when the washing machine enters a main washing, prewashing or spraying program, the control program of the washing machine respectively controls the main washing, prewashing or spraying valves to open the corresponding water outlets for water inlet.
The water channels of the main washing procedures of the washing machine, namely main washing and prewashing, are connected with the water purifying device, the water for washing clothes is purified by the water purifying device, the content of residual chlorine, heavy metal and microorganism is reduced, and the clothes washing is sanitary and healthy.
The washing machine achieves the level of further improving the cleanness and the sanitation only by the structural setting characteristics of the washing machine, and does not need to change a software control system of the existing washing machine.

Water purifying device and water purifying method

The filter element net 135 at the bottom of the filter element cylinder 132 is connected with the bottom of the filter element cylinder 132, the filter element net 135 at the lower part of the filter element upper cover 131 is connected with the filter element upper cover 131, and the filter element upper cover 131 is connected with the filter element cylinder 132 in an ultrasonic welding mode.
The filter element body is at least provided with a structure for fixing the circumference of the shell;
preferably, the filter element body is further provided with at least one structure for limiting the position of the filter element body and the shell in the axial direction.
The shell comprises a shell barrel 11 and a shell upper cover 15, a water inlet is formed in the bottom of the shell barrel 11, and a water outlet is formed in the shell upper cover 15;

KDF is selected from one or two of KDF55 or KDF85, and the mass ratio of KDF to calcium sulfite is 10-30: 1;
preferably, the mass ratio of KDF55 to calcium sulfite is 15-23: 1, more preferably 20: 1.
KDF and calcium sulfite are respectively particles of 80-100 meshes.
The KDF and the calcium sulfite in the particle size range can improve the effects of removing heavy metal, residual chlorine and insoluble impurities and inhibiting the growth of microorganisms of a water purifying device, and the purifying effect is better.
The manufacturing process of the filter element 13 is as follows: the filter element net 135 is connected to the bottom of the filter element cylinder 132 in an ultrasonic welding mode, then the second KDF layer 138, the calcium sulfite layer 137 and the first KDF layer 136 are sequentially filled, the other filter element net 135 is placed on the upper portion of the calcium sulfite layer 137, and the filter element net 135 and the filter element upper cover 131 are welded into a whole in an ultrasonic welding mode.
The ultrasonic welding mode makes between each part set up like an organic whole, ensures that the filter core body has better leakproofness, prevents gas leakage, leaks or the infiltration, can be fully with filter layer contact reaction when making rivers get into, guarantees to handle thoroughly abundant, improves purifying effect.
The filter element can effectively remove residual chlorine and heavy metals and inhibit the reproduction of microorganisms, and the purified water is clean, sanitary, healthy and safe, and the life quality of users is improved. The periphery of filter core body is provided with filter screen 133, and filter screen 133 suit sets up the annular strengthening rib in the outside of filter core body, and the annular strengthening rib forms multiple flow channel between filter screen 133 and filter core body, and water spirals on multiple flow channel and flows, has prolonged filterable time to prevent that water from not passing through the filtration and flowing from purifier's other positions of casing, ensure the reliability of purifying. The filter screen 133 is sleeved outside the filter element body, and is subjected to pre-purification treatment before water enters the filter element 13, so that impurities in the water are reduced, the work load of the filtration inside the filter element 13 is reduced, the service life of the filter layer is prolonged, and the effects of removing residual chlorine and heavy metals and inhibiting the propagation of microorganisms are ensured.
In addition, the annular reinforcing ribs can further strengthen the structure of the filter element 13, thereby achieving multiple purposes.
The bottom of a filter element cylinder 132 is provided with a protruding circumference fixing structure, the circumference fixing part can be fixed with the groove embedded arranged at the bottom of a shell cylinder 11, the bottom of the filter element cylinder 132 and the upper part of the circumference fixing structure are also provided with a circular ring-shaped upper and lower direction limiting structure, the circumference is fixed to be matched with the limiting function, so that the installation between the filter element cylinder 132 and the shell cylinder 11 is firmer and more reliable, the position deviation of a filter element body is avoided, the sealing performance of the water purifying device is ensured, and the water purifying effect is improved.
The filter element body is sleeved inside the shell barrel 11, and two sealing rings are arranged between the shell barrel 11 and the filter element body, so that the reliable and firm installation between the filter element body and the shell is ensured, and the influence on the air sealing of the water purifying device and the reduction of the purifying effect due to frequent shaking of the filter element body are avoided.
The outlet of the filter element body is sleeved with the water outlet of the shell upper cover 15, and two O-shaped sealing rings are arranged at the sleeved position of the outlet and the shell upper cover, so that the sealing performance of the water outlet is ensured, the water is prevented from overflowing, and the water inlet of the washing machine can be fully purified.

