本发明涉及电子产品的技术领域。
背景技术
SIM称为用户身份识别卡、智能卡,SIM卡上存储有许多的信息,以下简称类似于SIM卡的存储卡为信息卡。数字移动电话机想要读取此卡上的信息,就必须装上此卡,使此卡与数字移动电话机内部的电路板连通,以读取SIM卡上的信息。
现有技术提出了一种电子产品,包括:壳体、电路板和卡托。壳体上具有开口,电路板设在壳体内,电路板的表面设有凹槽,凹槽内设有第一焊盘。卡托上设有第二焊盘,卡托可抽插地配合在开口处,当卡托插入开口内至工作位置时,第二焊盘与第一焊盘接触连接。根据本发明的电子产品,凹槽的设置可防止卡托抽插时刮伤焊盘,保护了电路板上焊盘不被卡托损坏,提高电子产品的耐用性,延长整机的使用寿命。
上述现有技术虽然解决了电路板上焊盘不被卡托损坏的技术问题,但SIM卡上的芯片(铜片)表面在未使用时处于裸露的状态,因此铜片容易被脏污或被氧化。若铜片被脏污或被氧化导致SIM卡与数字移动电话机内部接触不良,导致SIM卡上的信息不容易被读取。此时需要使用者取出SIM卡,用橡皮擦擦去氧化层,以减小电阻,使数字移动电话机更容易读取SIM卡上的信息。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种电子产品,以解决现有技术中信息卡和数字移动电话机接触不良的技术问题。
本发明一种电子产品,包括壳体,所述壳体设有开口,所述壳体内设有触发机构、支撑机构和位于支撑机构上方的摩擦机构;
所述触发机构包括带有触点的电路板和连接于壳体内壁上的挡板,所述电路板位于挡板的上方,所述挡板朝向开口的一面安装有弹簧,所述弹簧的自由端连接有接触板,所述接触板滑动连接于壳体;
所述支撑机构包括用于放置信息卡的条状卡托、与开口配合的堵头和端部连接于接触板下方的双面齿条;所述条状卡托水平的安装在开口的下端,所述双面齿条的下端面配合有顶起模块,所述顶起模块包括与双面齿条啮合的第一齿轮,所述第一齿轮同轴连接有作用于信息卡的顶起凸轮;
所述摩擦机构包括与条状卡托平行的转轴,所述转轴通过竖直的伸缩杆安装于壳体内壁,所述转轴同轴连接有第二齿轮,第二齿轮啮合于双面齿条的上端面,所述转轴同轴安装有圆盘,所述圆盘的周壁圆形阵列的安装有作用于信息卡的橡皮擦。
本方案的原理在于:首先,从开口处将信息卡放在卡托上。然后,推动信息卡,使卡插入壳体中。当卡插入到一定位置时,即卡与接触板相撞时,卡在人力推动的情况下,使得接触板移动。由于接触板的底端与双面齿条的端部连接,所以接触板移动便可带动双面齿条移动。双面齿条的上端面啮合有第二齿轮,即双面齿条移动带动第二齿轮转动。由于第二齿轮安装在转轴上,所以第二齿轮转动带动转轴转动。进而使得连接在转轴上的圆盘转动,圆盘周壁上的橡皮擦转动,使得橡皮擦与信息卡之间产生摩擦力。
当双面齿条移动带动第二齿轮转动时,即橡皮擦与信息卡之间产生摩擦力时,双面齿条下端面啮合的第一齿轮旋转。又因为第一齿轮同轴连接有凸轮,所以双面齿条使得凸轮转动。当凸轮的凸起转动至与信息卡相抵之前,信息卡表面的铜片与橡皮擦相摩擦,除去了铜片表面上的氧化物。然后,当信息卡完全进入壳体内部,使用堵头将开口堵住,放置信息卡弹出。此时,凸轮的凸起转动至与信息卡相抵的位置,凸轮的凸起给信息卡一个向上的力,以推动信息卡上移与电路板的触点相连通,完成信息的传输。
本方案的优点在于:1、现有技术中,若信息卡与电路板之间的连通信号不佳,则需要将信息卡取出,人工用橡皮擦去除铜片上的氧化物。而本方案中的凸轮使信息卡往上移动与电路板连通之前,橡皮擦对信息卡表面进行擦拭,除去信息卡铜片上的氧化物,以减小信息卡与电路板连通时的阻力,使得信息卡与电路板的信息导通性良好。2、本方案中的信息卡完全进入壳体内部时,通过堵头使弹簧处于压缩的状态,即堵头起到固定的信息卡位置的作用。除此之外,当需要取出信息卡时,相比于现有技术中用针使信息卡弹出,本方案省去了寻找针的时间,取下堵头,弹簧复位即可使信息卡弹出,较为便捷。且本方案中的堵头堵住开口,有效防止灰尘进入壳体内部,使壳体内部的清洁得到保障。3、本方案中的橡皮擦连接有伸缩杆,当信息卡上移与电路板相导通时,信息卡与橡皮擦相抵,以增大摩擦力,更好的产生摩擦效果,以确保信息卡上的氧化物被去除,使得导通效果更佳。
进一步,所述圆盘周向设有刷子,刷子间隔设置于橡皮檫之间。当橡皮擦去除信息卡铜片上的氧化物之后,刷子作用于信息卡,使信息卡上的灰尘杂质得到扫除,进而使得信息卡与电路板之间的接触更加良好。
进一步,所述刷子为软毛刷。软毛刷的毛质较软,软毛刷作用于信息卡时,不容易刮花信息卡,以增加信息卡的使用时长,节约使用成本。
进一步,所述顶起模块的数量至少两个。多个顶起模块支撑信息卡,使得信息卡处于较为平稳的状态,不容易倾斜,进一步避免了因为信息卡倾斜而与电路板接触不良的情况。
进一步,所述堵头螺纹连接于开口。螺纹连接使得堵头更稳固的连接于开口,减小堵头误弹开指数。

