Abstract
本发明涉及一种可溶卡瓦的制造方法以及由该方法制造的可溶卡瓦。其中,所述制造方法,其依序包括以下步骤:(1)将粘合剂与固体颗粒混合;(2)在卡瓦本体的表面上涂覆步骤(1)制得的混合物;以及(3)使步骤(2)中涂覆的混合物固化。根据本发明的制造方法制造的可溶卡瓦不仅具有较强的与井筒内壁的锚定力,并且在完成压裂之后,能够调节卡瓦的溶解速率,使其在设定的时间内降解,并且所述可溶卡瓦还具有较好的耐磨性,适应各种温度条件,以及在浓酸或浓碱的环境中仍可正常工作。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于石油钻探领域,涉及一种可溶卡瓦的制造方法以及由该方法制造的可溶卡瓦。
背景技术
随着全球油气田的开发和能源的不断耗竭,非常规油气将成为未来石油天然气能源的重要接替者。超重原油、油砂油、致密油、页岩油等非常规石油以及致密砂岩气、页岩气、煤层气等非常规天然气资源储量比常规油气储量更高,这存在着无限的勘探开发潜力。但是由于非常规石油储层具有比重大、杂质多、粘度大以及非常规天然气储层具有低孔、特低渗透的特征,导致这些油气的开采成本较高,但随着常规油气资源的减少和生产成本上升,对非常规油气的开发利用越来越受到重视。针对这类非常规油气藏的开采,可以首先进行储层改造,以有效提高单井产量。目前常用的是压裂等技术。
在石油领域,压裂是指采油或采气过程中,利用水力或高能气体的作用而使油气层形成裂缝的一种方法,压裂是人为地使地层产生裂缝,改善油气在地下的流动环境,使油气井产量增加,对改善井底流动条件、改善油层流动状况等可起到非常重要的作用。
在压裂过程中,首先向井下投放压裂工具(如桥塞、滑套、分割器等),通过卡瓦将其固定于油气井的某一段中,然后向井中打压,这时卡瓦在高达70MPa的压力下需要高强度附着在井筒内壁上,以便顺利完成压裂操作。在完成压裂后,为了实现井筒的全通径,保证油气的产量,需要将压裂工具拆除。现有的拆除方法可包括直接钻除。然而,由于压裂工具留在井内长度较长,数量较多,使得钻除耗时较长,耽误油气井的后期生产。
对此,研究人员设计了可溶卡瓦,其能够在压裂之后在井下自行完全溶解或降解,形成小的颗粒和碎块,并通过返排工艺将其连同压裂工具返排到地面或者直接推入井底,这样能大大的提高生产效率,降低后期油井的维修的生产成本,提高油气的产量。
发明内容
[技术问题]
经过对目前已有的可溶卡瓦进行研究,发明人发现,可溶卡瓦的自身强度比较低,不耐摩擦和不耐冲蚀,而且可溶卡瓦本体的表面易氧化、焊接困难。为了解决上述缺陷,本发明人进行了深入研究并获得了本发明。
本发明提供了一种可溶卡瓦的制造方法,其除了能够在压裂之后在井下自行完全溶解或降解之外,还能够调节卡瓦的溶解速率,使其在设定的时间内降解,并且制造的卡瓦具有较好的耐磨性,适应各种温度条件,以及在浓酸或浓碱的环境中仍可正常工作。
此外,本发明还提供了一种由上述方法制造的可溶卡瓦。
[技术方案]
根据本发明的一个实施方式,提供了一种可溶卡瓦的制造方法,其依序包括以下步骤:
(1)将粘合剂与固体颗粒混合;
(2)在卡瓦本体的表面上涂覆步骤(1)制得的混合物;以及
(3)使步骤(2)中涂覆的混合物固化。
在本发明的可溶卡瓦的制造方法中,
所述粘合剂可以包含一种或多种有机或无机胶粘剂,
所述固体颗粒可以包括高强度颗粒和可溶性颗粒中的至少一种,优选同时包括高强度颗粒和可溶性颗粒。所述高强度颗粒可以为由选自陶瓷、金刚石、碳化硅、立方氮化硼、氧化锆、氧化铝等中的一种以上制得的颗粒,所述可溶性颗粒可以为由金属与陶瓷粉体复合形成的自溶解材料制得的颗粒,以及
所述卡瓦本体包含能够在纯水、钾盐溶液、钠盐溶液、钙盐溶液、镁盐溶液、无机酸等中溶解的材料。例如,所述卡瓦本体包含能够在选自氯化钠、氯化钾、氯化钙、氯化镁、硫酸钠、硫酸镁、盐酸等中的至少一种中溶解的材料。
此外,所述粘合剂与固体颗粒的混合重量比不做限定,只要能粘合在所述卡瓦本体上即可。
优选地,在上述步骤(1)中,有机或无机胶粘剂可以包括丙烯酸酯胶粘剂、酚醛树脂胶粘剂、环氧树脂胶粘剂、橡胶硫化胶粘剂等。
所述固体颗粒的粒度可以为2μm至5mm。
