In the above embodiment, each corner cutting device 62 includes a corner cutting frame 621, a first horizontal guide rail 622, a driving component 623, a first lifting cylinder 624, a film splitting fixing seat 625, two film splitting assemblies 626, a sealing and cutting heating wire 627, and a sealing and cutting power taking device (not shown in the figure). The extending direction of the first horizontal guide rail 622 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the clamping cylinder 613, the corner cutting machine frame 621 is arranged on the first horizontal guide rail 622, the driving component 623 is connected with the corner cutting machine frame 621, and the corner cutting machine frame 621 is driven to slide along the first horizontal guide rail 622; thereby the distance between the corner cutting device 62 and the righting clamping device 61 can be adjusted to adapt to the product A to be packaged with no length, and the compatibility of the product A to be packaged in the length direction is realized. The first lifting cylinder 624 is mounted on the corner cutting frame 621, the film splitting fixing seat 625 is mounted at the power output end of the first lifting cylinder 624, the two film splitting assemblies 626 are mounted on the film splitting fixing seat 625 in an openable and closable manner, and the openable and closable movement directions of the two film splitting assemblies 626 are parallel to the telescopic direction of the clamping cylinder 613; the seal cutting electric heating wire 627 is wound on the two split film assemblies 626, and the shape of the seal cutting electric heating wire is changed along with the opening and closing movement of the two split film assemblies 626 so as to adapt to the compatibility of the end face size of the product A to be packaged, and the seal cutting electric heating wire 627 is electrically connected with the seal cutting electric taking device and can instantaneously generate heat after being electrified.
The driving component 623 includes a rotating motor 6231, a driving gear 6232 and a driving rack 6233, the rotating motor 6231 is installed on one side of the first horizontal rail 622, the driving gear 6232 is installed on the power output end of the rotating motor 6231, the driving rack 6233 is fixed on the corner cutting frame 621, the driving gear 6232 and the driving rack 6233 are meshed with each other, the driving gear 6232 can be driven to rotate by the rotating motor 6231, and the rotation of the driving gear 6232 drives the driving rack 6233 to move horizontally, so as to drive the corner cutting frame 621 to move horizontally along the first horizontal rail 622.

The splitting assembly 626 further comprises a middle connecting wire 6264 and a plurality of splitting limiting bend wheels 6265 for limiting and sealing and cutting the electric heating wires 627, wherein the splitting limiting bend wheels 6265 are arranged at the edges of the splitting plate 6262, and the sealing and cutting electric heating wires 627 are wound on the splitting limiting bend wheels 6265; the film splitting plate 6262 is also provided with a sliding groove 6266, a conductive block 6267 is arranged in the sliding groove 6266, two ends of the sealed and cut heating wire 627 are respectively connected with the conductive block 6267, and the middle connecting wire 6264 is connected between the conductive block 6267 and the tension spring 6263.

And the two corner cutting devices 62 run synchronously to finish the sealing and cutting actions of two pairs of side surfaces of the packaged cuff product A, thereby providing production efficiency. The U-shaped sealing and cutting mechanism 6 not only can be compatible with products of various specifications, but also can realize thermal fusing sealing and cutting by adopting the sealing and cutting electric heating wire 627 matched with the sealing and cutting electric taking device, and the sealing and cutting electric heating wire 627 instantaneously heats the fusing film, thereby saving energy.
Referring to fig. 8, two silica gel plates 6211 and a corner cut waste collection mechanism 9 for collecting the film waste are mounted on the corner cut frame 621, a waste barrel 10 is disposed under the corner cut frame 621, and a gap for the film waste to pass through is provided between the two silica gel plates 6211. After the product A is sealed and cut, the produced film waste is left on the silica gel plate 6211 at the side end of the product A, the waste pressing plate 92 is driven to move downwards by the waste pressing cylinder 91, the film waste is pricked by the steel needle 93 on the waste pressing plate 92, and the film waste is driven to pass through a gap between the two silica gel plates 6211, and then the waste pressing cylinder 91 drives the waste pressing plate 92 to move upwards, so that the film waste falls off from the steel needle 93 and falls into the waste barrel 10 due to the blocking of the two silica gel plates 6211 on the film waste, so that the film waste after the sealing and cutting is collected.
Referring to fig. 11 together, the operating mechanism 5 includes two lifting cylinders 51, an electric sliding table 52, an operating sliding seat 53, and two suction cups 54 for sucking the product; the two jacking air cylinders 51 are arranged at intervals, the lower end of the electric sliding table 52 is arranged on the power output end of the jacking air cylinder 51, the operation sliding seat 53 is slidably arranged on the electric sliding table 52, the two suckers 54 are arranged on the operation sliding seat 53 at intervals, the two suckers 54 are driven by the two jacking air cylinders 51 to move upwards, the two suckers are respectively used for sucking a product A wrapped with cuffs on the workbench 1 and a product A packaged by sealing and cutting, and the operation sliding seat 53 is driven by the electric sliding table 52 to respectively convey the product A wrapped with cuffs to a sealing and cutting station and convey the product A packaged by sealing and cutting to the offline conveying mechanism 7.
In summary, the film packaging sealing and cutting machine disclosed by the invention can well seal and cut the sealing and cutting line of the film on the edge of the product A correspondingly, and the product packaging effect is attractive; meanwhile, the packaging machine can adapt to products A with different specifications, and is high in compatibility and universality.

the U-shaped corner cutting mechanism comprises a righting clamping device for clamping and fixing two opposite side surfaces of the product with the cuff and two corner cutting devices for sealing and cutting films on the other two opposite side surfaces of the product with the cuff, and the two corner cutting devices are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the righting clamping device;
each corner cutting device comprises a corner cutting machine frame, a first horizontal guide rail, a driving assembly, a first lifting cylinder, a film splitting fixing seat, two film splitting assemblies, a sealing and cutting heating wire and a sealing and cutting power taking device, wherein the extending direction of the first horizontal guide rail is perpendicular to the clamping direction of the righting clamping device, the corner cutting machine frame is arranged on the first horizontal guide rail, and the driving assembly is connected with the corner cutting machine frame and drives the corner cutting machine frame to slide along the first horizontal guide rail; the first lifting cylinder is arranged on the corner cutting frame, the film splitting fixing seat is arranged at the power output end of the first lifting cylinder, the two film splitting assemblies are arranged on the film splitting fixing seat in an openable and closable manner, and the openable and closable movement directions of the two film splitting assemblies are parallel to the clamping direction of the rectifying clamping device; the sealing and cutting heating wires are wound on the two splitting assemblies, the shape of the sealing and cutting heating wires is changed along with the opening and closing movement of the two splitting assemblies so as to adapt to the end face size of a product to be packaged, and the sealing and cutting heating wires are electrically connected with the sealing and cutting power-taking device;
the driving assembly comprises a rotating motor, a driving gear and a driving rack, the rotating motor is arranged on one side of the first horizontal guide rail, the driving gear is arranged on the power output end of the rotating motor, the driving rack is fixed on the corner cutting rack, and the driving gear and the driving rack are meshed with each other;
the feeding conveying mechanism comprises a feeding table, a weighing device, a clamping conveying device and a pushing device; one end of the wire feeding table is connected with the weighing device, the other end of the wire feeding table is connected with the cuff mechanism, and the clamping conveying device is arranged above the wire feeding table.
