Abstract

本发明公开了一种治疗痤疮的外用中药组合物，是由以下组分组成：硫磺、过氧苯甲酰、鱼石脂、氧化锌、凡士林、氯霉素、甲硝唑、软皂、羊毛脂、甘油、十八醇、硬脂酸、冰片、麝香、薄荷脑。具体来说，其配方为硫磺150‑300份，过氧苯甲酰100‑200份，鱼石脂50‑100份，氧化锌100‑300份，凡士林500‑800份，氯霉素100‑300份，甲硝唑100‑300份，软皂100‑300份，羊毛脂80‑150份，甘油500‑800份，十八醇100‑300份，硬脂酸100‑300份，冰片50‑100份，麝香10‑50份，薄荷脑200‑300份。本发明可以促进表皮生长，并且可以快速见效，有效治愈痤疮。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药膏技术领域，尤其涉及一种治疗痤疮的外用中药组合物。
背景技术
痤疮是毛囊皮脂腺单位的一种慢性炎症性皮肤病，主要好发于青少年，对青少年的心理和社交影响很大，但青春期后往往能自然减轻或痊愈。临床表现以好发于面部的粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、结节等多形性皮损为特点。痤疮的发生主要与皮脂分泌过多、毛囊皮脂腺导管堵塞、细菌感染和炎症反应等因素密切相关。进入青春期后人体内雄激素特别是睾酮的水平迅速升高，促进皮脂腺发育并产生大量皮脂。同时毛囊皮脂腺导管的角化异常造成导管堵塞，皮脂排出障碍，形成角质栓即微粉刺。毛囊中多种微生物尤其是痤疮丙酸杆菌大量繁殖，痤疮丙酸杆菌产生的脂酶分解皮脂生成游离脂肪酸，同时趋化炎症细胞和介质，最终诱导并加重炎症反应。
然而在现有技术中的治疗痤疮的外用药物大多药效较慢，不能很快的解决患者的痛楚。
因此，有必要提供一种全新的治疗痤疮的外用中药组合物，以解决上述现有技术中存在的缺陷。

为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种治疗痤疮的外用中药组合物。

一种治疗痤疮的外用中药组合物，是由以下重量份的组分组成：硫磺150-300份，过氧苯甲酰100-200份，鱼石脂50-100份，氧化锌100-300份，凡士林500-800份，氯霉素100-300份，甲硝唑100-300份，软皂100-300份，羊毛脂80-150份，甘油500-800份，十八醇100-300份，硬脂酸100-300份，冰片50-100份，麝香10-50份，薄荷脑200-300份。
一种治疗痤疮的外用中药组合物，是由以下重量份的组分组成：硫磺200-250份，过氧苯甲酰140-160份，鱼石脂60-90份，氧化锌180-220份，凡士林600-700份，氯霉素150-250份，甲硝唑150-250份，软皂150-250份，羊毛脂100-130份，甘油600-700份，十八醇150-250份，硬脂酸150-250份，冰片60-90份，麝香20-40份，薄荷脑220-280份。
一种治疗痤疮的外用中药组合物，是由以下重量份的组分组成：硫磺225份，过氧苯甲酰150份，鱼石脂75份，氧化锌200份，凡士林650份，氯霉素200份，甲硝唑200份，软皂200份，羊毛脂115份，甘油650份，十八醇200份，硬脂酸200份，冰片75份，麝香30份，薄荷脑250份。
与相关技术相比，本发明具有如下技术效果：
本发明采用中医整体观念的理论辩证痤疮的发病机理，青春年少多为阳气旺盛而至阴虚不足，实质多为阴虚火旺，西医致病成因多为痤疮丙酸杆菌繁殖和皮质分泌旺盛而成，故临床配方直接消炎杀菌去虚火，促进表皮生长，并且可以快速见效，有效治愈痤疮。

下面将结合实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。

实施例3
本发明的一种治疗痤疮的外用中药组合物，是由以下重量份的组分组成：硫磺225份，过氧苯甲酰150份，鱼石脂75份，氧化锌200份，凡士林650份，氯霉素200份，甲硝唑200份，软皂200份，羊毛脂115份，甘油650份，十八醇200份，硬脂酸200份，冰片75份，麝香30份，薄荷脑250份。
具体病例
病例一：2011年11月22号，单某某，18岁，以“脸部有密集的脓疖二月。”之主诉入院，入院查皮肤专科情况:面部密集的红色丘疱疹，常有脓点，基底潮红，伴有多发密集黑头粉刺。舌质红，苔薄白，脉玄。。诊断为“痤疮”。将本发明的组合物外用，一周后，患者面部皮肤未见明显脓疱，偶有粉刺。一月后患者面部皮肤基本恢复正常。
病例二：李某某，女，23岁，以“面部及胸背部满布密集的红斑丘疱疹半年。”之主诉入院。入院查皮肤专科情况：面部和胸背部可见密集的粉刺及红斑丘疱疹，有黄豆至蚕豆大小的疖肿数枚，脉象平和，舌苔薄白，舌质红润，舌尖较红，余皮肤未见明显异常。将本发明的组合物外用。三周后患者病情痊愈。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗痤疮的外用中药组合物，其特征在于是由以下重量份的组分组成：硫磺150-300份，过氧苯甲酰100-200份，鱼石脂50-100份，氧化锌100-300份，凡士林500-800份，氯霉素100-300份，甲硝唑100-300份，软皂100-300份，羊毛脂80-150份，甘油500-800份，十八醇100-300份，硬脂酸100-300份，冰片50-100份，麝香10-50份，薄荷脑200-300份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗痤疮的外用中药组合物，其特征在于是由以下重量份的组分组成：硫磺200-250份，过氧苯甲酰140-160份，鱼石脂60-90份，氧化锌180-220份，凡士林600-700份，氯霉素150-250份，甲硝唑150-250份，软皂150-250份，羊毛脂100-130份，甘油600-700份，十八醇150-250份，硬脂酸150-250份，冰片60-90份，麝香20-40份，薄荷脑220-280份。