下面通过具体实施方式进一步详细的说明:

实施例:
本发明一种电子产品,如附图1所示,包括壳体,壳体一体成型有一开口2,开口2开于壳体的右侧。壳体内设有触发机构、支撑机构和摩擦机构。支撑机构和摩擦机构分别配合于触发机构。
触发机构包括带有触点的电路板3和焊接于壳体内壁上的挡板4,触点位于电路板3的上端面,电路板3位于挡板4的上方且安装于壳体内壁。挡板4的右侧安装有弹簧5,弹簧5的自由端焊接有接触板6,接触板6通过滑轨滑动连接于壳体。
支撑机构包括用于放置信息卡11的条状卡托7。条状卡托7水平的安装在开口2的下端处,且位于开口2内部。开口2处配合有堵头8,且堵头8通过螺纹连接于开口2处。接触板6下端焊接有水平的双面齿条9,双面齿条9的下端面配合有两个顶起模块,两个顶起模块设置在信息卡11的两端。顶起模块包括与双面齿条9啮合的第一齿轮10,第一齿轮10同轴连接有作用于信息卡11顶起凸轮12。
摩擦机构包括与条状卡托7平行的转轴,转轴通过竖直的伸缩杆13安装于壳体内壁,转轴同轴连接有第二齿轮14,第二齿轮14啮合于双面齿条9的上端面,转轴同轴焊接有圆盘,圆盘的周壁上圆形阵列的安装有作用于信息卡11的三条橡皮擦15,圆盘的周壁与橡皮擦15间隔的安装有三跟软毛刷。
首先,从开口2处将信息卡11放在卡托上。然后,推动信息卡11,使卡插入壳体中。当卡插入到一定位置时,即卡与接触板6相撞时,卡在人力推动的情况下,使得接触板6移动。由于接触板6的底端与双面齿条9的端部连接,所以接触板6移动便可带动双面齿条9移动。双面齿条9的上端面啮合有第二齿轮14,即双面齿条9移动带动第二齿轮14转动。由于第二齿轮14安装在转轴上,所以第二齿轮14转动带动转轴转动。进而使得连接在转轴上的圆盘转动,圆盘周壁上的橡皮擦15转动,使得橡皮擦15与信息卡11之间产生摩擦力。
当双面齿条9移动带动第二齿轮14转动时,即橡皮擦15与信息卡11之间产生摩擦力时,双面齿条9下端面啮合的第一齿轮10旋转。又因为第一齿轮10同轴连接有凸轮,所以双面齿条9使得凸轮转动。当凸轮的凸起转动至与信息卡11相抵之前,信息卡11表面的铜片与橡皮擦15相摩擦,除去了铜片表面上的氧化物。然后,当信息卡11完全进入壳体内部,使用堵头8将开口2堵住,防止信息卡11弹出。此时,凸轮的凸起转动至与信息卡11相抵的位置,凸轮的凸起给信息卡11一个向上的力,使得信息卡11与橡皮檫15的摩擦力增大,加强摩擦效果的同时,以推动信息卡11上移,信息卡11上移时,转轴在伸缩杆13的带动下回缩,以使得信息卡11与电路板3的触点相连通,完成信息的传输。

1.一种电子产品,包括壳体,所述壳体设有开口,其特征在于:所述壳体内设有触发机构、支撑机构和位于支撑机构上方的摩擦机构;
所述触发机构包括带有触点的电路板和连接于壳体内壁上的挡板,所述电路板位于挡板的上方,所述挡板朝向开口的一面安装有弹簧,所述弹簧的自由端连接有接触板,所述接触板滑动连接于壳体;
所述支撑机构包括用于放置信息卡的条状卡托、与开口配合的堵头和端部连接于接触板下方的双面齿条;所述条状卡托水平的安装在开口的下端,所述双面齿条的下端面配合有顶起模块,所述顶起模块包括与双面齿条啮合的第一齿轮,所述第一齿轮同轴连接有作用于信息卡的顶起凸轮;
所述摩擦机构包括与条状卡托平行的转轴,所述转轴通过竖直的伸缩杆安装于壳体内壁,所述转轴同轴连接有第二齿轮,第二齿轮啮合于双面齿条的上端面,所述转轴同轴安装有圆盘,所述圆盘的周壁圆形阵列的安装有作用于信息卡的橡皮擦。