所述高强度颗粒具有较高的硬度,其可以起到提高可溶卡瓦的锚定效果以及耐磨耐充实的作用。
所述可溶性颗粒能够促进所述粘合剂与可粘工艺的调配溶解,因而其可以在压裂后促进涂覆的涂层的降解和分解。例如,优选地,所述可溶性颗粒为采用金属原料(如选自铁、镁、铝、铜、硅、钙、镍、锌、钛中的两种或两种以上)与陶瓷粉体(如选自硅藻土、沸石、白炭黑、云母、蛭石中的一种或多种)通过粉末冶金工艺或熔炼浇铸成型工艺而复合形成的自溶解材料。此外,所述可溶性颗粒可以为,例如,由发明专利申请CN201410609926.0所公开的自溶解材料制得的颗粒,其内容以引用的方式并入本文中。
所述高强度颗粒和可溶性颗粒的重量比不做限定,可以根据性能需要而确定。
所述卡瓦本体的形状和构造可为本领域常用的形状和构造。并且,所述卡瓦本体的材料不做特别的限定,只要其包含能够在上述纯水或溶液(例如,含有该溶液成分的石油领域中的压裂液或返排液)中溶解的材料即可。例如,所述卡瓦本体可以包含镁、铝、锌等金属元素,如所述卡瓦本体的材料可以为镁合金、铝合金、镁铝合金等,还可以包含可溶有机物等,但不限于此。
优选地,在上述步骤(2)中,由步骤(1)制得的混合物的涂覆厚度可以为0.01mm至5mm。
优选地,在上述步骤(3)中,所述固化的方法可以为本领域常用的使粘合剂固化的方法,如冷固化、常温固化、热固化、紫外线固化及橡胶硫化等,但不限于此。
此外,根据本发明的可溶卡瓦的制造方法可以进一步在步骤(2)之前包括提高卡瓦本体的比表面积的步骤。所述提高卡瓦本体的比表面积的步骤可以采取清洗、喷砂、车花纹、增加沟槽等工艺进行,但不限于此。提高卡瓦本体的比表面积有利于扩大涂覆的混合物与卡瓦的粘接面积,从而增加与所述固体颗粒的粘结强度,同时降低了对卡瓦本体的表面的磨损,以及可在根据本发明的可溶卡瓦下井过程中减少所述固体颗粒由于碰撞井筒内壁而导致的脱落。
此外,根据本发明的可溶卡瓦的制造方法可以进一步在步骤(3)之后包括在可溶卡瓦的表面涂覆防护胶层的步骤。例如,在可溶卡瓦的表面涂覆防护胶涂层(如橡胶涂层)可以保证根据本发明制得的可溶卡瓦在高温高矿化度的井下100小时不溶解,并且利用橡胶耐酸碱的特性,减缓粘合剂在与高矿化度水、强酸、强碱接触的环境下的降解和溶解。在这里,所述橡胶可以为本领域常用的天然橡胶或合成橡胶,如异戊橡胶、丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶、氯丁橡胶、丁腈橡胶、硅橡胶等,但不限于此。
此外,根据本发明的可溶卡瓦的制造方法可以进一步在步骤(2)之前包括在卡瓦本体的表面涂布底涂层的步骤。在卡瓦本体的表面涂布底涂层可以利用其与卡瓦本体的粘合力高的特点,增加粘合剂和固体颗粒的涂层与卡瓦的粘结强度,特别是在采用酚醛树脂作为所述粘合剂时与含有镁合金的卡瓦本体的溶解速率不一致的问题。
根据本发明的另一个实施方式,提供了一种可溶卡瓦的制造方法,其依序包括以下步骤:
(1)将金刚石、丙烯酸酯胶和所述可溶性颗粒按85:10:5的重量比混合;
(2)在镁合金卡瓦本体的表面上涂覆步骤(1)制得的混合物;以及
(3)在180℃高温下固化,
由此,形成耐高温120℃的可溶卡瓦。
上述丙烯酸酯胶可以为含有丙烯酸酯的粘合剂。
上述镁合金卡瓦本体指的是本领域常用的以镁合金作为构成本体的材料的卡瓦。
根据本发明的另一个实施方式,提供了一种可溶卡瓦的制造方法,其依序包括以下步骤:
(1)将金刚石、环氧树脂胶和所述可溶性颗粒按90:5:5的重量比混合;
(2)在镁合金卡瓦本体的表面上涂覆步骤(1)制得的混合物;以及
(3)进行寒温固化,
由此,形成耐80℃下的低温卡瓦,
上述寒温可为80℃至0℃之间的温度。
上述环氧树脂胶可以为含有环氧树脂的粘合剂。
上述镁合金卡瓦本体指的是本领域常用的以镁合金作为构成本体的材料的卡瓦。
根据本发明的另一个实施方式,提供了采用上述本发明的方法制造的可溶卡瓦。
根据本发明制造的可溶卡瓦可以用于压裂工具,如桥塞、滑套、分割器等中,在压裂完成后,所述可溶卡瓦在井下压裂液或返排液中溶解,或者分解成细小的碎块/颗粒。
因此,根据本发明的再一个实施方式,提供了一种制品,其包含根据本发明制得的可溶卡瓦。
[有益效果]
