Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of bearing assembly, in particular to a supporting plate feeding machine and bearing assembly equipment with the same.
Background
In recent years, a process for producing a plastic film, engineering plastic products are increasingly used with their excellent properties. Engineering plastics have wide prospects in bearings, and plastic bearings are becoming popular with more and more users.
Engineering plastics are very ideal for use as bearing materials because of their excellent self-lubricity, wear resistance, low friction, and special seizure resistance, etc., and also function normally even under poor lubrication conditions.
Currently, plastic bearings used can be generally classified into plastic rolling bearings and plastic sliding bearings; the working principle of the plastic rolling bearing and the plastic sliding bearing can be distinguished by name, the friction generated during the working of the plastic rolling bearing is rolling friction, and the magnitude of the friction force of the plastic sliding bearing mainly depends on the material of the sliding surface of the bearing.
However, in the prior art, the plastic bearing is assembled manually, so that the assembly efficiency is low, and the production efficiency of the plastic bearing is not good.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a supporting plate feeding machine and bearing assembly equipment with the same, so as to solve the problem of low assembly efficiency of plastic bearings in the prior art.
To achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a support plate feeder comprising: a supporting plate feeding frame; the plastic bearing feeding device comprises a supporting plate feeding tray, a supporting plate feeding frame, an upper supporting plate feeding seat and a lower supporting plate feeding seat, wherein the supporting plate feeding tray is arranged on the supporting plate feeding frame, the upper supporting plate feeding seat is used for bearing and positioning an upper supporting plate of the plastic bearing, and the lower supporting plate feeding seat is used for supporting and positioning a lower supporting plate of the plastic bearing.
Further, the backup pad charging tray has first material loading portion and second material loading portion, all is provided with last backup pad material loading seat and lower backup pad material loading seat on first material loading portion and the second material loading portion.
Further, the feeding tray of the supporting plate is rotatably installed on the feeding frame of the supporting plate, so that the first feeding portion or the second feeding portion rotates to a preset feeding position.

The supporting plate feeding machine comprises a supporting plate feeding frame 410 and a supporting plate feeding disc 420, wherein the supporting plate feeding disc 420 is arranged on the supporting plate feeding frame 410, and an upper supporting plate feeding seat 430 and a lower supporting plate feeding seat 440 are arranged on the supporting plate feeding disc 420, so that an upper supporting plate of a plastic bearing can be borne and positioned by the upper supporting plate feeding seat 430, and a lower supporting plate of the plastic bearing can be supported and positioned by the lower supporting plate feeding seat 440, further, the upper supporting plate and the lower supporting plate are supported and positioned, the feeding efficiency of the upper supporting plate and the lower supporting plate is improved, and the problem of lower assembly efficiency of the plastic bearing in the prior art is solved.
In order to improve the feeding efficiency, the supporting plate feeding tray 420 has a first feeding portion and a second feeding portion, and an upper supporting plate feeding seat 430 and a lower supporting plate feeding seat 440 are disposed on the first feeding portion and the second feeding portion.
Through setting up first material loading portion and second material loading portion, can be relatively conveniently carry out the material loading to last backup pad and lower backup pad, first material loading portion and second material loading portion are in the material loading position respectively and get the material position, like this, when first material loading portion is in the material taking position, second material loading portion is in the material loading position, carries out the material loading in step and gets the material to further improve material loading efficiency.

Preferably, the number of the positioning blocks 470 is two, and both the positioning blocks 470 are matched with the stop blocks 460, so that the supporting plate feeding frame 410 can be conveniently rotated within the range of 180 degrees through the matching of the stop blocks 460 and the two positioning blocks 470.
The invention also provides bearing assembly equipment for assembling the plastic bearing, wherein the bearing assembly equipment comprises a support plate feeding machine, and the support plate feeding machine is the support plate feeding machine.
