In this embodiment, when the folding chair is completely unfolded, the stop block 109 abuts against the second support bar 102 and the stop block 109 is closer to the first end of the second support bar 102 relative to the eighteenth bolt, which ensures the stability of the structure of the folding chair when unfolded.
According to the fifth embodiment, on the basis of the third embodiment, a fifth sliding sleeve is slidably fitted on the second support rod 102, and the fifth sliding sleeve is closer to the second end of the second support rod 102 relative to the second hinge point 702.
The fifth sliding sleeve is hinged to the fourth hinge point 704 together with the first active lever 103 and the second active lever 104.
In this embodiment, during the unfolding process of the folding chair, the fifth sleeve slides towards the first end of the second support rod 102 and drives the second support rod 102 to rotate around the first axis, so that the included angle between the second support rod 102 and the first support rod 101 is increased. During the folding process of the folding chair, the fifth sleeve slides towards the second end of the second support rod 102 and drives the second support rod 102 to rotate around the first axis, so that the included angle between the second support rod 102 and the first support rod 101 is reduced.
It should be noted that the fifth sliding sleeve is not limited to be hinged at the fourth hinge point 704. The fifth sliding sleeve and the first driving rod 103 can be hinged to a nineteenth hinge point, and the nineteenth hinge point is located on the first driving rod 103 and close to the fourth hinge point 704; the fifth sliding sleeve may also be hinged to the second active lever 104 at a twentieth hinge point, which is located on the second active lever 104 near the fourth hinge point 704.

Claims (8)

1. A folding mechanism is characterized in that:
the device comprises a first supporting rod, a second supporting rod, a first driving rod, a second driving rod and a first connecting rod;
the first end part of the first supporting rod and the first end part of the second supporting rod are hinged to a first hinge point; the first support bar and the second support bar are rotatable about a first axis about the first hinge point;
the first connecting rod and the second supporting rod are hinged at a second hinge point; the second hinge point is closer to the second end of the second support bar than the first hinge point; the second hinge point is located between the first end and the second end of the first link; the first connecting rod and the second supporting rod can rotate around a second axis of the second hinge point;
the first driving rod and the first support rod are hinged to a third hinged point, and the third hinged point is closer to the second end part of the first support rod relative to the first hinged point; the third hinge point is positioned between the first end part and the second end part of the first driving rod; the first active lever and the first support lever can rotate around a third axis of the third hinge point;
the second end part of the second driving rod and the second end part of the first driving rod are hinged to a fourth hinge point; the second driving rod and the first driving rod can rotate around a fourth axis of the fourth hinge point;
the second driving rod is in sliding fit with a first sliding sleeve, a first end part of the first connecting rod and the first sliding sleeve are hinged to a fifth hinge point, and the first sliding sleeve and the first connecting rod can rotate around a fifth axis passing through the fifth hinge point;
a second sliding sleeve is in sliding fit with the first supporting rod; the second sliding sleeve is closer to the second end of the first supporting rod relative to the third hinge point; the second end of the first connecting rod and the second sliding sleeve are hinged to a sixth hinge point, and the second sliding sleeve and the first connecting rod can rotate around a sixth axis passing through the sixth hinge point;
the first axis, the second axis, the third axis, the fourth axis, the fifth axis and the sixth axis are parallel to each other.
2. A folding mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the first end part of the second limiting rod and the second driving rod are hinged to a fourth hinge point, and the second limiting rod can rotate around the fourth axis;
the second end part of the second limiting rod is hinged with the second supporting rod at an eighteenth hinge point, and the eighteenth hinge point is closer to the second end part of the second supporting rod relative to the second hinge point; the second limiting rod and the second supporting rod can rotate around an eighteenth axis of the eighteenth hinge point;
the eighteenth axis and the first axis are parallel to each other.
3. A folding mechanism as claimed in claim 2, wherein:
the first end of the second limiting rod is fixed with a limiting block, and the limiting block and the second end of the first supporting rod are respectively positioned at two sides of the second supporting rod.