根据本发明制造的可溶卡瓦不仅具有较强的与井筒内壁的锚定力(≥70MPa),并且在完成压裂之后,能够调节卡瓦的溶解速率,使其在设定的时间降解,从而广泛的应用于矿产开采中,大大的提高了生产效率。
本发明通过混合有粘合剂和固体颗粒的混合物涂层解决了卡瓦的自身强度比较低,不耐摩擦和不耐冲蚀的缺陷,同时解决了卡瓦本体的表面易氧化、焊接困难的问题,因而根据本发明的制造方法具有成本低、易操作、工艺性能高等优势。

实施例1
将金刚石、丙烯酸酯胶粘剂和可溶性颗粒以85:10:5的重量比混合,将混合物涂覆于卡瓦本体的表面,在180℃的高温下固化,从而制得耐120℃高温的可溶卡瓦。
其中,所述可溶性颗粒为由发明专利申请CN201410609926.0中实施例1-9中的自溶解材料制得的颗粒。
实施例2
将金刚石、环氧树脂胶粘剂和可溶性颗粒以90:5:5的重量比混合,将混合物涂覆于卡瓦本体的表面,在80℃下固化,从而形成耐80℃的可溶卡瓦。
其中,所述可溶性颗粒为由发明专利申请CN201410609926.0中实施例1-9中的自溶解材料制得的颗粒。
实施例3
除了在卡瓦本体的表面增加沟槽之外,以与实施例1或2相同的方式制得可溶卡瓦。
实施例4
以与实施例1或2相同的方式制得可溶卡瓦,并进一步在表面涂覆橡胶涂层。
实施例5
将金刚石、橡胶硫化胶粘剂和可溶性颗粒以90:5:5的重量比混合,将混合物涂覆于卡瓦本体的表面,模压硫化,从而形成可溶卡瓦。
其中,所述可溶性颗粒为由发明专利申请CN201410609926.0中实施例1-9中的自溶解材料制得的颗粒。
Claims (10)
1.一种可溶卡瓦的制造方法,其依序包括以下步骤:
(1)将粘合剂与固体颗粒混合;
(2)在卡瓦本体的表面上涂覆步骤(1)制得的混合物;以及
(3)使步骤(2)中涂覆的混合物固化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其中,
所述粘合剂包括选自丙烯酸酯胶粘剂、酚醛树脂胶粘剂、环氧树脂胶粘剂和橡胶硫化胶粘剂中的一种或多种,
所述固体颗粒包括高强度颗粒和可溶性颗粒中的至少一种,其中所述高强度颗粒为由选自陶瓷、金刚石、碳化硅、立方氮化硼、氧化锆和氧化铝中的一种以上制得的颗粒,所述可溶性颗粒为由金属与陶瓷粉体复合形成的自溶解材料制得的颗粒,和/或
所述卡瓦本体包含能够在纯水、钾盐溶液、钠盐溶液、钙盐溶液、镁盐溶液或无机酸中溶解的材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其中,所述卡瓦本体包含能够在选自氯化钠、氯化钾、氯化钙、氯化镁、硫酸钠、硫酸镁或盐酸中的至少一种中溶解的材料,优选地,所述卡瓦本体的材料为镁合金、铝合金或镁铝合金;和/或
所述固体颗粒的粒度为2μm至5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其中,在上述步骤(2)中,由步骤(1)制得的混合物的涂覆厚度为0.01mm至5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其中,所述制造方法在步骤(2)之前包括提高卡瓦本体的比表面积的步骤或在卡瓦本体的表面涂布底涂层的步骤,优选地,所述提高卡瓦本体的比表面积的步骤采取清洗、喷砂、车花纹或增加沟槽的工艺进行。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其中,所述制造方法在步骤(3)之后包括在可溶卡瓦的表面涂覆防护胶层的步骤。
7.根据权利要求2所述的制造方法,其依序包括以下步骤:
(1)将金刚石、丙烯酸酯胶和所述可溶性颗粒按85:10:5的重量比混合;
(2)在镁合金卡瓦本体的表面上涂覆步骤(1)制得的混合物;以及
(3)在180℃高温下固化。
8.根据权利要求2所述的制造方法,其依序包括以下步骤:
(1)将金刚石、环氧树脂胶和所述可溶性颗粒按90:5:5的重量比混合;
(2)在镁合金卡瓦本体的表面上涂覆步骤(1)制得的混合物;以及
(3)进行寒温固化。
9.采用权利要求1至8任一项所述的制造方法制造的可溶卡瓦。
10.一种制品,其包含采用权利要求1至8任一项所述的制造方法制造的可溶卡瓦。
