一种快递交换柜门自动关闭结构,包括柜体、柜门、控制器,所述的柜体与所述的柜门通过转动轴转动连接,所述柜体内设置有拉索式关门机构、限位顶杆机构以及门锁,所述的门锁、所述的限位顶杆机构以及所述的拉索式关门机构均与所述控制器连接。本发明拥有交换柜被取件后自动关门的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及交换柜结构技术领域,具体涉及一种快递交换柜门自动关闭结构。
背景技术
快递交换柜是一种新型的快递收货方式,其使用快捷便利,现有的快递交换柜在收件人取件以后柜门是无法自动关闭的,加之交换柜的设置位置一般也是位于公共区域,如果收件人收件以后不关闭柜门,柜门就是出于常开状态,这对快递人员寄放物品是十分不方便的,且过多开启的柜门也会占用公共区域的空间,影响他人通行,且不美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种快递交换柜门自动关闭结构,本发明通过拉索式关门机构与限位顶杆机构实现自动开关门的功能。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种快递交换柜门自动关闭结构,包括柜体、柜门、控制器,所述的柜体与所述的柜门通过转动轴转动连接,所述柜体内设置有拉索式关门机构、限位顶杆机构以及门锁,所述的门锁、所述的限位顶杆机构以及所述的拉索式关门机构均与所述控制器连接。
作为本发明的优选,所述拉索式关门机构包括设置在所述柜体顶部两侧的滑轨,所述的滑轨上活动连接有电动轮,所述的电动轮与钢索一端连接,所述的钢索的另一端与所述的柜门连接。
作为本发明的优选,所述的限位顶杆机构包括设置在柜体前端的连接板,所述的连接板的底部设置有管状电机,所述的管状电机的伸缩的前端设置有降阻装置。
作为本发明的优选,降阻装置为设置于所述伸缩杆的前端的滑动轮,所述的滑动轮的转轴偏心设置。
作为本发明的优选,所述的电动轮在关门动作时先向所述滑轨的后端移动到底部,当所述的门锁锁闭时,所述电动轮再向所述滑轨的前端移动至端部。
作为本发明的优选,所述的管状电机的伸缩杆的伸缩方向倾斜于所述柜体的底面,倾斜角α大于30°,且小于80°。
作为本发明的优选,所述的柜门内侧面设置有与所述限位顶杆机构配合的倾斜顶板。
作为本发明的优选,所述的转动轴设置于所述柜体的前端口的底部,所述的柜门向下翻开动作以完成开门动作。
作为本发明的优选,所述的控制器内设置有计时器,所述的计时器用于对所述柜门开启时间进行计时,当计时达到预设开门时间后,所述控制器向所述拉索式关门机构发送关门命令,所述拉索式关门机构关闭所述柜门。
综上所述,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明拥有交换柜被取件后自动关门的优点。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明实施例包括用于存放快递物件的柜体1、与柜体1一侧连接的柜门2、控制柜门2开启以及关闭的控制器3,柜体1与柜门2通过转动轴4转动连接,柜体1内设置有用于关闭柜门2的拉索式关门机构5、用于顶开柜门2以及限制柜门2关闭的限位顶杆机构6以及用于锁闭柜门2的门锁7,门锁7、限位顶杆机构6以及拉索式关门机构5均与控制器3连接,控制器3为交换柜的控制装置,每个控制器3带至少20个柜体1,控制器3采用单片机或PLC实施。转动轴4设置于柜体1的前端口的底部,柜门2向下翻开动作以完成开门动作。控制器3内设置有计时器,计时器用于对柜门2开启时间进行计时,当计时达到预设开门时间后,控制器3向拉索式关门机构5发送关门命令,拉索式关门机构5关闭柜门2。
如图1、图2所示,本发明实施例拉索式关门机构5包括设置在柜体1顶部两侧的滑轨5-1,滑轨5-1上活动连接有电动轮5-2,电动轮5-2与钢索5-3一端连接,钢索5-3的另一端与柜门2连接,活动轮向柜体1的前端移动的时候,柜门2为可打开状态,活动轮向柜体1的后端移动的时候,柜门2关闭.电动轮5-2采用电机与转轮连接的结构。电动轮5-2在关门动作时先向滑轨5-1的后端移动到底部,当门锁7锁闭时,电动轮5-2再向滑轨5-1的前端移动至端部。
如图1、图2所示,本发明实施例限位顶杆机构6包括设置在柜体1前端的连接板6-1,连接板6-1的底部设置有管状电机6-2,管状电机6-2的伸缩的前端设置有用于减小在管状电机6-2的伸缩杆前顶柜门2的时候,伸缩杆的前端部与柜门2的摩擦力的降阻装置6-3。降阻装置6-3为设置于伸缩杆的前端的滑动轮,滑动轮的转轴偏心设置。管状电机6-2的伸缩杆的伸缩方向倾斜于柜体1的底面,倾斜角α大于30°,且小于80°,管状电机6-2倾斜设置有助于顺畅的顶开柜门2。
柜门2内侧面设置有与限位顶杆机构6配合的倾斜顶板8,当倾斜顶板8与管状电机6-2的伸缩杆顶部的滑动轮配合。

1.一种快递交换柜门(2)自动关闭结构,其特征在于:包括柜体(1)、柜门(2)、控制器(3),所述的柜体(1)与所述的柜门(2)通过转动轴(4)转动连接,所述柜体(1)内设置有拉索式关门机构(5)、限位顶杆机构(6)以及门锁(7),所述的门锁(7)、所述的限位顶杆机构(6)以及所述的拉索式关门机构(5)均与所述控制器(3)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种快递交换柜门(2)自动关闭结构,其特征在于:所述拉索式关门机构(5)包括设置在所述柜体(1)顶部两侧的滑轨(5-1),所述的滑轨(5-1)上活动连接有电动轮(5-2),所述的电动轮(5-2)与钢索(5-3)一端连接,所述的钢索(5-3)的另一端与所述的柜门(2)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种快递交换柜门(2)自动关闭结构,其特征在于:所述的限位顶杆机构(6)包括设置在柜体(1)前端的连接板(6-1),所述的连接板(6-1)的底部设置有管状电机(6-2),所述的管状电机(6-2)的伸缩的前端设置有降阻装置(6-3)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种快递交换柜门(2)自动关闭结构,其特征在于:降阻装置(6-3)为设置于所述伸缩杆的前端的滑动轮,所述的滑动轮的转轴偏心设置。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种快递交换柜门(2)自动关闭结构,其特征在于:所述的电动轮(5-2)在关门动作时先向所述滑轨(5-1)的后端移动到底部,当所述的门锁(7)锁闭时,所述电动轮(5-2)再向所述滑轨(5-1)的前端移动至端部。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种快递交换柜门(2)自动关闭结构,其特征在于:所述的管状电机(6-2)的伸缩杆的伸缩方向倾斜于所述柜体(1)的底面,倾斜角α大于30°,且小于80°。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种快递交换柜门(2)自动关闭结构,其特征在于:所述的柜门(2)内侧面设置有与所述限位顶杆机构(6)配合的倾斜顶板(8)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种快递交换柜门(2)自动关闭结构,其特征在于:所述的转动轴(4)设置于所述柜体(1)的前端口的底部,所述的柜门(2)向下翻开动作以完成开门动作。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种快递交换柜门(2)自动关闭结构,其特征在于:所述的控制器(3)内设置有计时器,所述的计时器用于对所述柜门(2)开启时间进行计时,当计时达到预设开门时间后,所述控制器(3)向所述拉索式关门机构(5)发送关门命令,所述拉索式关门机构(5)关闭所述柜门(2)。
