The rubber pad 8 increases friction force to prevent the cable from sliding during cutting, and the third stop block 9 stops the trapezoidal block 77 from moving rightwards, so that the trapezoidal block 77 is clamped between the wedge-shaped block 75 and the third stop block 9, and the use stability is further improved.
Because the handle 10 and the second pull rod 11 are further included, the handle 10 is installed at the middle part of the left side of the left backing plate 55 in a bolt connection mode, and the second pull rod 11 is connected to the top of the push rod 36. The cutting efficiency can be further improved by pushing the backing plate 55 to move to the right or left more effectively by the handle 10 and pushing the push rod 36 to move downward more conveniently by the second pull rod 11.
