operator can be prevented from being hindered.
Referring to fig. 3, the ladder stand 2 is in an open state when in use, and the main ladder 21 is relatively slid with the auxiliary ladder 22, so that a certain included angle is formed between the main ladder 21 and a plane where the frame 1 is located, and the main ladder 21 is changed from a vertical state to an inclined state. The main ladder 21 in an inclined state is more in accordance with the principle of ergonomics, and workers can save more labor and be safer when climbing.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the main ladder 21 includes two relatively parallel support rods 211, and a plurality of pedal rods 212 are vertically connected between the two support rods 211, and the pedal rods 212 can be used for a worker to tread on a boarding box.
The top ends of the two support rods 211 are respectively provided with a rotating shaft 23, and the rotating shafts 23 are rotatably connected with corresponding connecting plates 13 on the top cross beam 121, so that the main ladder 21 is rotatably connected with the top cross beam 121.
The auxiliary ladder 22 is located inside the main ladder 21, and the auxiliary ladder 22 includes a pair of connecting rods 221 arranged in parallel. The height of the connecting rod 221 is smaller than that of the support rod 211, and the two connecting rods 221 can be vertically connected with the pedal rod 212 with smaller length.
The bottom ends of the pair of connecting rods 221 are also provided with rotating shafts 23, and the rotating shafts 23 are rotatably connected to the corresponding connecting plates 13 on the bottom cross beam 122, so that the auxiliary ladder 22 is rotatably connected to the bottom cross beam 122.

The secondary ladder 26 and the main ladder 21 are also slidably connected, in this embodiment, the top ends of the two fixed rods 261 are respectively and fixedly connected with a second sliding member 27, and the second sliding member 27 is a bolt vertically connected to the fixed rods 261.
As shown in fig. 2, the end of the bolt is provided with a nut 29. When the nut 29 is screwed, the second slider 27 cannot slide in the second groove 28, so that the main ladder 21 can be fixed in a vertical state or an inclined state, and the stability of the ladder stand 2 in use is ensured.
When the nuts 29 are unlocked, the main ladder 21, the auxiliary ladder 22 and the auxiliary ladder 26 can slide relatively, so that the main ladder 21 is switched between a vertical state and an inclined state, and the included angle alpha between the main ladder 21 and the plane where the frame 1 is positioned is 0-10 degrees. The main ladder 21 slides to alpha of 5-10 degrees, the nut 29 can be locked, and at the moment, the main ladder 21 is inclined so that an operator can climb conveniently.
When the main ladder 21 is inclined, as shown in fig. 3, a triangle structure can be formed between the main ladder 21 and the auxiliary ladder 22, the auxiliary ladder 26, thereby increasing the strength of the overall ladder stand 2.
For the tank of the present embodiment, when a worker needs to perform a boarding operation, the locking of the nut 29 needs to be released first, the bottom end of the main ladder 21 is lifted upward, the main ladder 21 is rotated outside the tank body with the top end as the center, and at the same time, the first slider 24 moves toward the top end of the auxiliary ladder 22 in the first groove 25, and the second slider 27 moves toward the bottom end of the main ladder 21 in the second groove 28. When the included angle alpha between the main ladder 21 and the plane where the frame 1 is located is a set degree, the use state shown in fig. 3 is formed, the main ladder 21 is fixed by screwing the nut 29, and at this time, the main ladder 21 is in an inclined state, so that a worker can climb to the top of the tank smoothly in a labor-saving manner.
When the worker finishes the boarding operation, the locking state of the nut 29 is released, the bottom end of the main ladder 21 is pulled downwards, the main ladder 21 rotates towards the tank body, at the moment, the first sliding piece 24 moves towards the bottom end of the auxiliary ladder 22 in the first groove 25, the second sliding piece 27 moves towards the top end of the main ladder 21 in the second groove 28 until the included angle alpha between the main ladder 21 and the plane of the frame 1 is 0 degrees, the nut 29 is screwed down, the main ladder 21 is fixed in the vertical state, and the worker can correspondingly perform other operations.
In this embodiment, the connection plate 13 for installing the secondary ladder 26 and the connection plate 13 for installing the secondary ladder 22 are located on the same straight line, so that when the main ladder 21 is in a vertical state, the main ladder 21, the secondary ladder 22 and the secondary ladder 26 are located on the same plane, so that the cat ladder 2 does not occupy redundant space and the inconvenience in transportation of the tank is avoided.
Meanwhile, a certain height interval exists between the bottom end of the main ladder 21 and the bottom cross beam 122, so that the auxiliary ladder 22 and the auxiliary ladder 26 are convenient to install, and the main ladder 21 is convenient to open and retract.
Therefore, in the crawling ladder of the embodiment, the main ladder is respectively in sliding connection with the auxiliary ladder and the auxiliary ladder, and the relative sliding of the main ladder, the auxiliary ladder and the auxiliary ladder changes the included angle between the main ladder and the plane where the tank frame is located, so that the main ladder can be switched between the vertical state and the inclined state. When the main ladder is in an inclined state, compared with the traditional vertically-clung ladder, the ladder of the embodiment is more in accordance with the principle of ergonomics, so that workers can more save labor when climbing up and down the ladder, and the ladder is convenient and comfortable and has higher safety; in addition, the ladder stand can be folded when not in use, so that excessive space is not occupied, and inconvenience in transportation is not caused.