4. A folding mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
a fifth sliding sleeve is matched on the second supporting rod in a sliding manner, and the fifth sliding sleeve is closer to the second end part of the second supporting rod relative to the second hinge point;
the fifth sliding sleeve is hinged with the first driving rod and/or the second driving rod, and a hinged shaft is parallel to the first axis.
5. A folding mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein:
the first end part of the first limiting rod and the first driving rod are hinged to a ninth hinge point, the ninth hinge point is closer to the first end part of the first driving rod relative to the third hinge point, and the first limiting rod and the first driving rod can rotate around a ninth axis passing through the ninth hinge point;
a third sliding sleeve is matched on the first supporting rod in a sliding mode, and the third sliding sleeve is closer to the second end of the first supporting rod relative to the second sliding sleeve; the second end of the first limiting rod and the third sliding sleeve are hinged to a fifteenth hinge point, and the first limiting rod and the third sliding sleeve can rotate around a fifteenth axis of the fifteenth hinge point;
the ninth axis, the fifteenth axis and the first axis are parallel to each other.
6. A folding mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein:
the first end part of the second supporting rod extends out of the extension section along the length direction of the second supporting rod;
the first end part of the armrest rod and the first sliding sleeve are hinged to a sixteenth hinge point, and the armrest and the first sliding sleeve can rotate around a sixteenth axis of the sixteenth hinge point;
a fourth sliding sleeve is slidably matched on the grab rail, the end part of the extension section and the fourth sliding sleeve are hinged at a seventeenth hinge point, and the extension section and the fourth sliding sleeve can rotate around a seventeenth axis passing through the seventeenth hinge point;
the sixteenth axis, the seventeenth axis and the first axis are parallel to each other.
7. A folding chair comprising two folding mechanisms according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that:
the two folding mechanisms are plane-symmetric about the first plane; the first axis is perpendicular to the first plane;
the folding chair comprises a first X-shaped folding frame and a second X-shaped folding frame;
the first X-shaped folding frame comprises two first transmission rods, the middle parts of the two first transmission rods are hinged to a seventh hinge point, the two first transmission rods can rotate around a seventh axis of the seventh hinge point, and the seventh axis is located on a first plane;
the first driving rod and the first connecting piece are hinged to a ninth hinge point, and can rotate around a ninth axis;
the second end part of the first supporting rod is hinged with a second connecting piece, the second end part of the first supporting rod and the second connecting piece are hinged with a tenth hinge point, the first supporting rod and the second connecting piece can rotate around a tenth axis of the tenth hinge point, and the tenth axis is perpendicular to the first plane;
the first end parts of the two first transmission rods are respectively hinged with the two first connecting pieces at two eleventh hinging points, two eleventh axes respectively pass through the two eleventh hinging points and are parallel to the seventh axis, and the first transmission rods and the first connecting pieces can rotate around tenth axes passing through the first transmission rods and the first connecting pieces;
the second end parts of the two first transmission rods are respectively hinged with two second connecting pieces at two twelfth hinge points, two twelfth axes respectively pass through the two twelfth hinge points and are parallel to the seventh axis, and the first transmission rods and the second connecting pieces can rotate around the twelfth axes passing through the first transmission rods and the second connecting pieces;
the second X-shaped folding frame comprises two second transmission rods, the middle parts of the two second transmission rods are hinged to an eighth hinge point, the two second transmission rods can rotate around an eighth axis of the eighth hinge point, and the eighth axis is located on a first plane;
a third connecting piece is hinged to the first driving rod, the third connecting piece and the first driving rod are hinged to the fourth hinge point, and the third connecting piece can rotate around the fourth axis;
the first end parts of the two second transmission rods are respectively hinged with the two first sliding sleeves at two thirteenth hinge points, two thirteenth axes respectively pass through the two thirteenth hinge points and are parallel to the eighth axis, and the second transmission rods and the first sliding sleeves can rotate around a thirteenth axis passing through the second transmission rods and the first sliding sleeves;
the second ends of the two second transmission rods are respectively hinged with the two third connecting pieces at two fourteenth hinging points, two fourteenth axes respectively pass through the two fourteenth hinging points and are parallel to the eighth axis, and the second transmission rods and the third connecting pieces can rotate around a fourteenth axis passing through the second transmission rods and the third connecting pieces.
