The present invention provides an outdoor unit 100 for an air conditioner, which is intended to reduce the noise transmitted to the outside when the compressor assembly 20 is in operation.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, an air conditioner outdoor unit 100 according to the present invention includes:
a housing 10, wherein the housing 10 is provided with a containing cavity 10a;
a compressor assembly 20, wherein the compressor assembly 20 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 10a;
damping particles 30, the damping particles 30 being accommodated between the compressor assembly 20 and a chamber wall of the accommodation chamber 10a;
a viscous member 50, the viscous member 50 being located at an upper end of the damping particle 30; and
and the heating device 70 is in contact with the adhesive member 50 to heat the adhesive member 50, so that the adhesive member 50 deforms to cover the upper surface of the damping particles 30 and the cavity mouth at the upper end of the accommodating cavity 10a is blocked.
According to the technical scheme, the damping particles 30 are arranged between the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 10a and the compressor assembly 20, when the compressor assembly 20 works, vibration generated by the compressor assembly 20 can be transmitted to the damping particles 30, and the damping particles 30 in the accommodating cavity 10a can collide and rub with each other, so that vibration kinetic energy of the compressor assembly 20 can be converted into friction heat energy and is discharged through the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 10a, vibration of the compressor assembly 20 can be relieved, and working noise of the compressor assembly 20 is reduced. And because the damping particles 30 surround the vibration source, the sound waves of vibration noise are transmitted through the damping particles 30 and then transmitted to the external environment in the transmission process, and the damping particles 30 attenuate the sound waves, so that the energy of the sound waves is reduced, and the working noise of the compressor assembly 20 is further reduced.
The adhesive member 50 and the heating means 70 are provided, and after the damping particles 30 are filled, the adhesive member 50 at the upper end of the damping particles 30 is heated by the heating means 70 so that the adhesive member 50 is melted and flows on the upper end surface of the damping particles 30, and finally a sealing layer is formed at the upper end of the damping particles 30. The sealing layer can prevent the damping particles 30 from leaking during transportation or falling of the air conditioner outdoor unit 100, and the orifice at the upper end of the accommodating chamber 10a from leaking.
In one embodiment of the present application, the compressor assembly 20 includes a compressor (not shown) and an air inlet tube (not shown) in communication with the compressor for introducing a refrigerant into the compressor, and an air outlet tube (not shown) for delivering the refrigerant from the compressor to an internal circuit of an air conditioner. It will be appreciated that the damping particles 30 fill up gaps between the compressor, the air inlet pipe, the air outlet pipe and the like, thereby effectively reducing pulsation between the compressor, the air inlet pipe, the air outlet pipe and the like and reducing noise generated by vibration.
Alternatively, the adhesive member 50 is rosin, paraffin, thermoplastic, or PU glue.
Resin secreted by pine trunks and products of physiological activities of trees are in viscous liquid or blocky solid in air.
Paraffin wax is also called crystalline wax, hydrocarbon mixture with 18-30 carbon atoms, and has main component of straight-chain alkane (about 80-95%), small amount of branched alkane and long side chain monocyclic cycloalkane (total content of two is below 20%). Paraffin is a flaky or needle-like crystal obtained by refining a lubricating oil fraction obtained by distilling crude oil by solvent refining, solvent dewaxing or by freeze-crystallizing wax, squeezing to dewax to obtain a wax extract, deoiling, and refining.
Thermoplastic plastics are a broad class of plastics. Plastics based on thermoplastic resins. Sometimes it is also used in combination with thermoplastic resins indiscriminately. Typically having a chain-like linear structure. Softening by heating, and repeatedly molding.
PU glue is commonly known as white glue, and the chemical name is polyurethane resin. The polyurethane adhesive has strong activity, so that the polyurethane adhesive has good adhesive property to various materials, and has good adhesive property and sealing property to metals, marble, ceramics, glass, cement products, wood and most plastic products. Meanwhile, the adhesive has excellent bonding fastness, good heat and weather resistance, no color, translucency, environmental protection, no toxicity and convenient operation.
Further, the PU adhesive comprises polyurethane resin, a tackifier and an antioxidant, and the proportion is as follows: 6:3:1. The viscosity and oxidation resistance of the PU adhesive can be improved by adding the tackifier and the antioxidant into the polyurethane resin, so that the comprehensive performance of the PU adhesive is more excellent. Wherein, the polyurethane resin occupies 6 parts to ensure the basic performance of the PU adhesive, and the performance of the PU adhesive is affected when the polyurethane resin occupies less than 6 parts. The adhesion promoter accounts for 3 parts, so that the basic performance of the PU adhesive is ensured, and the viscosity of the PU adhesive can be further enhanced. The antioxidant accounts for 1 part, can ensure the basic oxidation resistance of the PU adhesive, and does not influence the adhesive property of the PU adhesive.
