The invention discloses a foldable armrest and a seat thereof, wherein the foldable armrest comprises a locking piece, a chair back fixing rod, an armrest body and a folding mechanism; the folding mechanism comprises a first bent pipe, a second bent pipe, a first sleeve, a second sleeve, a screw, a nut and a groove type metal fixing piece; one end of the first bent pipe is fixedly connected to the locking piece, and the other end of the first bent pipe is fixed to the side face of the first sleeve; one end of the second bent pipe is fixedly connected to the chair back fixing rod, and the other end of the second bent pipe is fixed to the side face of the second sleeve; the groove type metal fixing piece is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the handrail body; the first bent pipe penetrates through the groove part of the groove type metal fixing piece and is fixedly connected with the groove part; the first sleeve and the second sleeve are rotationally connected through a connecting component. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the folding mechanism 1 includes a first bent pipe 11, a second bent pipe 12, a first sleeve 13, a second sleeve 14, a screw 15, a nut 16, and a groove-type metal fixing member 17.
One end of the first bent pipe 11 is fixedly connected to the locking piece 2, and the other end of the first bent pipe 11 is welded with the side face of the first sleeve 13; one end of the second bent pipe 12 is fixedly connected to the chair back fixing rod 3, and the other end of the second bent pipe 12 is welded with the side face of the second sleeve 14; the groove type metal fixing piece 17 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the handrail body 4; the first bent pipe 11 passes through the groove part of the groove type metal fixing piece 17 and is welded with the groove part; the first sleeve 13 and the second sleeve 14 are rotatably connected through a screw 15 and a nut 16.
