本发明公开了一种塑料型材切割设备,包括机台,夹具模块,切割模块;夹具模块中间形成轨道,轨道中间下陷形成凹槽;凹槽中设有夹持部;机台两侧形成圆柱形的嵌位台;嵌位台侧壁形成竖直限位孔和斜向限位孔;切割模块包括部署在机台上方的水平臂,所述水平臂中间向下形成的第二竖直臂底部设有锯片;水平臂两边向下均形成的第一竖直臂通过嵌套弹簧的滑杆和嵌位柱连接嵌位台。本发明的切割设备,夹具可调,切割角度可调;不需要人工手持型材,安全可靠;使用者操作方便,省事省力,具有广阔的应用前景。

本发明涉及一种切割设备,特别设计一种塑料型材切割设备。
背景技术
塑料型材是一种常用的建材,广泛应用于房屋的门窗制作,比传统的钢窗、木窗和铝合金门窗的隔热保温和隔音性能均有很大提高。在普通民用住宅的门窗制作中,往往是以小规模定制加工的形式为主,施工方实地量取居民住房门窗相关参数,自主加工。此过程中,涉及大的型材切割,往往用的是小型的通用切割设备,安全性差,精度低,产品质量不高。因此,需要设计一种专门用于塑料型材切割的设备,改善上述不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种专门用于塑料型材切割的设备,改善现有设备安全性差,精度低的现状。
为此,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种塑料型材切割设备,包括机台,夹具模块,切割模块;夹具模块包括长方形的夹具座,夹具座四角设有圆孔,螺钉穿过圆孔将夹具座固定在机台上;夹具座中间形成轨道,所述轨道中间下陷形成凹槽;凹槽中设有紧贴凹槽内壁且可在凹槽中滑动的夹持部;凹槽两端均设有挡板;所述挡板中上部设有螺纹孔;螺杆贯穿螺纹孔,一端连接夹持部,另一端设有旋钮;机台两侧在水平方向上凸起形成圆柱形的嵌位台;所述嵌位台侧壁在竖直方向上形成一个贯穿嵌位台的竖直限位孔,在与竖直方向成45度夹角的方向上形成两组贯穿嵌位台的斜向限位孔,嵌位台顶部形成贯穿嵌位台的固定孔;所述切割模块包括部署在机台上方的水平臂,所述水平臂中间向下形成第二竖直臂,第二竖直臂底部安装有锯片;水平臂中间上方设有电机,电机轴上的主动轮通过传动带连接与锯片同轴的从动轮;水平臂两边向下形成第一竖直臂,第一竖直臂底部向上凹陷形成空腔,滑杆一端置于空腔内,另一端连接有嵌位柱,嵌位柱与滑杆交接处变粗形成嵌位托;滑杆上嵌套有弹簧,所述弹簧一端连接嵌位托上表面,另一端连接第一竖直臂下表面;嵌位柱底部形成贯穿嵌位柱的嵌位孔。
所述凹槽包括截面为方形的第一凹槽,方形凹槽底部中间位置下陷并向两边变宽形成的截面为梯形的第二凹槽。
所述嵌位柱,竖直限位孔,斜向限位孔的截面均为方形。
所述固定孔和嵌位孔内壁均形成相同规格的内螺纹。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:本发明所述切割设备,夹具可调,能够适应多种不同尺寸的塑料型材;切割角度可调,不仅能90度方向切割,也支持正负45度切割,适于门窗四角的加工;不需要人工手持型材,降低了使用者误操作受伤的概率,安全可靠;使用者仅需按下水平臂即可加工,松手即可抬起并停止切割,省事省力。

