Abstract

本发明公开了一种旋转式接线器,其主要用于连接在电缆上进行相对旋转防止电缆被扭转变形、断裂。本发明主要包括有环形插头端、柱形插头端、环形插座端、柱形插座端、护套,主要通过在两个半体结构带护套、绝缘套的环形插头端、柱形插头端对应的插入环形插座端、柱形插座端使其相对能在良好的通电状态下进行旋转。应用本发明后,能解决现有技术中电缆或导线不能相对进行转动而造成的被扭转变形、断裂的问题,也能用于需要电缆相对进行转动的电气设备。

本发明涉及一种旋转式接线器。
背景技术
现有技术中的接线器不能使两端的导线或电缆进行相对旋转,易发生电缆被扭转变形、断裂的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种旋转式接线器,能解决现有技术中电缆或导线不能相对进行转动而造成的被扭转变形、断裂的问题,也能用于需要电缆相对进行转动的电气设备。
本发明一种旋转式接线器,主要包括有护套,两个呈喇叭形的、可以相互插入的护套内分别装有环形插头端、柱形插头端、接线柱、定位螺柱,环形插座端、柱形插座端、接线柱、定位螺柱、弹动柱,环形插头端与柱形插头端、环形插座端与柱形插座端之间装有绝缘套,柱形插头端与弹动柱对应接触的部位有一个环形的凹槽,护套两端装有扎紧带。
采用这样的结构,将本发明两端的接线柱中对应接入对应的线号电缆,当其中一端的电缆受到扭转变形时都会沿柱形插头端与柱形插座端的轴孔进行相对旋转从而避免电缆或导线被扭转变形、断裂的问题。因环形插座端、柱形插座端上装有弹动柱,能使本发明两端方便的插入连接和分离断开,同时能在工作时达到较好的导电性能。扎紧带既能起到防止水分进入护套内的作用,又能防止电缆或导线从接线柱上被拉脱的问题。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本发明旋转式接线器,主要包括有护套2。两个喇叭形可以相互插入的护套2内分别装有环形插头端5、柱形插头端6、接线柱3、定位螺柱4,环形插座端9、柱形插座端8、接线柱3、定位螺柱4、弹动柱7。环形插头端5与柱形插头端6、环形插座端9与柱形插座端8之间装有绝缘套10。柱形插头端6与弹动柱7对应接触的部位有一个环形的凹槽。护套2两端装有扎紧带1。
如图1、图2所示,制造和使用本发明时,为了使护套2与环形插头端5或环形插座端9之间能牢固连接并不易脱开,在其内结合面采用了凸出的圆弧条和凹入的圆弧槽的结构,也同样落实在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种旋转式接线器,主要包括有护套,其特征是:两个护套分别呈喇叭形,两个喇叭形可以相互插入的护套内分别装有环形插头端、柱形插头端、接线柱、定位螺柱,环形插座端、柱形插座端、接线柱、定位螺柱、弹动柱,环形插头端与柱形插头端、环形插座端与柱形插座端之间装有绝缘套,柱形插头端与弹动柱对应接触的部位有一个环形的凹槽,护套两端装有扎紧带。
