The invention relates to a conveying device with a fire-fighting overturning function, which is shown in fig. 1-2, and comprises a first bracket 21, a rotating device 22, a conveying device 23 and a fixing device 24, wherein the rotating device 22 and the fixing device 24 are respectively arranged above two sides of the first bracket 21, the rotating device 22 is arranged on the first bracket 21 at intervals, the middle part of the conveying device 23 is connected with the corresponding rotating device 22 through a rotating shaft and can rotate around the rotating device, the conveying device 23 is in a vertical state in a natural state, one end of the conveying device 23 is connected with the fixing device 24 by manual rotation, so that the conveying device 23 is horizontally arranged, and after the fixing device 24 is released, the conveying device 23 automatically rotates to a vertical position. Fig. 1 is a state diagram of the vertical position of the conveyor 23, and fig. 2 is a state diagram of the horizontal position of the conveyor 23.

In one embodiment, the rotating device 22 includes a bearing seat and a force return device, the force return device is disposed on the bearing seat and is connected with the transmission device 23, when the transmission device 23 rotates around the rotating device 22, the force return device stores force, when the transmission device 23 is horizontal, the force return device needs to be completed, and when the transmission device 23 loses external force, the force return device provides reverse rotation force for the transmission device 23, so that the transmission device returns to the vertical position.
In one embodiment, the fixing device 24 is an electromagnetic induction mechanism, and when the electromagnetic induction mechanism is electrified, the electromagnetic induction mechanism has magnetism and can attract and fix the transmission device 23; when a fire occurs, the power supply trips, the transmission device 23 loses the attraction of the electromagnetic induction mechanism, and the transmission device receives the self gravity and rotates around the rotation device 22 to return to the vertical position.
In an embodiment, the side wall of the side of the first bracket 21, on which the rotating device 22 is arranged, is provided with a buffer device 25, and the buffer device 25 can be one of a spring, a rubber pad and a sponge. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the conveying device 23 includes a conveyor belt 231, a head roller 232, a tail roller 233 and a conveying body 234, the motor roller 233 and the head roller 232 are respectively disposed at two ends of the conveying body 234, the motor roller 233 and the head roller 232 are covered with the conveyor belt 231, and the motor roller 233 drives the conveyor belt 231 to move.
When the fire door is used, as described with reference to fig. 1-2, the transmission device 23 is vertically arranged by manpower, one end of the transmission device 23 is fixed with the electromagnetic induction mechanism, then the transmission of materials is carried out, when a fire disaster occurs, the electromagnetic induction mechanism is powered off, the transmission device 23 loses the attractive force of the electromagnetic induction mechanism, the transmission device returns to the vertical state around the rotation device 22 by self gravity, the buffer device 25 relieves the impact force between the transmission device 23 and the first bracket 21, and the fire door can react at the first time when the fire disaster occurs, so that the fire door can be closed. When the power is restored and the fire door is opened, the transmission device 23 and the electromagnetic induction mechanism are kept in a horizontal state again by manpower.

The conveying device with the fire-fighting overturning function according to claim 1, wherein the conveying device comprises a conveying belt, a head roller, a tail roller, an electric roller and a conveying body, the electric roller and the head roller and the tail roller are respectively arranged at two ends of the conveying body, the conveying belt is covered on the electric roller and the head roller and the tail roller, and the electric roller drives the conveying belt to move.