如图1~图6所示,一种塑料型材切割设备,包括机台1,夹具模块,切割模块;夹具模块包括长方形的夹具座2,夹具座2四角设有圆孔,螺钉7穿过圆孔将夹具座2固定在机台1上;夹具座2中间形成轨道3,所述轨道3中间下陷形成凹槽;凹槽中设有紧贴凹槽内壁且可在凹槽中滑动的夹持部4;凹槽两端均设有挡板5;所述挡板5中上部设有螺纹孔6;螺杆8贯穿螺纹孔6,一端连接夹持部4,另一端设有旋钮9;机台1两侧在水平方向上凸起形成圆柱形的嵌位台22;所述嵌位台22侧壁在竖直方向上形成一个贯穿嵌位台22的竖直限位孔25,在与竖直方向成45度夹角的方向上形成两组贯穿嵌位台22的斜向限位孔26,嵌位台22顶部形成贯穿嵌位台22的固定孔24;所述切割模块包括部署在机台1上方的水平臂10,所述水平臂10中间向下形成第二竖直臂16,第二竖直臂16底部安装有锯片14;水平臂10中间上方设有电机11,电机11轴上的主动轮12通过传动带13连接与锯片14同轴的从动轮;水平臂10两边向下形成第一竖直臂15,第一竖直臂15底部向上凹陷形成空腔,滑杆17一端置于空腔内,另一端连接有嵌位柱20,嵌位柱20与滑杆17交接处变粗形成嵌位托18;滑杆17上嵌套有弹簧19,所述弹簧19一端连接嵌位托18上表面,另一端连接第一竖直臂15下表面;嵌位柱20底部形成贯穿嵌位柱20的嵌位孔21。
所述凹槽包括截面为方形的第一凹槽,方形凹槽底部中间位置下陷并向两边变宽形成的截面为梯形的第二凹槽。
所述嵌位柱20,竖直限位孔25,斜向限位孔26的截面均为方形。
所述固定孔24和嵌位孔21内壁均形成相同规格的内螺纹。
实施例一:
按如下步骤完成切割操作
第一,将夹具座2安装在机台1上,拧紧螺钉7;设定切割角度,对于90度方向切割,将嵌位柱20插入竖直限位孔25内,对于45度方向切割,将嵌位柱20插入斜向限位孔26内,将紧固螺柱23插入固定孔24及嵌位孔21内并拧紧,将嵌位柱20紧固在机台1上。
第二,将塑料型材27放在夹具两夹持部4之间,根据切割长度选取夹持位置,选定后拧动夹具两边的旋钮9,直至将塑料型材27锁紧。
第三,设备通电,电机11转动并带动锯片14转动,站在机台1侧面,缓慢按下水平臂10,待锯片14将塑料型材27切断后,松手,水平臂10在弹簧19的作用下缓慢抬起。
第四,若继续切割,就重新调整夹持位置,按上述步骤继续切割;若不再继续,则关闭电源即可。

1.一种塑料型材切割设备,其特征在于,包括机台(1),夹具模块,切割模块;所述夹具模块包括长方形的夹具座(2),夹具座(2)四角设有圆孔,螺钉(7)穿过圆孔将夹具座(2)固定在机台(1)上;所述夹具座(2)中间形成轨道(3),轨道(3)中间下陷形成凹槽;凹槽中设有紧贴凹槽内壁且在凹槽中滑动的夹持部(4);凹槽两端均设有挡板(5);所述挡板(5)中上部设有螺纹孔(6);螺杆(8)贯穿螺纹孔(6),一端连接夹持部(4),另一端设有旋钮(9);所述机台(1)两侧在水平方向上凸起形成圆柱形的嵌位台(22);所述嵌位台(22)侧壁在竖直方向上形成一个贯穿嵌位台(22)的竖直限位孔(25),在与竖直方向成45度夹角的方向上形成两组贯穿嵌位台(22)的斜向限位孔(26),嵌位台(22)顶部形成贯穿嵌位台(22)的固定孔(24);所述切割模块包括部署在机台(1)上方的水平臂(10),所述水平臂(10)中间向下形成第二竖直臂(16),第二竖直臂(16)底部安装有锯片(14);水平臂(10)中间上方设有电机(11),电机(11)轴上的主动轮(12)通过传动带(13)连接与锯片(14)同轴的从动轮;所述水平臂(10)两边向下均形成第一竖直臂(15),第一竖直臂(15)底部向上凹陷形成空腔,滑杆(17)一端置于空腔内,另一端连接有嵌位柱(20),嵌位柱(20)与滑杆(17)交接处变粗形成嵌位托(18);所述滑杆(17)上嵌套有弹簧(19),弹簧(19)一端连接嵌位托(18)上表面,另一端连接第一竖直臂(15)下表面;嵌位柱(20)底部形成贯穿嵌位柱(20)的嵌位孔(21)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种塑料型材切割设备,其特征在于,所述凹槽包括截面为方形的第一凹槽,方形凹槽底部中间位置下陷并向两边变宽形成的截面为梯形的第二凹槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种塑料型材切割设备,其特征在于,所述嵌位柱(20),竖直限位孔(25),斜向限位孔(26)的截面均为方形。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种塑料型材切割设备,其特征在于,所述固定孔(24)和嵌位孔(21)内壁均形成相同规格的内螺纹。
