背景技术
茄子,茄科,茄属植物。茄子为直立分枝草本至亚灌木,高可达1米,小枝,叶柄及花梗均被6~10枝分枝,平贴或具短柄的星状绒毛,小枝多为紫色(野生的往往有皮刺),渐老则毛被逐渐脱落。叶大,卵形至长圆状卵形,叶柄长约2~4.5厘米(野生的具皮刺)。能孕花单生,花柄长约1-1.8厘米,毛被较密。果的形状大小变异极大。果的形状有长或圆,颜色有白、红、紫等。果可供蔬食。根、茎、叶入药,为收敛剂,有利尿之效,叶也可以作麻醉剂。种子为消肿药,也用为刺激剂,但容易引起胃弱及便秘,果生食可解食菌中毒。
在现有的茄子种植技术中,包括播种种植和育苗种植,大多数种植户在种植前均对茄子种子进行催芽,以促进茄子发芽生根效果,缩短茄子生长周期。
茄子的种皮是一种很厚的革质角质层,并附着很多果胶物质,水分和氧气很难进入,而茄子发芽时对氧较为敏感,如果水分过多,种子吸水过度,使种皮更加致密,氧气就难以透过,从而造成种子内部缺氧,延迟发芽时间,发芽率也会降低。如果种子的催芽时间过长,容易导致种芽长短不一,也易发生腐烂现象,种子催芽育苗不合格,造成茄子催芽过程中种子腐烂或失活,降低催芽效率,同时造成幼苗后期生长不平衡,茄子幼苗长势相差较大,茄子本身的缺陷延长后期茄子的成熟周期,增加种植户种植成本,降低种植户经济收入。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,增大茄子种子的催芽育苗效果,提高茄子幼苗生长优势,缩短茄子生长周期,本发明提供了一种茄子的催芽育苗方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种茄子的催芽育苗方法,包括以下步骤:
a、种子预处理:挑选无腐烂、无霉变、颗粒饱满成熟的种子置于土豆汁中浸泡12~14h,土豆汁温度27~30℃恒定不变,先去除表层漂浮种子后再打捞汁液下种子,置于清水中淘洗干净表层粘液,沥干表层水分备用;
b、河沙制备:取大量颗粒直径1mm的河沙,洗净后选用130~135℃的热风烘干,冷却至50℃时放入浸泡过种子的土豆汁中,边搅拌边浸泡1~1.5h,搅拌速度250~300r/min,捞出沥干水分,至河沙湿润但不滴水时混入备用茄子种子,混合均匀,混合比例10~12:1;
c、种子催芽:取纱布置于土豆汁完全浸湿,拧干至纱布湿润但不滴水,平铺于通风温室的苗床上,取混入种子后的河沙平铺于纱布上方,厚度0.5~1cm,再覆盖一层湿润但不滴水的纱布,催芽2~3d后撤离表层纱布,控制温室环境不变,继续催芽;
d、种子育苗:待种子发芽且芽长1~1.5mm后连同河沙散播于苗床上,并覆盖一层1cm厚的营养土,之后按常规茄子种植方法种植管理幼苗。
优选的,所述土豆汁包括以下重量份原料:
土豆20~25份、红薯8~12份、艾草1~3份、烟草1~2份、黄连1~2份、赤霉素1~3份、草木灰1~3份、高锰酸钾2~3份、磷酸氢二钠2~4份、碳酸氢钾0.5~1份、花椒粉1~2份。
优选的,所述土豆汁制备方法如下:
分别取新鲜红薯、土豆、艾草、黄连,置于-20℃的冷冻室中冷冻至表面结冰,取出放入室温下自由解冻,切碎,加入总物料5倍质量的无菌清水,混合榨汁备用;
分别取所需重量份烟草,烘干至含水量≤11%,粉碎过20目筛,加入烟草碎末3倍质量的去离子水,加热至100℃后恒温浸提10min,冷却至室温,经脱脂棉过滤后抽滤,滤液浓缩至原体积的1/5备用;
向混合土豆汁中加入所需重量份草木灰、磷酸氢二钠、碳酸氢钾、花椒粉,混合搅拌30~35min后加入备用烟草浓缩液、高锰酸钾、赤霉素,搅拌混匀后静置3~5h,过滤,即得土豆汁。
优选的,步骤(c)中,所述温室空气湿度为65~70%,白天温度为25~28℃,夜间温度16~20℃,早中晚各通风30~35min,白天室内自然光照时间8~12h。
优选的,步骤(d)中,所述营养土包括以下重量份原料:

