Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent dimming lighting system for underground coal mines and explosion-proof areas, which is characterized in that: the system comprises a lighting control center and a lighting terminal; the lighting control center comprises a controller, and the controller is connected with a power supply device; the lighting terminal comprises an installation shell installed in a coal mine underground and explosion-proof area, a box body is arranged in the installation shell, a circuit board is installed in the box body, and an environment monitoring module, a voice communication module, a relay and a radio frequency device are installed on the circuit board. Two sides of the installation shell are respectively provided with two rotating motors, the rotating motors are respectively connected with two rotating devices in a transmission way, the lower ends of the rotating devices are provided with illuminating lamps, the two sides of the rotating devices are provided with rotating plates, four sensors are arranged inside the rotating plates, and the four sensors are respectively a gas sensor, an oxygen concentration sensor, an infrared sensor and an image sensor, so that on-site road conditions can be monitored and recorded in real time. The intelligent light-adjusting camera is reasonable in design, is arranged at a proper position under a coal mine, does not need to be worn by workers, avoids the phenomenon of collision, has the functions of intelligent light adjustment, camera shooting and alarm, is higher in practicability, and is suitable for popularization.

Background
The development of economy requires more and more coal and also puts higher demands on the production of coal mines. Most of the existing lighting devices used underground by coal mine workers are portable miner lamps and head lamps, but the portable miner lamps occupy hands of the workers and influence the operation; head lamp, restraint workman's activity and increase head heavy burden. Wearable devices with flexible displays are currently disclosed on the market, but the wearable devices are only used for decoration and detection of body indexes of a wearer, and cannot be used for special functions such as underground illumination of a coal mine.

The controller is connected with the power supply device and is connected with the rotating motor, the environment monitoring module, the voice communication module, the relay, the radio frequency device, the buzzer, the warning lamp, the illuminating lamp, the gas sensor, the oxygen concentration sensor, the infrared sensor and the image sensor through wires and signal wires.
As an optimized technical scheme, the controller adopts a personal computer; the power supply device adopts a UPS power supply.
As an optimized technical scheme, the rotating device comprises a transmission shaft and a transmission gear which are connected on a mounting shell through a shaft, wherein a main gear is arranged on the transmission shaft and meshed with the transmission gear; the transmission gear is connected with an illuminating lamp; the upper portion both sides of light are provided with the baffle, and install travel switch on the installation shell, travel switch connection director.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the intelligent dimming lighting system for underground coal mine and explosion-proof areas comprises a lighting control center and a lighting terminal.
The illumination control center comprises a controller, and the controller is connected with a power supply device. The controller adopts a personal computer; the power supply device adopts a UPS power supply. And the controller is connected with an antenna. The controller is connected with the power supply device and is connected with the rotating motor, the environment monitoring module, the voice communication module, the relay, the radio frequency device, the buzzer, the warning lamp, the illuminating lamp, the gas sensor, the oxygen concentration sensor, the infrared sensor and the image sensor through wires and signal wires.
The lighting terminal comprises an installation shell which is installed in a coal mine underground and explosion-proof area, a box body 1 is arranged in the installation shell, a circuit board is installed in the box body 1, and an environment monitoring module, a voice communication module relay and a radio frequency device are installed on the circuit board. Two rotating motors are respectively arranged on two sides of the mounting shell, the two rotating motors are respectively connected with two rotating devices in a transmission mode, and the lower end of each rotating device is provided with an illuminating lamp 12;
the rotating device comprises a transmission shaft 3 and a transmission gear 13 which are connected on the mounting shell through shafts, a main gear 2 is arranged on the transmission shaft 3, and the main gear 2 is meshed with the transmission gear 13. The transmission gear 13 is connected with an illuminating lamp 12. The baffle 14 is arranged on two sides of the upper part of the illuminating lamp 12, and a travel switch is arranged on the mounting shell and connected with a controller.
The two sides of the installation shell are respectively provided with an installation seat 8, the installation seat 8 is connected with a rotating shaft 7 in a shaft way, the rotating shaft 7 is provided with a driving wheel and a rotating plate 9, and the rotating plate 9 is uniformly provided with a plurality of sensors 8. The driving wheel is connected with the driving shaft 3 through a driving belt 4 in a driving way. The illuminating lamp 12 and the rotating plate 9 realize the same-direction rotation. In addition, a rubber gasket 11 is arranged on the side surface of the mounting shell to play a role in buffering the rotating plate.
The upper end both sides of installation shell are provided with connecting seat 6, are provided with connecting plate 5 of vertical design on the connecting seat 6. The installation shell is provided with an early warning lamp and a buzzer which are connected with the controller.
The intelligent light-adjusting camera is reasonable in design, is arranged at a proper position under a coal mine, does not need to be worn by workers, avoids the phenomenon of collision, has the functions of intelligent light adjustment, camera shooting and alarm, is high in practicability, and is suitable for popularization.

the lower end of each rotating device is provided with an illuminating lamp, two sides of each rotating device are provided with rotating plates, and the transmission gears are connected with the illuminating lamps; the two sides of the upper part of the illuminating lamp are provided with baffle plates, the mounting shell is provided with travel switches, two sides of the mounting shell are respectively provided with a mounting seat, the mounting seats are connected with a rotating shaft through shafts, and the rotating shaft is provided with a driving wheel and the rotating plate; four sensors are arranged in the rotating plate, and are a gas sensor, an oxygen concentration sensor, an infrared sensor and an image sensor respectively;
