The water channels of the main washing procedures of the washing machine, namely main washing and prewashing, are connected with the water purifying device, the water for washing clothes is purified by the water purifying device, the content of residual chlorine, heavy metal and microorganism is reduced, and the clothes washing is sanitary and healthy.
The washing machine achieves the level of further improving the cleanness and the sanitation only by the structural setting characteristics of the washing machine, and does not need to change a software control system of the existing washing machine.

Water purifying device and water purifying method

KDF is selected from one or two of KDF55 or KDF85, and the mass ratio of KDF to calcium sulfite is 10-30: 1;
preferably, the mass ratio of KDF55 to calcium sulfite is 15-23: 1, more preferably 20: 1.
KDF and calcium sulfite are respectively particles of 80-100 meshes.
The KDF and the calcium sulfite in the particle size range can improve the effects of removing heavy metal, residual chlorine and insoluble impurities and inhibiting the growth of microorganisms of a water purifying device, and the purifying effect is better.
The manufacturing process of the filter element 13 is as follows: the filter element net 135 is connected to the bottom of the filter element cylinder 132 in an ultrasonic welding mode, then the second KDF layer 138, the calcium sulfite layer 137 and the first KDF layer 136 are sequentially filled, the other filter element net 135 is placed on the upper portion of the calcium sulfite layer 137, and the filter element net 135 and the filter element upper cover 131 are welded into a whole in an ultrasonic welding mode.
The ultrasonic welding mode makes between each part set up like an organic whole, ensures that the filter core body has better leakproofness, prevents gas leakage, leaks or the infiltration, can be fully with filter layer contact reaction when making rivers get into, guarantees to handle thoroughly abundant, improves purifying effect.

The periphery of filter core body is provided with filter screen 133, and filter screen 133 suit is in the outside of filter core body, sets up annular strengthening rib in the outside of filter core section of thick bamboo 132, and annular strengthening rib forms multiple flow channel between filter screen 133 and filter core body, and water spirals on multiple flow channel and flows, has prolonged filterable time to prevent that water from not filtering and flowing from purifier's casing other positions, ensure the reliability of purifying. The filter element body is sleeved inside the shell barrel 11, and two sealing rings are arranged between the shell barrel 11 and the filter element body, so that the reliable and firm installation between the filter element body and the shell is ensured, and the influence on the air sealing of the water purifying device and the reduction of the purifying effect due to frequent shaking of the filter element body are avoided.
The outlet of the filter element body is sleeved with the water outlet of the shell upper cover 15, and two O-shaped sealing rings are arranged at the sleeved position of the outlet and the shell upper cover, so that the sealing performance of the water outlet is ensured, the water is prevented from overflowing, and the water inlet of the washing machine can be fully purified.

The water purifying device can be applied to various devices or equipment such as washing machines, sinks, dishwashers, water dispensers and the like, but is not limited to the listed devices or equipment.
The casing of the water purifying device extends outwards to be provided with a mounting component which is connected and fixed with a reinforcing part of the washing machine box body. The mounting part is provided with a first mounting hole and a hook 011, the washing machine box body reinforcement is provided with a second mounting hole and a hook hole, the hook 011 is connected with the hook hole, and the first mounting hole is in threaded connection with the second mounting hole.
The reinforcing member 012 of the washing machine cabinet may have a structure such as a reinforcing cross member provided on the washing machine cabinet, but is not limited thereto.
Further, the mounting part has at least one surface to be attached to the reinforcing part 012 of the cabinet of the washing machine, so that the connection between the water purifying device and the washing machine can be further reinforced.
The above structural characteristics of the water purifying device can make the water purifying device be more simply and firmly installed on the internal installation auxiliary parts of the washing machine box body, thereby being beneficial to improving the stability and the safety of the whole structure of the washing machine, leading the whole washing machine to be more beautiful and having good water purifying function.
In addition, a structure reinforcing part is arranged between the mounting part and the outer surface of the water purifier shell, preferably, the reinforcing part is a triangle-like reinforcing rib, one side of the triangle-like reinforcing rib is integrated with the mounting part, and the other side of the triangle-like reinforcing rib is integrated with the outer surface of the water purifier shell.
The mounting component can ensure that the water purifying device is more firmly mounted and is not easy to vibrate and move in the operation process of the washing machine, so that the water purifying device is more firmly and reliably ensured, and the washing machine is safer to operate.
The embodiment also provides a water purification method, which uses any one of the water purification devices to treat the inlet water of the washing machine.

At least one structural reinforcing component is arranged between the mounting component and the outer surface of the shell of the water purifying device 1;
the reinforcing part is a triangle-like reinforcing rib, one side of the triangle-like reinforcing rib is integrated with the mounting part, and the other side of the triangle-like reinforcing rib is integrated with the outer surface of the shell of the water purifying device 1.
