Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a foldable armrest and a seat comprising the same.
Background
Currently, fewer armrests of massage chairs in the massager industry and folding chairs in the furniture industry have a translation folding function. Even if some chairs have folding function, the structure of the armrests and the chairs is loose, the gap is large, the appearance is not attractive, and the problems of poor stability, inconvenient operation and poor user experience exist.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a novel foldable armrest and a seat comprising the same, which are convenient to fold and have good stability.
The invention is realized in the following way:
a foldable armrest comprises a locking piece, a chair back fixing rod, an armrest body and a folding mechanism;
the folding mechanism comprises a first bent pipe, a second bent pipe, a first sleeve, a second sleeve, a screw, a nut and a groove-type metal fixing piece;
one end of the first bent pipe is fixedly connected to the locking piece, and the other end of the first bent pipe is fixed to the side face of the first sleeve; one end of the second bent pipe is fixedly connected to the chair back fixing rod, and the other end of the second bent pipe is fixed to the side face of the second sleeve; the groove type metal fixing piece is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the handrail body; the first bent pipe penetrates through the groove part of the groove type metal fixing piece and is fixedly connected with the groove part; the first sleeve and the second sleeve are rotationally connected through a connecting assembly;
when the locking piece is in a locking state, the first bent pipe and the second bent pipe are relatively static, and the armrest body is in a lifting state;
when the locking piece is in an unlocking state, the first bent pipe and the second bent pipe relatively rotate, so that the armrest body is folded downwards.
Further, the first bent pipe passes through the groove part of the groove type metal fixing piece and is welded with the groove part.
Further, the other end of the first bent pipe is welded to the side face of the first sleeve.
Further, the other end of the second bent pipe is welded to the side face of the second sleeve.
Further, the connecting component is a screw cap.
A seat employing foldable armrests as described above on each side of the seat.
The invention has the advantages that: according to the foldable handrail and the seat comprising the same, when the locking piece is in the locking state, the first bent pipe and the second bent pipe are static relative to the handrail body, at the moment, the folding mechanism is equivalent to a triangle body, and the triangle body has good stability, so that the foldable handrail and the seat comprising the same have good stability. When the locking piece is in an unlocking state, the first bent pipe and the second bent pipe relatively rotate, so that the folding device is convenient to fold.
Drawings
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in conjunction with examples.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a seat lock state of the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of the folding mechanism of the present invention.
Fig. 3 is an exploded view of the folding mechanism of the present invention.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the seat with the foldable armrest comprises a folding mechanism 1, a locking piece 2, a seat back fixing rod 3 and an armrest body 4.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the folding mechanism 1 includes a first bent pipe 11, a second bent pipe 12, a first sleeve 13, a second sleeve 14, a screw 15, a nut 16, and a groove-type metal fixing member 17.
One end of the first bent pipe 11 is fixedly connected to the locking piece 2, and the other end of the first bent pipe 11 is welded with the side face of the first sleeve 13; one end of the second bent pipe 12 is fixedly connected to the chair back fixing rod 3, and the other end of the second bent pipe 12 is welded with the side face of the second sleeve 14; the groove type metal fixing piece 17 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the handrail body 4; the first bent pipe 11 passes through the groove part of the groove type metal fixing piece 17 and is welded with the groove part; the first sleeve 13 and the second sleeve 14 are rotatably connected through a screw 15 and a nut 16.
When the locking member 2 is in the locked state, the first bent pipe 11 and the second bent pipe 12 are relatively stationary, and the armrest body 4 is in the raised state.
When the locking member 2 is in the unlocked state, the first bent pipe 11 and the second bent pipe 12 are relatively rotated, thereby achieving the downward folding of the armrest body 4.
According to the foldable handrail and the seat comprising the same, when the locking piece 2 is in the locking state, the first bent pipe 11 and the second bent pipe 12 are stationary relative to the handrail body 4, at the moment, the folding mechanism 1 is equivalent to a triangle body, and the triangle body has good stability, so that the foldable handrail and the seat comprising the same have good stability. When the locking piece 2 is in an unlocking state, the first bent pipe 11 and the second bent pipe 12 rotate relatively, so that the folding device is convenient to fold.
The above examples and drawings are not intended to limit the form or form of the present invention, and any suitable variations or modifications thereof by those skilled in the art should be construed as not departing from the scope of the present invention.
