The double-head adjusting eccentric measuring and adjusting blanking plug is characterized by comprising an upper butt joint rod (1), a middle barrel (4), limit cams (5), an upper adjusting rod (6), a water outlet barrel (9), a valve core (11) and a lower adjusting rod (12), wherein the bottom of the middle barrel (4) is connected with the top of the water outlet barrel (9), the bottom of the upper butt joint rod (1) is inserted into the upper part of the middle barrel (4) and is in threaded connection with the middle barrel (4), the limit cams (5) are further arranged in the middle barrel (4), two sides of each limit cam (5) are connected with two sides of the middle barrel (4) through pin shafts, each limit cam (5) is located below the upper butt joint rod (1), and the lower end of the upper butt joint rod (1) is clamped into a clamping groove at the top of each limit cam (5); the upper adjusting rod (6) is positioned in the cavities of the middle cylinder (4) and the water outlet cylinder (9) at the same time, the top of the upper adjusting rod (6) vertically penetrates through the limit cam (5) to be coupled with a flat hole at the bottom of the upper butt joint rod (1), the bottom of the upper adjusting rod (6) is flexibly connected with the top of the valve core (11), the conical surface at the bottom of the valve core (11) is positioned at the top of the lower adjusting rod (12), and the lower adjusting rod (12) is completely positioned below the water outlet cylinder (9) and is in trapezoidal threaded connection with the water outlet cylinder (9); an upper pressing cap (2) is sleeved on the top of the upper butt joint rod (1), a compression spring (3) is sleeved on the upper butt joint rod (1) in the middle cylinder (4), a sliding sleeve (7) is sleeved on the upper adjusting rod (6) in the water outlet cylinder (9), a return spring (8) is sleeved on the sliding sleeve (7), and the sliding sleeve (7) is limited in a cavity at the upper end of the water outlet cylinder (9);
wherein, the upper butt joint rod (1) can freely rotate and move upwards between the middle cylinder (4) and the upper pressing cap (2);
wherein, the top of the upper adjusting rod (6) is provided with a pagoda-shaped clamping groove, the end face of the upper end of the pagoda-shaped clamping groove is provided with a three-petal clamping groove, and the three-petal clamping groove is coupled and butted with a conventional eccentric adjustment measuring instrument;
the upper adjusting rod (6) can be coupled and butted with a conventional eccentric measuring and regulating instrument or a casting and fishing instrument, and the lower adjusting rod (12) can be butted with an intelligent water distributor.
