本发明具体涉及一种同轴特种大电流脉冲电缆。
背景技术.
电磁炮脉冲功率发生器感生电动势产生大的冲击波,使原有的电缆产生变形损坏,达不到连续工作的要求,影响了正常使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明提供一种同轴特种大电流脉冲电缆。
一种同轴特种大电流脉冲电缆, 所述电缆由内而外依次包括内导体、绕包层、内绝缘层,绝缘保护层、外导体、包带层以及外绝缘层;所述内导体和外导体为同心结构。
优选的,所述外绝缘层外部还设有一外护层。
优选的,所述内导体由绞合内芯和编织层组成;外导体由多层细铜丝编织而成。
优选的,所述绕包层采用半导电带或高温氟塑绝缘带;所述内绝缘层和外绝缘层绝缘层采用高压硅橡胶;所述绝缘保护层采用玻纤丝编织。
优选的,所述外护层的材质为聚氨酯。
本发明提供了一种同轴特种大电流脉冲电缆,与现有的电缆相比,本发明中的电缆具有同心导体,减少了涡流损耗,且导体结构为编织型的,抗拉性能、柔软性特别好,对外力的影响不大,所以本发明具有很好的稳定性和抗冲击性。

图1所示,一种同轴特种大电流脉冲电缆, 所述电缆由内而外依次包括内导体、绕包层3、内绝缘层4,绝缘保护层5、外导体6、包带层7以及外绝缘层8;所述内导体和外导体6为同心结构。
所述外绝缘层8外部还设有一外护层9。
所述内导体由绞合内芯1和编织层2组成;外导体6由多层细铜丝编织而成。
所述绕包层3采用半导电带或高温氟塑绝缘带;所述内绝缘层4和外绝缘层8绝缘层采用高压硅橡胶;所述绝缘保护层5采用玻纤丝编织。
所述外护层9的材质为聚氨酯。

1.一种同轴特种大电流脉冲电缆,其特征在于, 所述电缆由内而外依次包括内导体、绕包层、内绝缘层,绝缘保护层、外导体、包带层以及外绝缘层;所述内导体和外导体为同心结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的同轴特种大电流脉冲电缆,其特征在于,所述外绝缘层外部还设有一外护层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的同轴特种大电流脉冲电缆,其特征在于,所述内导体由绞合内芯和编织层组成;外导体由多层细铜丝编织而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的同轴特种大电流脉冲电缆,其特征在于,所述绕包层采用半导电带或高温氟塑绝缘带;所述内绝缘层和外绝缘层绝缘层采用高压硅橡胶;所述绝缘保护层采用玻纤丝编织。
