Abstract
The invention discloses a liquid separator and a compressor, wherein the liquid separator comprises: the cylinder, with the inside intake pipe and at least one outlet duct of intercommunication of cylinder, the outlet duct contains upwards stretches into the inside cantilever pipe of cylinder, and the cylinder is passed to the bottom of cantilever pipe, and the top of cantilever pipe is fixed on the cylinder. The invention can effectively reduce the vibration of the liquid separator.

Background
A knockout (also called a reservoir) is a device for gas-liquid separation in a compressor, typically disposed outside the compressor body, connected to the compressor body by a pipe. The common liquid separator at present is composed of a liquid separator for a horizontal compressor and a liquid separator for a vertical compressor, and the two liquid separators have almost the same parts and generally comprise a cylinder body, an air inlet pipe, an air outlet pipe and the like.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, taking a horizontal type dispenser for a compressor as an example, a part of the air outlet pipe 2 extends into the cylinder 1, one end of the part is fixed on the cylinder 1, and the other end is in a cantilever state, and when the compressor is operated, one end in the cantilever state has a swing mode shape, so that the vibration of the dispenser can be increased. In addition, the air inlet pipe 3 shown in fig. 1 is horizontally arranged at one end of the cylinder 1, and the air outlet direction of the air outlet pipe 2 is perpendicular to the air inlet direction of the air inlet pipe 3, which can generate larger air outlet resistance and affect the energy efficiency of the compressor.
Therefore, how to design a liquid dispenser and a compressor capable of reducing vibration is a technical problem to be solved in the industry.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a liquid dispenser and a compressor, and the liquid dispenser achieves the effect of reducing vibration of the liquid dispenser by eliminating a cantilever structure in the prior art.
The invention adopts the technical scheme that the liquid distributor is designed and comprises: the cylinder, with the inside intake pipe and at least one outlet duct of intercommunication of cylinder, the outlet duct contains upwards stretches into the inside cantilever pipe of cylinder, and the cylinder is passed to the bottom of cantilever pipe, and the top of cantilever pipe is fixed on the cylinder.
In one embodiment, the top end of the cantilever pipe is attached to the inner wall of the cylinder, and the side surface of the cantilever pipe is provided with an air outlet.
Preferably, the air outlet is arranged on one side of the cantilever pipe, which is close to the air inlet pipe, and the air outlet direction of the air outlet is parallel to the air inlet direction of the air inlet pipe.
Preferably, the air outlet is arranged along the radial direction of the cantilever pipe.
In an embodiment, the air inlet of the air inlet pipe extends into the barrel from one side of the cantilever pipe, and the lowest point of the air outlet is higher than the lowest point of the air inlet, or the lowest point of the air outlet is flush with the lowest point of the air inlet.
In one embodiment, the cylinder is placed horizontally, the air inlet pipe is installed horizontally at one end of the cylinder, and the cantilever pipe is in an upright state. The cylinder wall is provided with a through hole, and the outer pipe wall at the bottom end of the cantilever pipe is fixed in the through hole in a sealing way.
Preferably, the top end of the cantilever tube is welded to the inner wall of the barrel.
The invention also proposes a compressor comprising: the compressor body and above-mentioned knockout, the one end of outlet duct is connected on the compressor body, and the other end of outlet duct stretches into the inside of barrel.
In one embodiment, the compressor is a horizontal compressor.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the top of the cantilever pipe is fixed on the cylinder body, and the two ends of the cantilever pipe are fully fixed, so that the cantilever pipe is prevented from swinging when the compressor runs;
2. the top end face of the cantilever pipe is attached to the cylinder body, an air outlet is formed in the side face of the cantilever pipe, the air outlet is arranged towards the air inlet direction, air outlet resistance is reduced, and energy efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the dispenser according to the present invention includes: barrel 1, intake pipe 3 and at least one outlet duct 2, intake pipe 3 and outlet duct 2 all communicate with the inside of barrel, and the quantity of outlet duct 2 can be 1 or 2 etc. and specific quantity can be set for according to actual need. One end of the air outlet pipe 2 stretches into the barrel 1 from the outside of the barrel 1 to form a cantilever pipe 21, the bottom end of the cantilever pipe 21 penetrates through the barrel wall of the barrel 1, the top end of the cantilever pipe 21 is fixed on the barrel 1, therefore, two ends of the cantilever pipe 21 are fixed, the cantilever pipe 21 is in a complete constraint state, the swing mode vibration mode of the cantilever pipe 21 during operation of the compressor is avoided, and the top end of the cantilever pipe 21 is fixed on the barrel 1 in a bracket or welding mode.
The end face of the top end of the cantilever pipe 21 is processed into a shape matched with the inner top wall of the cylinder body 1, the end face of the top end of the cantilever pipe 21 is attached to the inner top wall of the cylinder body 1 during installation, and then the cantilever pipe 21 is fixed with the cylinder body 1 in a furnace welding mode and the like, an air outlet 22 is formed in the side face of the cantilever pipe 21, and the air outlet 22 is arranged along the radial direction of the cantilever pipe 21. In order to reduce the air outlet resistance of the air outlet 22, the air outlet 22 is arranged on one side of the cantilever pipe 21 close to the air inlet pipe 3, and further, the air outlet direction of the air outlet 22 is parallel to the air inlet direction of the air inlet pipe 3, so that the air outlet resistance of the air outlet 22 is optimized.
When the air inlet 31 of the air inlet pipe 3 extends into the interior of the cylinder 1 from one side of the cantilever pipe 21, the lowest point of the air outlet 22 cannot be lower than the lowest point of the air inlet 31 in order to ensure the effective liquid storage volume of the dispenser, that is, in practical design, the lowest point of the air outlet 22 needs to be higher than the lowest point of the air inlet 31 or even with the lowest point of the air inlet 31.
The structure of the dispenser of the invention is particularly suitable for the dispenser for the horizontal compressor, as shown in fig. 4, in the preferred embodiment, the cylinder 1 of the dispenser is horizontally arranged, the air inlet pipe 3 is horizontally arranged at one end of the cylinder 1, the air outlet pipe 2 extends into the cylinder 1 from the lower part of the cylinder 1, the cantilever pipe 21 is in an upright state, a through hole for the cantilever pipe 21 to pass through is arranged on the wall of the cylinder 1, and the outer pipe wall at the bottom end of the cantilever pipe 21 is fixed in the through hole in a sealing way.
As shown in fig. 6, the present invention also provides a compressor including: the compressor body 4 and the liquid separator are arranged, one end of the air outlet pipe 2 is connected to the compressor body 4, the other end of the air outlet pipe 2 extends into the cylinder 1, and in a preferred embodiment, the compressor is a horizontal compressor.

Claims (9)
1. 9. The compressor of claim 8, wherein the compressor is a horizontal compressor.