The position that is close to the export on the filter core upper cover 131 of filter core 13 is equipped with circumference fixed knot and interference fit structure to what make filter core 13 and casing be connected is inseparabler, further improves purifier's leakproofness, reinforcing water purification effect.
The water purifying device can be applied to various devices or equipment such as washing machines, sinks, dishwashers, water dispensers and the like, but is not limited to the listed devices or equipment.
The casing of the water purifying device extends outwards to be provided with a mounting component which is connected and fixed with a reinforcing part of the washing machine box body. The mounting part is provided with a first mounting hole and a hook 011, the washing machine box body reinforcement is provided with a second mounting hole and a hook hole, the hook 011 is connected with the hook hole, and the first mounting hole is in threaded connection with the second mounting hole.
The reinforcing member 012 of the washing machine cabinet may have a structure such as a reinforcing cross member provided on the washing machine cabinet, but is not limited thereto.
Further, the mounting part has at least one surface to be attached to the reinforcing part 012 of the cabinet of the washing machine, so that the connection between the water purifying device and the washing machine can be further reinforced.
The above structural characteristics of the water purifying device can make the water purifying device be more simply and firmly installed in the washing machine box body, fully utilize the idle space in the washing machine, avoid additional installation auxiliary parts, be beneficial to improving the stability and the safety of the whole structure of the washing machine, and make the whole washing machine more beautiful and have a good water purifying function.
In addition, a structure reinforcing part is arranged between the mounting part and the outer surface of the water purifier shell, preferably, the reinforcing part is a triangle-like reinforcing rib, one side of the triangle-like reinforcing rib is integrated with the mounting part, and the other side of the triangle-like reinforcing rib is integrated with the outer surface of the water purifier shell.
The mounting component can ensure that the water purifying device is more firmly mounted and is not easy to vibrate and move in the operation process of the washing machine, so that the water purifying device is more firmly and reliably ensured, and the washing machine is safer to operate.
The embodiment also provides a water purification method, which uses any one of the water purification devices to treat the inlet water of the washing machine.

The mass ratio of KDF55 to calcium sulfite is 15-23: 1, preferably 20: 1.
the filtering layers with the components and the mass ratio can optimize the effect of removing residual chlorine and heavy metals by the water purifying device.

The present embodiment is different from the fourth embodiment in that:
the manufacturing process of the filter element 13 is as follows: the filter element net 135 is connected to the bottom of the filter element cylinder 132 in an ultrasonic welding mode, then the second KDF layer 138, the first KDF layer 136 and the calcium sulfite layer 137 are sequentially filled, the other filter element net 135 is placed on the upper portion of the calcium sulfite layer 137, and the filter element net 135 and the filter element upper cover 131 are welded into a whole in an ultrasonic welding mode. The second KDF layer 138 is composed of KDF55, the first KDF layer 136 is composed of KDF85, and the mass ratio of KDF55 to KDF85 in the filter element 13 is 3-5: 1.

The water purifying device 1 comprises a shell and a filter element 13 arranged in the shell, the shell comprises a shell barrel 11, one end of the shell barrel 11 is closed, the other end of the shell barrel 11 is open, an upper shell cover 15 which can be in open-close sealing connection is arranged at the open end of the shell barrel 11, the filter element 13 is sleeved in the shell barrel 11, an outlet of the filter element 13 is sleeved with a water outlet of the upper shell cover 15, and a rubber gasket 14 for buffering or preventing thermal expansion and cold contraction deformation is arranged at the joint interface of the shell barrel 11 and the upper shell cover 15.
The rubber gasket 14 for buffering or preventing thermal expansion and cold contraction deformation is arranged at the connecting interface of the shell barrel 11 and the shell upper cover 15, so that the sealing performance of the water purifying device 1 cannot be damaged due to the deformation of the shell barrel 11 and the shell upper cover 15 even under the condition of low-temperature freezing and icing. The outlet of the filter element 13 is inserted into the water outlet of the upper cover 15 of the shell, the outer wall of the outlet of the filter element 13 is correspondingly and hermetically attached to the inner wall of the water outlet of the upper cover 15 of the shell, and two or more O-shaped sealing rings are arranged on the contact surface of the outlet of the filter element 13 and the water outlet of the upper cover 15 of the shell.

The present embodiment is different from embodiment seven in that:

The filter element 13 is filled with particles of KDF and calcium sulfite, and the KDF is selected from one or two of KDF55 or KDF 85.
The outside of the filter element 13 is provided with at least one structure fixed with the shell in the circumferential direction and/or at least one structure limited with the shell in the axial direction.
At least one structural reinforcing component is arranged between the mounting component and the outer surface of the shell of the water purifying device 1;
the reinforcing part is a triangle-like reinforcing rib, one side of the triangle-like reinforcing rib is integrated with the mounting part, and the other side of the triangle-like reinforcing rib is integrated with the outer surface of the shell of the water purifying device 1.
