Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of injection molds of automobile lamps, and provides a double-layer rotary injection mold structure for a monochromatic forming machine, which aims to solve the technical problems that when a monochromatic forming machine is used for injecting thick-wall products, injection molding time is long and defects are easy to occur; the limiting device comprises a limiting block arranged on the movable mould base plate and a limiting stop arranged on the turntable base plate, the turntable ejecting device comprises a roller assembly arranged below the turntable backing plate. Background
With the development of the mold technology, the structure is more and more complex, and the realized functions are more and more abundant. Over the years, more reliable and viable mold solutions have been pursued to accomplish the intended design goals. At present, for injection molding of thick-wall products, stable design technology and injection molding technology are not obtained in the research stage. At present, the problem that the mass production of thick-wall products cannot be realized is solved, a common single-color injection molding machine only has a good injection molding effect on products with moderate wall thickness, the time required for injection molding of the thick-wall products can be greatly increased, and the defects of shrinkage, underinjection and the like caused by the thick-wall products are difficult to control in the process.

The invention provides a double-layer rotary injection mold structure for a single-color forming machine, which aims to solve the technical problems that the injection time is long and defects are easy to occur when a thick-wall product is injected by the single-color forming machine.

The turntable ejecting device further comprises a resin shutter arranged on the upper portion of the turntable, and the resin shutter is fixed on the fixed die frame through screws when the die is assembled.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) According to the invention, injection molding is performed through the single-color injection molding machine, so that the manufacturing cost of the double-color mold is reduced, the structural design is flexible and reliable, the mold structural design of similar products can be met, and the application range of the mold is enlarged.
(2) The invention splits the thick-wall part into two parts for layered injection molding, thereby greatly shortening the production period of the product and simplifying the production process.
(3) According to the invention, the rotating shafts are arranged in the middle of the turntable and the turntable backing plate, the rotation of the mold is realized in a mode of driving the gears by the stepping motor, and the auxiliary positioning is performed by the related parts, so that the stability of injection molding products is ensured.
(4) The invention can make the turntable always in an ejecting state by arranging the auxiliary ejecting mechanism such as the resin shutter, the roller component and the like, thereby facilitating the rotation of the turntable and ensuring the stability and the reliability of the structure.

All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the double-layer rotary injection mold structure for a single-color forming machine comprises a glue feeding system, a rotating mechanism, a limiting device, an ejection device and a turntable ejection device, wherein the rotating mechanism comprises a turntable 5, a turntable base plate 14 and a turntable rotary driving device for driving the turntable 5 and the turntable base plate 14 to rotate, the turntable base plate 14 is arranged on a movable mold base plate 6, the turntable 5 is arranged on the turntable base plate 14, the turntable rotary driving device comprises a first rotating shaft 2, a second rotating shaft 20, a first bearing 21, a second bearing 19, a first gear 22, a second gear 18, a third gear 17 and a stepping motor 16, the first rotating shaft 2 is vertically arranged in the middle of the turntable and the turntable base plate 14, the lower part of the first rotating shaft 2 penetrates out of the turntable base plate 14, the first rotating shaft 2 is in key connection with the turntable 5 and the turntable base plate 14, the lower part of the first rotating shaft 2 is sleeved with the first gear 22 and the first bearing 21, the first bearing 21 is arranged at the lower part of the first gear 22, the second gear 18 and the second bearing 19 are sleeved on the second rotating shaft 20, the second gear 18 is meshed with the first gear 22, the third gear 17 is meshed with the third gear 17, and the third gear 17 is meshed with the third gear 17. The invention drives the gear to rotate through the stepping motor 16, and the gear drives the bearing to move, so that the rotary motion of the turntable 5 and the turntable backing plate 14 is realized, and the specific rotary motion is as follows: after the first injection molding of the mold on the injection molding machine is completed, the stepping motor 16 receives a signal to drive the gear III 17 to start rotating, and torque is transmitted to the rotating shaft I2 through the gear II 18 and the gear I22 to drive the turntable 5 and the turntable backing plate 14 to rotate for a certain angle, so that the action required by the design is completed.
As shown in fig. 5, the limiting device comprises two limiting blocks 24 arranged on the movable mould base plate 6 and a limiting block 15 arranged at the outer edge of the turntable base plate 14, wherein the limiting block 15 is positioned between the two limiting blocks 24, and the maximum angle between the limiting block 15 and the limiting block 24 is 180 degrees; the limiting device is used for the opposite the position of the rotation mechanism is limited, the accurate positioning of the turntable is realized. As shown in fig. 6, the turntable ejection device includes a roller assembly 23 disposed under the turntable pad 14 and a resin shutter 12 disposed on the upper portion of the turntable 5, where the spring in the roller assembly 23 is always in a compressed state, and when the mold is closed, the resin shutter 12 is fixed on the fixed mold frame by the screw 11, and when the mold is opened, the resin shutter 12 is fixed on the fixed mold, so that the turntable 5 is pulled to separate the rotating mechanism from the rest of the movable mold, and meanwhile, since the spring in the roller assembly 23 is always in a compressed state, a pushing force is continuously applied to the mechanism formed by the turntable 5, the turntable pad 14 and the ejection device, so that the turntable device is always in an ejection state in an opened state, providing a necessary condition for smooth rotation of the turntable, and avoiding the normal operation of the rotating mechanism due to the contact between the turntable 5 and the turntable pad 14 and the movable mold pad 6.
As shown in fig. 3, the glue feeding system includes a hot runner 25, an electromagnetic valve 26, a first product mold cavity 27 and a second product mold cavity 28, the first product mold cavity 27 and the second product mold cavity 28 are respectively communicated with the hot runner 25, the electromagnetic valve 26 is disposed on the hot runner 25, as shown in fig. 1, a first layer of product mold 4 and a second layer of product mold 1 are symmetrically disposed on left and right sides of an upper portion of the turntable, the first layer of product mold 4 and the second layer of product mold 1 are correspondingly disposed with the first product mold cavity 27 and the second product mold cavity 28 in the glue feeding system, the thick-wall product is split into two parts during injection molding, similar to a two-color product, when the mold is injected, a material enters the mold cavity from the hot runner 2525, and the injection molding sequence of the material is controlled by the electromagnetic valve 26 on the hot runner 25, so that the mold is converted into two-time injection molding.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to facilitate ejection of the obtained molded product, ejection devices are respectively arranged below the first layer product mold 4 and the second layer product mold 1; the ejection device comprises an ejection plate 13, a thimble and a pulling rod, and the independent ejection device is designed in the turntable, so that after the product is secondarily molded, the ejection device of the die ejects the product, and the product is smoothly ejected.
According to the invention, the rotating mechanism is added on the mold of the single-color product, so that the mold can realize the injection molding action similar to that of a double-color mold, and the injection molding process of the thick-wall part is completed. The rotating shaft is designed on the movable mould, and is driven by a stepping motor by utilizing gear transmission, so that the movable mould is rotated. The product is designed with two pouring gates, the mutual injection molding is realized through a hot runner electromagnetic valve, after the injection molding is finished for the first time, the mold is opened, and then the mold is driven by a stepping motor to rotate for 180 degrees to be closed again, and the second injection molding is carried out. And ejecting the product out by an ejection device of the die after injection molding is finished. The structure realizes the secondary injection molding of the single-color injection molding machine, avoids designing a double-color mold, saves the cost, and solves the injection molding problem of single-color thick-wall products.