In an embodiment of the present application, the heating device 70 includes a driving member 71 and a heating plate 73, where a lower end of the driving member 71 is connected to the heating plate 73, and drives the heating plate 73 to move up and down so as to heat in abutment with the adhesive member 50.
The driving member 71 may be a gear ring driving method or a worm and gear driving method, and is driven by a driving motor. The filling height of the damping particles 30 can be adjusted by driving the heating plate 73 up and down by the driving member 71, so that it is possible to conveniently replace different kinds of compressors.
Further, the heating plate 73 is a resistance heating plate. The resistance heating plate has a simple structure and generally comprises a plate-shaped body and a heating pipe arranged on the plate-shaped body. The resistance heating plate is used for heating, so that the cost can be saved, and heating pipes with different specifications can be adopted to improve the heating efficiency.
In an embodiment of the present application, the area S1 of the heating plate 73 and the area S2 of the cavity opening at the upper end of the accommodating cavity 10a satisfy: S1/S2 is less than or equal to 1/2 and less than or equal to 2/3.
The space occupied by the heating plate 73 is not so small that if it is less than 1/2S2, melting of the adhesive member 50 is not facilitated. Nor too large, if so, to interfere with the assembly of the compressor assembly 20. The method comprises the following steps: s1/s2=0.5, 0.6, 0.66.
In an embodiment of the present application, the housing 10 includes a chassis 11, a side plate 13 surrounding an outer edge of the chassis 11, and a middle partition 15 dividing the housing 10 into a heat exchange cavity 10b and a containing cavity 10a, where a sound insulation cotton is disposed between the middle partition 15 and the chassis 11.
The arrangement of the soundproof cotton can have the effect of isolating the volume. Meanwhile, the heat exchanger 90 and the fan are arranged in the heat exchange cavity 10b, and the soundproof cotton can prevent the damping particles 30 from leaking into the heat exchange cavity 10b from the chassis 11.
Further, in order to make the installation of the soundproof cotton more stable, the one end of the middle partition plate 15 facing the chassis 11 is bent and extended to form a flange, the flange is attached to the chassis 11, and the soundproof cotton is clamped between the flange and the chassis 11.
Further, one surface of the soundproof cotton is adhered to the lower surface of the burring, and the other surface is adhered to the upper surface of the chassis 11, so that the soundproof cotton is more conveniently and rapidly installed and adhered.
Of course, the installation can also be realized in a screwed mode, specifically: the flanging is provided with a first abdicating hole, the soundproof cotton is provided with a second abdicating hole, the chassis 11 is provided with a screw hole, the air conditioner outdoor unit 100 further comprises a screw-connection piece, and one screw-connection piece sequentially penetrates through the first abdicating hole and the second abdicating hole to be screw-connected with the screw hole.
In one embodiment of the present application, the particle size of the damping particles 30 is between 0.01mm and 5mm. When the diameters of the damping particles 30 are set between 0.01mm and 5mm (for example, 0.01mm, 0.05mm, 0.1mm, 1mm, 2.5mm and 5 mm), mutual friction among the damping particles 30 can be better realized, so that vibration kinetic energy of the compressor assembly 20 can be converted into friction heat energy and discharged through the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 10a, vibration of the compressor assembly 20 can be reduced, and working noise of the compressor assembly 20 is reduced. And because a plurality of damping particles 30 surround the vibration source, the sound wave of vibration noise is transmitted through the damping particles 30 and then transmitted to the external environment in the transmission process, and the plurality of damping particles 30 can attenuate the sound wave better, thereby reducing the energy of the sound wave and further reducing the working noise of the compressor assembly 20.
The damping particles 30 are made of rubber or silica gel or plastic, and the rubber, the silica gel and the plastic have good wear resistance, high elasticity, high breaking strength and high elongation, are insulating, cannot influence the internal circuit of the air conditioner, and can well realize the damping and noise elimination effects.
The invention also provides an air conditioner, the air conditioner comprises an air conditioner outdoor unit 100, and the specific structure of the air conditioner outdoor unit 100 refers to the above embodiments, and because the air conditioner adopts all the technical schemes of all the embodiments, the air conditioner at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiments, and the description is omitted herein.
The air conditioning outdoor unit 100 includes:
a housing 10, wherein the housing 10 is provided with a containing cavity 10a;
a compressor assembly 20, wherein the compressor assembly 20 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 10a;
damping particles 30, the damping particles 30 being accommodated between the compressor assembly 20 and a chamber wall of the accommodation chamber 10a;
a viscous member 50, the viscous member 50 being located at an upper end of the damping particle 30; and
and the heating device 70 is in contact with the adhesive member 50 to heat the adhesive member 50, so that the adhesive member 50 deforms to cover the upper surface of the damping particles 30 and the cavity mouth at the upper end of the accommodating cavity 10a is blocked.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
