背景技术
士兵和下肢矫正设备的其他使用者必须支撑他们的装备的重量以及设备的重量。
常见的解决方案是提供下肢矫正设备,其具有安置在穿戴者足部下面的地面接触部分,例如通过放置在足部下的金属鞋底。然而,这种解决方案为了效率必须使穿戴者从其环境完全分离,并且因而降低穿戴者的稳定性和敏捷性。

通常而言,本公开的非限制性说明性实施方式提供了一种用于下肢矫正或假肢设备的负载承载辅助装置,其将负载的全部或部分从下肢矫正或假肢设备传递到地面,同时允许使用者与他的环境保持接触。
参考图1,示出了穿戴设置有根据本公开的说明性实施方式的负载承载辅助装置10的下肢矫正设备2的使用者1。

由于它们的安置,外侧12a和内侧12b弹性加载构件将矫正设备2的负载传递到地面4,而不管地面4的性质(即水平、阶梯、上坡、下坡等),同时保持足部3的移动性(即弯曲/伸展、倒转(内翻)/外翻),因而改善使用者1的稳定性。
第二凸起元件16的形状被优化,以便在所有运动阶段(即行走、跑步等)期间与地面4接触。各个弹性加载构件12a、12b足够坚固,以便完全支撑其相关联的矫正设备2的负载,例如当使用者1在不平坦的地形上行进时。在替代实施方式中,弹性加载构件12a、12b可以设置有张力调节机构,例如高度调节机构,以便调节其负载承载能力以适应各种负载。
现在参考图4,示出了根据第一替代实施方式的外侧22a和内侧22b弹性加载构件。各个弹性加载构件22a、22b由侧向C形(U形、杯形等)元件24和略向下弯曲的纵向元件26组成。
参考图5A、5B和5C,示出了弹性加载构件22中的每个在运动期间与地面4的接触。在脚跟触地期间,弯曲的纵向元件26的一部分与地面4接触,然后在前脚接触期间,C形元件24和弯曲的纵向元件26二者的部分均与地面4接触,并且最后,在脚跟抬起/前脚负载期间,C形元件24的部分与地面4接触。
参考图6,示出了根据本公开的第二替代实施方式的弹性加载构件32。弹性加载构件32由两个相对的侧向C形(U形、杯形等)元件34、36组成,其连接以形成大体上S形(蛇形等)形状,使得C形元件34、36中的任一个或两个的部分在运动期间与地面4接触。
应该理解,相对的侧向C形元件34和/或36的形状(即曲率、变形等)可以变化。例如,参考图7,示出了根据本公开的第三替代实施方式的弹性加载构件42,该弹性加载构件由两个相对的侧向C形(U形、杯形等)元件44、46组成,其连接以形成大体上压缩的S形(蛇形等)。
应该理解,在图6和7中,仅示出了两个弹性加载构件32、42中的一个,因为外侧和内侧弹性加载构件在构造上类似。
还应理解,取决于弹性加载构件12、22、32、42的精确构造,元件(14、16)、(24、26)、(34、36)、(44、46)中的任一个或两个的一个或多个部分可以在运动期间与地面4接触。

Claims (6)