步骤二、河沙制备:取大量颗粒直径1mm的河沙,洗净后选用135℃的热风烘干,冷却至50℃时放入浸泡过种子的土豆汁中,边搅拌边浸泡1.5h,搅拌速度300r/min,捞出沥干水分,至河沙湿润但不滴水时混入备用茄子种子,混合均匀,混合比例12:1;
步骤三、种子催芽:取纱布置于土豆汁完全浸湿,拧干至纱布湿润但不滴水,平铺于通风温室的苗床上,取混入种子后的河沙平铺于纱布上方,厚度1cm,再覆盖一层湿润但不滴水的纱布,催芽2d后撤离表层纱布,控制温室空气湿度为70%,白天温度为28℃,夜间温度20℃,早中晚各通风30min,白天室内自然光照时间10h,继续催芽;
步骤四、种子育苗:在育苗苗床上铺盖一层3cm厚的蛭石与刨花混合物,混合比例1:2,再铺盖一层56cm厚的营养土,待种子发芽且芽长1.5mm后连同河沙散播于苗床上,并覆盖一层1cm厚的营养土,之后按常规茄子种植方法种植管理幼苗。
在本实施例中,所述土豆汁包括以下重量份原料:
土豆25份、红薯12份、艾草3份、烟草2份、黄连2份、赤霉素3份、草木灰3份、高锰酸钾3份、磷酸氢二钠4份、碳酸氢钾1份、花椒粉2份。
在本实施例中,所述土豆汁制备方法如下:
分别取新鲜红薯、土豆、艾草、黄连,置于-20℃的冷冻室中冷冻至表面结冰,取出放入室温下自由解冻,切碎,加入总物料5倍质量的无菌清水,混合榨汁备用;
分别取所需重量份烟草,烘干至含水量811%,粉碎过20目筛,加入烟草碎末3倍质量的去离子水,加热至100℃后恒温浸提10min,冷却至室温,经脱脂棉过滤后抽滤,滤液浓缩至原体积的1/5备用;
向混合土豆汁中加入所需重量份草木灰、磷酸氢二钠、碳酸氢钾、花椒粉,混合搅拌35min后加入备用烟草浓缩液、高锰酸钾、赤霉素,搅拌混匀后静置5h,过滤,即得土豆汁。
在本实施例中,所述营养土包括以下重量份原料:
干燥荷花池淤泥15份、硅藻土8份、粉煤灰7份、草木灰20份、生石灰3份、腐殖土12份、蒜地表层土12份、葱地表层土8份、腐熟干鸡粪8份、多菌灵1.5份。
对比例1
在本对比例中,选用清水浸泡茄子种子12h,其他催芽育苗方法和条件与实施例1完全相同,具体催芽育苗结果如表一所示。
对比例2
在本对比例中,选用200mg/kg的赤霉素溶液浸泡茄子种子24小时后催芽。其他催芽育苗方法和条件与实施例1完全相同,具体催芽育苗结果如表一所示。
对比例3
在本对比例中,选用与本发明提供的土豆汁相同的原料制成的汁液浸泡茄子种子12h,但各原料榨汁前不经冷冻,其他催芽育苗方法和条件与实施例1完全相同,具体催芽育苗结果如表一所示。
表1记载了实施例和对比例的催芽育苗效果。

综上所述,本发明提供的技术方案能有效提高茄子种子发芽率,芽苗存活率,幼苗移栽存活率,让茄子提前上市,满足市场需要,增大种植户经济收入。

Claims (6)

1.一种茄子的催芽育苗方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、种子预处理:挑选无腐烂、无霉变、颗粒饱满成熟的种子置于土豆汁中浸泡12~14h,土豆汁温度27~30℃恒定不变,先去除表层漂浮种子后再打捞汁液下种子,置于清水中淘洗干净表层粘液,沥干表层水分备用;
b、河沙制备:取大量颗粒直径1mm的河沙,洗净后选用130~135℃的热风烘干,冷却至50℃时放入浸泡过种子的土豆汁中,边搅拌边浸泡1~1.5h,搅拌速度250~300r/min,捞出沥干水分,至河沙湿润但不滴水时混入备用茄子种子,混合均匀,混合比例10~12:1;
c、种子催芽:取纱布置于土豆汁完全浸湿,拧干至纱布湿润但不滴水,平铺于通风温室的苗床上,取混入种子后的河沙平铺于纱布上方,厚度0.5~1cm,再覆盖一层湿润但不滴水的纱布,催芽2~3d后撤离表层纱布,控制温室环境不变,继续催芽;
d、种子育苗:待种子发芽且芽长1~1.5mm后连同河沙散播于苗床上,并覆盖一层1cm厚的营养土,之后按常规茄子种植方法种植管理幼苗。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种茄子的催芽育苗方法,其特征在于,所述土豆汁包括以下重量份原料:
土豆20~25份、红薯8~12份、艾草1~3份、烟草1~2份、黄连1~2份、赤霉素1~3份、草木灰1~3份、高锰酸钾2~3份、磷酸氢二钠2~4份、碳酸氢钾0.5~1份、花椒粉1~2份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种茄子的催芽育苗方法,其特征在于,所述土豆汁制备方法如下:
分别取新鲜红薯、土豆、艾草、黄连,置于-20℃的冷冻室中冷冻至表面结冰,取出放入室温下自由解冻,切碎,加入总物料5倍质量的无菌清水,混合榨汁备用;
分别取所需重量份烟草,烘干至含水量≤11%,粉碎过20目筛,加入烟草碎末3倍质量的去离子水,加热至100℃后恒温浸提10min,冷却至室温,经脱脂棉过滤后抽滤,滤液浓缩至原体积的1/5备用;
向混合土豆汁中加入所需重量份草木灰、磷酸氢二钠、碳酸氢钾、花椒粉,混合搅拌30~35min后加入备用烟草浓缩液、高锰酸钾、赤霉素,搅拌混匀后静置3~5h,过滤,即得土豆汁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种茄子的催芽育苗方法,其特征在于,步骤(c)中,所述温室空气湿度为65~70%,白天温度为25~28℃,夜间温度16~20℃,早中晚各通风30~35min,白天室内自然光照时间8~12h。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种茄子的催芽育苗方法,其特征在于,步骤(d)中,所述营养土包括以下重量份原料:
干燥荷花池淤泥12~15份、硅藻土5~8份、粉煤灰4~7份、草木灰15~20份、生石灰1~3份、腐殖土10~12份、蒜地表层土8~12份、葱地表层土5~8份、腐熟干鸡粪5~8份、多菌灵1~1.5份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种茄子的催芽育苗方法,其特征在于,步骤(d)中,在散播茄子种子时,还需在苗床上铺盖一层2~3cm厚的蛭石与刨花混合物,混合比例1:2,再铺盖一层5~6cm厚的营养土。
