2. In summary, the scheme adopts one power, so that the drying and the smearing of rust-preventive oil on the metal surfaces on two sides of the object are realized; compared with the prior art, a fan is added to dry the metal surfaces on two sides of the object in a blowing mode, and the blowing power in the scheme is from a conveying roller on the conveyor body; the power source is reduced. In the scheme, the conveying roller is used as a power source, so that the effect of smearing the rust preventive oil is also realized; under the condition of not adding a power source, the automation of the whole device is further improved.
The first preferred scheme is as follows: as a further optimization of the basic scheme, the surfaces of the drying parts at the two sides, which are close to the conveyor body, are inclined surfaces, and the distance between the inclined surfaces of the drying parts at the two sides is gradually increased along the conveying direction; the inclined planes are provided with the smearing parts, and the smearing parts are arranged close to the input end of the conveyor body.
The drying efficiency of the metal surfaces on two sides of the object is further improved; the method comprises the following steps: when the object passes through the space between the two inclined planes, the smearing part contacts with the metal surfaces at the two sides of the object before the object contacts with the metal surfaces, and the water on the metal surfaces is scraped; then the object is conveyed to the air blowing hole, and the object is dried by the air blown out from the air blowing hole.

The object then passes through the swinging plate 5, and the oil coating layer 51 on the swinging plate 5 can coat the metal surfaces on both sides of the object with rust preventive oil.
