A sand screening device with a brush roll for constructional engineering comprises a bottom plate (1) and a screen (6), and is characterized in that idler wheels (23) are mounted at four corners of the bottom plate (1), first threaded rods (2) are arranged at two sides of the bottom plate (1) in a penetrating manner, the first threaded rods (2) are in threaded connection with the bottom plate (1), pointed spine portions are welded at the bottom ends of the first threaded rods (2), a first sleeve (21) is sleeved outside the first threaded rods (2) below the bottom plate (1), the first sleeve (21) is rotationally connected with the lower surface of the bottom plate (1) through a bearing seat, splines are arranged at the lower portions of the first threaded rods (2), spline grooves matched with the splines are formed in the inner wall of the first sleeve (21), belt pulleys (22) are mounted on the first sleeves (21) at two sides of the bottom plate (1), and a belt (27) is connected between the, a first motor (30) is installed on one side of the bottom of a bottom plate (1) through bolts, a first gear (29) is installed at the end part of an output shaft of the first motor (30), a second gear (28) is installed on a first sleeve (21) on one side of the first motor (30), the second gear (28) is meshed with the first gear (29), a sand screening box (4) is arranged above the bottom plate (1), a supporting rod is arranged on one side of the upper surface of the bottom plate (1), the top end of the supporting rod is hinged with the bottom of one side of the sand screening box (4), a second motor (26) is installed on the other side of the upper surface of the bottom plate (1) through bolts, an output shaft of the second motor (26) is fixedly connected with a second threaded rod (24) through a coupler, the second threaded rod (24) is installed on two supporting plates through a bearing in a rotating mode, a second sleeve (25) is sleeved outside the second threaded rod (24), a connecting rod (20) is hinged to the top of the second sleeve (25), the other end of the connecting rod (20) is hinged to the other side of the bottom of the sand screening box (4), a crushing cavity (8) is arranged on the upper portion of an inner cavity of the sand screening box (4), a screen (6) is arranged on the lower portion of the inner cavity of the sand screening box (4), the side wall of the sand screening box (4) is penetrated through two ends of the screen (6), a through hole for the screen (6) to move is formed in the side wall of the sand screening box (4), a third motor (12) is installed in the middle of the top of the sand screening box (4) through a bolt, an output shaft of the third motor (12) is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft (13) through a coupler, the other end of the rotating shaft (13) penetrates through the crushing cavity (8) and extends to the upper portion of the screen (6), a first discharging pipe (5) is arranged on one side of the, the length of the second discharging pipe (3) is smaller than that of the first discharging pipe (5), a stirring rod (11) is fixed on a shaft section of a rotating shaft (13) positioned in a crushing cavity (8), a crushing ball (9) is fixed at the other end of the stirring rod (11), the crushing ball (9) is made of rubber, an outlet is formed in the bottom of the crushing cavity (8), a conical material distributing plate (7) is arranged below the outlet on the rotating shaft (13), a disc (14) is fixed at the bottom end of the rotating shaft (13), a cylindrical pin (31) is fixed on the outer side of the lower end face of the disc (14), a fixing rod (15) is installed on the upper surface of the screen (6) through a screw, a groove is formed in the upper portion of the fixing rod (15), the cylindrical pin (31) is inserted into the groove and is in sliding connection with the groove, a box body is installed on the front side wall of the screen box (4) through a screw, a fourth motor (32), slider (33) and box body bottom sliding connection, the output shaft of fourth motor (32) passes through shaft coupling and installation axle (18) fixed connection, install axle (18) other end and run through screening sandbox (4), set up the kidney-shaped through-hole that supplies installation axle (18) motion on screening sandbox (4) lateral wall, install axle (18) and be located and be fixed with spacing ring (34) on the shaft part in screening sandbox (4) lateral wall, set up on screening sandbox (4) lateral wall with spacing ring (34) complex spacing groove, install brush roller (16) on the shaft part that installation axle (18) are located screening sandbox (4), install third gear (17) on the shaft part that installation axle (18) are located the box body, be located the box body bottom and be fixed with rack (19) below third gear (17), rack (19) and third gear (17) meshing.
