the device comprises a support, a seat plate, a plurality of clamping holes, a plurality of connecting blocks, a plurality of fixing plates, a front support rod, a rear support rod, a connecting block and a seat plate, wherein the front support rod is hinged with the bottom of the support, the rear support rod is fixedly connected with the bottom of the support, the upper end of the rear support rod is hinged with the connecting block, the upper end of the front support rod and the upper end of the connecting block are respectively hinged with the two ends of the fixing plate, the seat plate is connected between the fixing plates on the two sides, the lower end of the connecting block on at least one side is downwards extended to form an adjusting part, and the adjusting part is provided with the plurality of clamping holes; the rear support rod is connected with a movable piece matched with the clamping hole, and the movable piece can move relative to the rear support rod;
